As a former employee of On Cue, this is one of my least favorite stores to shop at. Unfortunately its the closest one to my house. Bad customer service and many of the items I buy are frequently out of stock. And people arent being trained properly from what I can tell. I have friends that are GMs of other stores and they tell me that they would never let their stores look or operate like #104 does.. sad really.
When I stop for coffee in the mornings (5 days a week) 30% of the time they are out of Vanilla creamer, 30% of the time there are 10 people in line and only one register open (even though the manager and other employees are there walking around) and that 60% of the time I leave my coffee cup there as I walk out. I began my boycott this week as I find when these things happen, I start my day in a foul mood. It’s not that hard to provide service and I’m pretty sure On Cue knows people will come in for coffee in the mornings. This On Cue is 1/2 mile from my house and I used to stop there twice a day. Very Disappointing!!! ☹️☹️☹️
I highly recommend the On Cue facilities throughout Oklahoma.
Lots of selections. Have utilized this location daily for years.. until recently. Staff too busy chatting amongst themselves and loudly using profanity. Too many other convenience store options- dont need to go back
Went in with my 3 year old daughter to get a snack and they were playing loud music with profanity. Rude customer service and place wasnt clean.
Ive been going to this On Cue for almost 5 years and with the occasional empty tea urn I have never had issue. I am impressed with the priority the employees seem to place on checking customers out in a very efficient manner. The pizza from the grill is excellent. Sometimes the hamburgers are good more often than not, however, sometimes they arent. I go there every day at least once. I could go to 7-11 but choose OnCue every time.
Great place to go if you want to be ignored by the Employees so they can play on their cell phones. Once or twice is one thing. But its every single morning. Mention something and they ask their GM to do something about you wanting decent customer service...
Employee refused to ring up my energy drink, and Both employees were rude. Wont be back! Ill spend my money at Caseys from now on.
I am glad there is a sign for you must wear a mask .BUT when the employees dont why should anyone. And when I ask the boy behind the counter tells me to shut up and mind my own business. Dont anyone go there
DO NOT COME HERE A EMPLOYEE SAM WAS NOT WEARING MASK OR GLOVES AND WAS WATCHING ME GO DOWN AISLES MAKING SURE I WOULD’NT STEAL THE DOOR SAIDS MASK REQUIRED THEN WHY DOESNT YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE ANY
When I walked in here, a cook yelling at other employees stared me down for daring to walk near the candy bars at approximately 12:45 PM 2/28/20.I felt unwelcome in my own community. It was a disgusting experience.
Their card readers at the pump havent worked in over a month. Ghetto service. I go to 7 eleven west of them on Memorial.
So I have been going to this OnCue for almost 2 years now. It is nothing but solid and safe. When you get off of the turnpike on Eastern its right there. And its on Memorial so its super convenient to get to and many places where you can get in and out so traffic is not really an issue. The staff is always friendly and the store is super clean.
There is a 75% chance their card readers will not work at the pump so dont come here if youre in a hurry. Their card readers at the pump do not like cold weather because its too cold. They also dont like hot weather because its too hot. Today its 90°, which I guess qualifies for too hot and why it took me three pumps to find one that worked. They also have delightfully rude attendants who will offer 0 support when you call them through the intercom to understand why their card readers suck. Its tragic that this is the only station at this area and on my commute, I have no choice but to come here when Im low on gas.
I love going here and want the On Cue credit card security, BUT I have a new MasterCard and the card readers wont read it. Ive walked in to swipe it inside twice. I:was told that the card readers are old and wont read new cards. wont go back!
Its an OnCue. You can can expect the services and personal found at an OnCue and thats been fine.
Cooks refuse to make your food even if you pay and if they do make it you’ll have to wait 40 minutes even after ordering ahead
Wrong address. There is nothing there.
Nothing there but an empty field!!
No issues
