The majority of people who work the drive-thru window at night or never actually at the drive-thru window and if you do manage to catch their attention you notice that they were too busy on their phone and thats why they didnt see you at the window. This has been an ongoing problem for months so I think were all tired of hearing corporates Im sorry excuse on these reviews.

Worst customer service I’ve ever delt with. The manager would not let me buy tobacco products with the paper ID the state gave me to use for this situation as I’m waiting on my real ID in the mail. Thanks on cue you guys are the best.

I love this OnCue. It is right by my house and in a super convient location. They have tons of pumps and lots of parking spots. They have an excellent drink selection including teas and lots of slushie flavors. The employees are friendly as well. They have donuts that go half price after 4pm. They also have frozen yogurt you can buy by the ounce. It is always clean inside and I never have to wait too long to check out. Their gas prices are always on the lower end.

Jazz is much more interested in her phone call than helping customers in the drive through. I had to repeat myself multiple time because she wouldn’t listen. Very unfriendly.

Place is always up for service. Staff is a 4/5. I am a car guy and they have e85. Which is a plus! I go threw the drive threw often and this is where it’s a 4/5. Staff sometimes looks like life is horrible. No smiles and almost makes you feel guilt even going there. Lol but still love it!

I never leave bad reviews, but the employees at this store are rude. No name tag, so I dont know their names. I am sure that not everyone is rude, but the ones in the afternoon are.

Im a fan of OnCue anyway. Clean bathrooms, nice facility, and tons of gas pumps. This OnCue employee is going above and beyond by changing a ladys flat tire for her! You dont see that every day.

I was charged $62 for $32 in gas at the pump and no one will take my call to correct this.

My daughter and I stopped in at this store. She bought a donut shop caffeine shot. She said it tasted strange. Put the lid back on shook it up and it looked like it had curdled milk in it. I called the store and asked for a manager. Was told she was outside. I explained why i was calling the girl said,. Ok... Then Im sorry... It was expensive for that item but then the lack of concern or anything to refund my daughters money... Im very disappointed in the poor customer service.

Bad customer service. Went through the drive thru. Had my special needs son’s drink missing. Had to wait back in line to get it. When I expressed I was upset she laughed and said okay and shrugged. Asked her name, she refused to give it to me to call corporate. Went to take a picture of her name badge and she turned away and closed the window in my face. My son crying. Called Via phone the manager and was told I was wrong and she was calling the police. Insane!!!! Over a $3 drink.

Need to fix the air hose its all cracked wire exposed and dangerous

When I ask an associate about available nicotine vape items this location has, perhaps they should know and- dare I be bold enough to say- look at what you have available. Then, possibly, when I inquire more specifically because I can see them directly in front of me, maybe your workers shouldnt act like me asking something that is part if their job is a huge inconvenience. Seriously? Maybe try and do your job, maybe try and care about your company. Trash.

We went here for frozen yogurt and were dissapointed by the cleanliness. The girl at the counter, dark curly hair and severe acne rudely interrupted my conversation with my family. I kindly told her I was speaking with my family, and she became upset with me.

Its a gas station! Not at 5 star restaurant. Lots of drink choices, bathrooms easily accessible, large amounts of snacks, and free ATM. Drive though is a plus for thist times you dont want to get out of the car for a snack or drink; its not terribly slow but expect to wait. Oh and its a gas station, lots of pumps and very well lit at night.

I love this store! It is by far the cleanest, well managed, customer friendly store I have ever been to! You should make this your daily stop convenience store.

I love OnCue! Great icee selection and coffee. I only go to OnCue for gas and will continue doing so! They have so many pumps which makes it easier to get in and out. The drive thru is very convenient when I’m feeling lazy but majority of the time the employee does not seem happy to be there and not great with customer service.

No complaints about what they have or the facility itself; however, the drive-thru customer service is horrible. It doesn’t take much to, at the very least, be nice.

I absolutely love going inside to this store. They are wonderful and very helpful. However after a few times in a row of pulling through the drivethru I have been met with very bad customer service. It seems like I am ruining their day by even showing up. I have tried to be positive and nice as possible to several different employees and still only get bad attitudes and rude responses. I use this store almost daily and would give this a 5 star if it was not for the drive through customer service or lack there of as the case may be.

Was waiting to check out at 0805 on 11/21/17 and thought everyone but one person behind the counter was on break. Turns out that Brittanis conversation with her male friend was more important than her job

On 3-18-17 at approximately 8:20pm I was one of the few people in the store getting cold drinks from the fridge, & I heard almost on the whole other end of the store this guy being super loud & talking about a girl was so stupid cause she didnt know which hole to have sex with, her p**** or her a******. He went on talking about how stupid this girl was. He was talking like he had a loud mic announcing it to the whole store. I went to the front, checked out, & asked the lady who was manager? She pointed to the same guy talking that way. I told her thats your manager? The same guy that was talking that way.....? She said yep. I walked up to the guy(young guy) & said, are you the manager? He proudly said yep, & I said why are you talking that way in a store? That is unprofessional. I could have had my kids in here with you yelling these disgusting things in the store. All he said was my bad. I said yeah that is your bad, & it was bad. I think he needs fired or denoted immediately my opinion. Not a classy place with this kind of management no matter what the visual appearance is.

I dont like to leave bad reviews however the drive thru at this oncue is really shocking. I use it often and the people they have working it are very rude and move about as slow as humanly possible. I mean if you hate your job that much then do something else. Who is interviewing these people? I am just going to drive out of my way from now on or not use this drive thru. I suggest that people just avoid it also- it will save you the frustrationHad to drop it to 1 star. I have actually had to call to get help in the drive thru and still waited as they walk as slowly as possible and then act irritated for your business

So I went here this evening to buy Gatorade, went through the drive-through at about 6:40 p.m. I came home and tried to drink my Gatorade at about 8:45p.m. and when I tried to open it the seal was already broken and then I noticed that there is some missing, So are people going around drinking out of Gatorades now!

Im usually here sometime between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Great crew working during this time!

I really enjoy the drive thru. It makes it a lot easier when I have kids with me.

There was four Clerks all behind the counter in only one lady was running the register and there was maybe seven people in line
