Love the curbside service. The manager and staff are very nice and accommodating beyond the norm.

The staff here is always so helpful and nice. I was having an awful day today and was on the verge of tears when the pharmacy tech told me my insurance stopped contracting with them so my medicine wasn’t covered. He was very kind and understanding, found a coupon for me, and explained to me very patiently how to get my prescription transferred for the future. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a tall guy with dark slicked back hair, and he really helped make my day a little better.

I received horrible customer service by the “manager on duty” this morning. He was not only rude to me, but with the cashier as well. When she called him up front to assist, he barely let her explain the situation and assumed he knew that I was trying to make a return. When I tried to explain to him that I was overcharged for an item that I purchased the day before, and even trying to show him a picture of the advertised price on the shelf, he rudely spoke over me and said “listen to me, this is coming from the manager”. I wasn’t going to stand there and argue with someone like that, so I left the store. I don’t plan on going back. I would like to have this corrected, and would love if the general manager could get back with me ASAP. Thanks! - Evelyn

Visited this place during my travel and stay at OKC OK on 30Dec2019.I have returned WALGREENS body wash gel🚿 and exchanged with another company.They allowed me exchange without any questions as WALGREENS body wash was not Good Quality.I took VICKS cough syrup.People are customer friendly.Good place to get your personal/medical needs or medications

Worst Walgreens in Edmond! So slow every time we visit. Say walk-ins welcome for flu shots but will be turned away and told you have to have an appointment. This location is insufficiently staffed to meet the needs of customers.

Great place to shop with coupons and pharmacy is good. The have some immunizations but I would call in advance to make sure.

Fast service, the pharmacy always fills my prescription quickly. We restock basic first aid and meds, pick up snacks, and add to my mostly unnecessary lipstick collection here. Thanks for being conveniently located! My only critique is turning left out of the parking lot, but it has access to both South and east bound traffic and I never have to wait longer than a minute or two.

This particular store does not understand the coupon policy although they think they do and will argue with you and not apologize after being proven wrong. Learn how to read a coupon. Learn your policy. Dont be rude. Thanks. Ill go down the street where they are friendly and knowledgeable.

Checked in to the pharmacy and handed over the prescription, attending pharmacist said it will be ready in 15 minutes; so thought to wait. It took a little over 45 minutes while I was waiting right in front of the counter to come back and say they don’t have it in stock. Quite unprofessional: I would recommend alternate stores and avoid this one if you are in neighborhood.

I submitted an order online using a 25% off discount. After submitted I found in my email to get 50% off all prints. When picking up my pictures I mentioned I’d like to get rid of the 25% off and use the 50%. A photo manager came to the counter and said I would need to “resubmit” my entire 60 picture order and then they could apply it. I understand “policy” but feel that is rather excessive. Needless to say I just kept my 25% off and will print my pictures elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Just not enough of them. Expect long wait times most of the day and don’t even try going during afternoon rush hour traffic. They almost never answer the phone as well. But 3 stars for the staff!

Bad customer service

Quite possibly the WORST pharmacy in the state! Waited over a half hour in the drive thru lane for one prescription! Absolutely ridiculous! Uncalled for. Everyone should be fired!

Theres no point in calling your prescription in ahead of time. You still have to wait 15-20 min. Oh well...my excruciating pain doesnt matter to the crew that cant feel it.

Pharmacist spoke on phone with me. Very polite, knowledgeable, considerate........I look forward to this pharmacy taking care of my medicines. Very positive change from last pharmacy in T-Town.

First let me say it really hurts me to say anything negative about Walgreens. I have used them for over 14 years and they have alway bent over backwards to help me. I welcome anyone to check my records to see that I am an avid customer. I gave this store 1 star, but I really didnt want to give it any...I needed a prescription refill and called the automotive service and it told me it would be ready by 10:15. I got to store at 11 am to be told there was nothing ordered and there must have been an hiccup....that the prescription was in Dallas and it would be need to be transferred, but it could not be transferred back....but there were 5 orders before I needed to go back to the Doctors, but if it transferred, I would have to go back to the Doctors and shell out more money for a new prescription... But the one thing I want to bring up it was the way the information was relayed ..I dont know the mans name but he took great joy in telling me NO...this is not the 1st time he has taken pleasure in telling me all about state laws and that he could or would not help me. He is a large man with a beard, the only one at this store who has a beard. I will try never to use this store ever again and will also tell my friends and family to avoid this store. There are many more Walgreen site that can be used. And there is always CVS.

I went trying to get my prescription and I show my Mexico Id they just treat me like with no respect the guy told me bring a us Id stupid I am not legal so I dont have one they dont care if I am in pain. That is why a lot countries dont like us they are so races I hate this place people is mean
