Madi does such an amazing job! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now and she always has such exceptional listening skills and styling skills! Sometimes I have pictures for what I want, but often, I describe what I am looking for. She cuts and colors my hair perfectly every time!

Scheduled a haircut for my daughter and they did not record it. Had the proof and they just said “sorry!” They did not try any means of accommodating us at all. I will not schedule with them again.

Worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. NEVER EVER book with Madi Snow. She had an attitude and rude comments from the moment I sat down and when we pointed out a part that she missed curling, she became upset and told us to do it ourselves and that “you can take my place”. Ended up having to go home and curl it myself. Such a waste of time and money.

The last three times I have come to this location to get any of my necessities they are out, make no attempts to order, and are so short- staffed it is ridiculous. I know everyone is hurting for help and employees barely get any training but at least make the effort.

I would not recommend going here for a first timer. Maddie does not try to give you availability options, I’m not sure how many other hair stylist work here. But Maddie does not care to take any new clients, and was ok telling me she couldn’t reschedule.

LOVE THE EMPLOYEES! Dj, Alexis and the blonde headed girl were AMAZING! Middle school girls getting into make up and they helped with where to start and what products to use. This is my store and happy to have my daughters and friends join!

Ordered online and the order was shipped to the wrong address. And then when I emailed them to try and fix it or get a refund they said they couldn’t do anything because it was “successfully delivered” even though I communicated that it was delivered to the wrong address. So basically it’s just money down the drain. This company does not care about their customers and only wants to fill their pockets. Will never be shopping here again.

I absolutely love this Ulta! All the ladies were super helpful, especially the blonde with super long hair, I believe her name was Samantha. It’s always a pleasant visit.

Had a hair cut last week by Madisen. The major reason for the hair cut was to remove the last of a bad perm. Easy peasy. I told her to be sure to cut the perm out completely. I informed her I was open to going short. Once I washed my hair, its quite obvious she left a lot of frizzy, perm burned hair on both sides. I will never use that salon again.

Got a hair appointment here later in the evening with 24 hours notice. Madi was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and she did wonders on my hair! I will now have a fresh color for my wedding in two weeks thanks to her! Cannot say enough!

I love this place! Ive been here several times for perfumes and other items. They always have a good sale on items and that makes it worth coming back here. Sure perfume is cheaper online than here or most physical stores, but I would still buy it from this place because of the friendly and helpful employees. Plus you can build up points here from purchases and get money off of future purchases. All in all this is a great place to go for beauty items and perfume.

I go here for all my services. Facials, waxing, and makeup. Bailey is the only person I recommend for waxing, facials, and getting my makeup done. Make sure you call Ulta and book her. She will have your makeup flawless or popping in my cardi b voice. BAILEY is the best. ♥️♥️♥️

Ive been going to Bailey for about 3 years now. She has truly changed my skins life. I went from daily breakouts and cystic acne to the occasional hormonal flair up and smooth skin. She also takes care of all of my waxing needs, and her wax is even safe on my super sensitive skin. I love her with my whole heart!! Thanks for giving me the best skin ever!!!

I love hair and makeup products. And this store is clean well ran very nice super helpful employees. Bad thing is it is very close to my house. That can lead to getting in trouble with the husband lol if I spend to much so I try to stay away, but I love the store.

Love going to different ulta stores. I havent had a bad experience any. But If you are needing major assistance from the beauty staff on makeup questions, go during dow time hours. otherwise you will have to wait.

So last night Ulta accidentally charged double of something we only got one of. And it’s $17 so we called this morning and talked to Valarie and she said we could come in and bring the receipt and they can refund the money and throw in some free gifts for the inconvenience and at this point we think oh that’s really nice of them. I just got there. Walked in and I said we had called this morning and talked to valarie about just bringing the receipt and getting gifts for the inconvenience. The cashier was like okay can i see your receipt. And Valarie was right there and said yes i talked to her this morning. Well, I got the refund back on my mothers card, no free gift for her inconvenience but I did get to hear Valarie say to the cashier “make sure we check the cameras” which I get it there’s dishonest people out there, but to have zero faith or respect for a person who is standing right in front of you trying to fix a mistake that you Ulta accidentally made. So yes. Check your cameras. And it will prove our honesty, and innocence. I’m not upset at the cashier last night, I’m not upset because we didn’t receive the gift you promised over the phone, I’m upset that you just assumed that we are thieves just trying to steal and make a profit unfortunately I love Ulta. But the costumer service of this company at this location is no longer a place I will shop. And if this is how the company views all of its costumers; I’m not sure I want to have any part of their business.

Usually I have to drive half an hour to Ulta in Oklahoma City to get my eyebrows waxed. So when one was put in this location, I was very excited! Ive always had a great experience getting my eyebrows waxed at the Benefit Brow Bar in OKC, but not in Edmond. They usually do a good, thorough job and get everything almost to perfect. The lady who did my eyebrows in Edmond almost didnt care at all. She mapped out everything, but Im still left with my brows thick, and multiple hairs that shouldnt be there and could have easily been removed. It was okay, but I will definitely be sticking to OKC. The products are great, good and kind ladies who work there, but I dont recommend the brow bar in Edmond.

These people were extremely rude and snarky. As a former sales associate, I noticed when this chick kept following us around the store to make sure we werent stealing anything but we had done nothing to warrant such behavior. Just because we didnt look like your normal customers, doesnt mean we dont deserve the same respect.

I have been a customer at Ulta for at least 15 years. This one has by far the worst customer service in all my years and through the thousands of dollars I have spent there. I dont go anywhere else to get my makeup or hair products. I have also been a frequent client of the brow bar. Im disappointed everytime I go to this location.
