Came today for my appointment for my follow up vaccination and it was like I was just another customer standing in line for a prescription! Dont come if here if you dont have to! It really makes zero sense to make appointments and still have people standing in line waiting for prescription transfers when they have a set appointment. I spoke with the supervisor Lori and she didnt seem to see an issue with it. Just another day at Walmart..
I called for a refill and I waited a couple of days I called and the lady told me the request to the doctor was never sent and she said she sent it while on the phone. I called my doctor and was told they will send it back and I could get it that same day. I go a couple days later and then they never filled it saying someone was suppose to call me and let me know the doctor wouldn’t approve it and I told her they sent it and I know they did. They also keep asking for mine and all 4 of my kids medical info even though we have been with them for years. Paying Walgreens more will be worth the transfer. I never had any issues with them.
Wow, so ive been getting prescriptions here for over a decade..until my doctor got some flack from the staff and she called in my medicine to Walgreens instead. I was shocked to learn the medication that was billed at 101.50 at Walgreens, I just got a text the exact same order is 180 at Wal Mart! So check pricing.. I cant believe it. Slow service AND high pricing.. Thanks Wal Mart. Never again.

Clowns at best I told them on my way as my daughter is crying due to ear infection they said antibiotics will be ready in 10 mins I get here and they are telling me no one called us and it will need extra 30 mins. I told them as they are trying to explain their lack of competence to count pills my daughter is in pain and crying. Obviously no one is in charge and no one cares.
This gets 5 stars because of the mobile order and pickup. It may be in Walmart but I can refill and pay for my prescription in the app and be in and out in no time. Employees are pretty friendly despite the heavy workload
Awful! I called simply to get some pricing and info about a medication and Susan could not have been more irritated that I had questions and she had to be on the phone with me and actually do her job. She said I would have to physically come up there with the prescription and she would not give any pricing over the phone. When I attempted to explain that we were cash pay and it did not need to be run through insurance she spoke louder to make sure she talked over me to make it clear that she was STILL talking. Horrible customer service! No wonder they have bad reviews. They dont appear to like their jobs or care about helping customers.
Repeatedly sold my wife’s prescriptions after calling to confirm a refill. If that’s not the lowest standard of customer service I don’t know what is.

My husband has been trying to get a prescription filled since February 28th after his surgery. They told him they would have it by the 5th of March and he still cant get it from them.
They seem to always get my script filled on time. Not bad service for a Walmart.
Nice clean store and customer service was very nice.
