It turns out to be double Amazon price 80$ for a 32$. If they charge it 50$ I still happy.Edit even brand name from LiftMaster website sell it for only 30.49. Cheaper than Amazon so now just 2 stars.

Most techs (no matter what service sector) typically dont care to have someone looking over their shoulder while working. Eric welcomed the distraction and even took time to chat with my kids (4.5 and 3 years old). Very knowledgeable, meticulous, and courteous.Fair pricing too. You get what you pay for. If you want to save money and cut corners, then cut them, but expect things to fall apart again. If you want it done right the first time, call Garage Door Solutions. They even back their work and parts for one year.No, they didnt pay me to type this review or offer me a discount for doing so. Its hard to find affordable and reliable service these days, so I totally have no qualms leaving a positive review when its deserved. I called Friday (6/4/21) at 4:52pm. Had a non-emergency appointment scheduled for 9am (6/7/21). Eric was on time, better yet, early! I wont hesitate recommending them or using them again in the future!

Called and talked to Alan @ Garage Door solution about the issue with an old garage door. Alan was great and fantastic to work with. Within 2 days we have the garage door replaced. The whole process was great and things were very organized from appointment, estimate to installation. The new door looks great and works smoothly. Garage door solutions uses good door, 25 gauge steel. Definitely we will reach out to Garage Door again if we need repairs or replacement in the future.

Great service! I had my garage door come off track about 9:30 pm on a Monday night (thank God the car was not in the garage at the time), and the door almost collapsed onto the floor! I called Garage Door Solutions to see if someone could come out for an emergency call right away. They were able to send someone between 7 and 9 am the next morning, which was the quickest time of any company I called. These guys got to my place around 7:45 am and were finished in about an hour! My garage door is great now! The only problem I had was with the cost of parts on the invoice; the parts costs seemed to be excessive. I wonder if the installation labor was included in the cost of parts, in addition to the service call. Im not complaining, though. The service was top notch, and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I was very pleased with the service technician who responded to my call. I had contacted the company to send someone who could give me a quote on a new door and opener. After I explained the problem he was able to repair the existing opener and everything seems to be working fine. I realize that the door will have to be replaced in the not too distant future but it is nice to know the opener still has some life left in it and I will not have to replace everything. I would definitely use Garage Door Solutions again.

We had to call on a holiday but they sent a technician out within a couple of hours and we were able to get our car out of the garage. There was a change for the holiday but it was explained in advance and was worth it. The service was great.

Our door was giving us trouble for a year or more and during the recent snow storm I found myself ready to have someone come tell us what the issues were. Jeff and Ryan were available 2 days after to come out and do basic maintenance and quickly determined the underlying problems, repair and replace needed parts, and leave us with a wonderfully working garage door!! They only waited 2 days, because they were focusing on customers who couldnt get in and out of their garages due to the storm, otherwise they would have been available sooner. Jeff came to our home to inspect our single car side garage door when the top panel broke from the swing arm. He was the 3rd technician to come out and give an estimate. The first two companies were adamant about the top panel couldn’t be replaced, so an entirely new door was the only option. The wait time would be 2-8 weeks with a cost range of $900-1100. One company even said they “were going through a price increase that day so I needed to get my order in quickly”.When Jeff arrived (he was masked, which was a plus), he had the best attitude and took one look and said we had a good door that just needed a new panel and strut. I was thrilled to have Jeff’s honesty, and the panel was installed the next day. Him and Ryan showed up on time, inspected our other door, put a new rubber seal on the base and set us up for a courtesy call in 12 months.Very pleased with this company, the exceptional customer service, and how they treated our family. This was a great experience. We had made an appointment with A1 garage door which canceled on us a few hours before our appointment which we had for over a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A RIP-OFFTook 2 days to arrive for service. 30 minute diagnosis. 2 more days to get part.Repair part charge $175 for electronic board. Price for identical board on internet $23.Total charge $313. Complete, brand new garage door opener at Home Depot $150.Actual problem was a mis-alignment of photo sensors. 2 minute fix.Later.....Spoke to the owner and agreed a mutual misunderstanding. After discussion we agreed and settled the issues amicably.I really appreciate the willingness to understand and be accommodating to make sure the customer is satisfied.A company of high integrity.

Called them on a Saturday morning because my door had come off of the tracks and i could not get my vehicle out. They were able to get the door back on its tracks, replace the worn out rollers, bearings, and cables, and had me better than new in about an hour.
