One of the best experiences I’ve had in a health related practice. The receptionist was extremely friendly both on the phone and in person. The hearing test itself was explained well and easy to do. The doctor I saw really listened to me. I didn’t just have loss of hearing concerns, but other medical issue concerns related to audiology. She was very nice and patient and took the time to answer questions and research the topics I brought up. She referred me to another specialist who she has faith in. I felt validated and that was a wonderful feeling. I completely recommend this facility.

From the moment we walking into Fine Hearing until we walked out we felt at ease with the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind. The hearing test occurred professionally and results were explained thoroughly. My husband and I would recommend Fine Hearing to everyone.

Seriously the kindest ladies here! My daughter has come to this location every year for the last 4-5 years and they have always been so patient and kind with her and explain the results and next steps (if needed).

This was my first time to an audiologist so I really don’t have anyone to compare them to, but they were super nice, seemed to be very thorough and it was very nice facility. I also love that they didn’t try to sell me anything extra, just set me up for my next annual appointment. Dr. Morris and her receptionist were both awesome.

Ive had the same audiologist for 5 years at a different facility. I loved my audiologist. But I desperately needed new hearing aids and due to insurance reasons, I had to switch to another audiologist at another facility... Thats how I ended up at Fine Hearing Care. Ill admit I was apprehensive about this. What an absolute blessing that I ended up with another awesome audiologist! Dr. Morris is my audiologist at Fine Hearing Care & shes wonderful! She is helpful, knowledgeable & very pleasant to work with. The receptionist, Christy, is an absolute Doll! You feel like youve known her forever! Really capable people. I needed an audiogram to reprogram a pair of hearing aids. The hearing test revealed that I had a difference in bone conduction and air conduction in one of my ears, and an ENT specialist was recommended. So I have an appointment with one. This had never been pointed out before during several other hearing tests, and Im really impressed with the audiologists at Fine Hearing Care.

I really like my Oticon hearing aids! I’ve heard songs from high school days and could hear lyrics I’ve never heard before. And the service at the Edmond office is top notch! They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and worked on my hearing aids quickly.Too bad there is only five stars!Mark

The school referred my son to this facility. It was easy to set up an appointmen because the staff was friendly and nice on the phone as well as in person. They made my son feel safe enough to open up about his hearing problem. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was having problems with wax buildup in my ears and tried other methods to no avail. I called around Oklahoma City and couldnt find anyone to professionally clean my ears until I called Fine Hearing. I spoke with the nicest receptionist who took the time to listen and consulted with the doctor and made me an appointment for that same day. I came in and saw Johnna and within 20 minutes, I could hear properly again and was feeling SO much better. Then the receptionist realized I was still a little dizzy and got me a soda and made me sit down until I was good to drive. These people are so nice and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them.

I needed some advice, and programming, dropped in for a check up, found a problem, met with audiologist when I returned to pick ears up, tweaked the programming and BAM, back in service!My wife really appreciates the quick professional service!

Started with this team 5 years ago and left with the Oticon over the ear. Very nice! Darn left aid just went out (4-6 year life).Working with Dr. Irby for exam, repair and reprogram.
