Dr. Wood is thorough, caring & very professional. He addressed my hearing concerns, as well as some vertigo issues I had been having.I ended up getting hearing aids & audiologist, Dr Karlee Howard, is a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable & has made the transition an easy one.The staff up front are all very pleasant & I can call anytime & get the help I need.

I am not a fan of wearing masks so the return to the mandate cast a star. That and the initial mix-up where no one knew why I was scheduled for an appointment. Even with that, I believe the staff at OKC to be top shelf. I think I was one that momentarily got lost in the crowd.

The service was quick, and the receptionist is caring. My Doctor spends a long time with a detail discussion, and waiting time is short. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for Audiologist in Edmond, OK.

I stopped in to get information about hearing aids. The ladies all looked surprised at the walk in person. It was like walking into a doctors office and you didnt have an appointment and they dont know you. Which I guess was the case. One lady gave me a card and told me to have my primary physician fax in a referral for a hearing test and then they could schedule it. OK, will do.
