Rick was truly amazing! I always go into Mathis Brothers’ stores with the intent of avoiding sales people at all costs due to their nagging and intrusive nature. However, and this is a big however….Rick is a huge exception to the typical sales person. He was respectful of our budget, respectful of our space all while getting us a fantastic mattress AND the 365 mattress guarantee! She listened to my issue and then went out of her way to assist me with getting everything worked out for me. I could not be happier with the treatment I received while shopping tonight. My wife and I went into the store at this location and was immediately greeted with great customer service. As soon as I had the chance I notified Grant Barnes, our sleep consultant, that we had no intention to purchase a bed that day but wanted to see what was on the market. Mr. Barnes spent approximately one hour in helping us find the right bed. He is a very intelligent man in being able to help in finding the perfect match for the customer. My wife and I tried just shy of a dozen beds and finally found the bed for us. As long as Mr. Barnes is still working at this location we will certainly be back. This location truly offers the customer service and knowledge needed when making the crucial decision as to which bed is right for you. They get 5 stars because 6 stars is not an option.

Took time to explain all the details of ourr new mattress, we received a set of sheets and pillows. Was a great experience.

We went in looking to see what was out there. We werent ready to buy yet but rather looking for the future. The salesman who greeted us and who happened to answer our questions wasnt very pushy at all. He gave some good advice/tips and made sure the experience was a pleasant one. Some salesmen are pushy and crowd you the minute you come in the store but Tyler(the one who helped us at this particular location) didnt. Hopefully when ready to purchase in the future, hell be working. I would suggest this location and Tyler as a salesman any day!

Dont go here if you want to make certain that your mattress purchase will be comfortable. They only give you two tries; not everyone, myself included can be that successful. No attempt at satisfaction. For a several thousand dollar investment you would think that they would try to be more accommodating. And make sure you check out the competition before deciding.

My wife and I really dont like furniture (mattress, in this case) shopping due to the typical salesperson interaction. We understand they have to make a living but we need some space to make our own decisions. This store is nice and clean, well laid out, has many options to test, and our salesperson, Dylan, was great. He is very knowledgeable, picked up on social queues, and helped us navigate options in a tasteful way until we eventually made our decision. Mattress, box spring, and frame were delivered next day. Entire experience was really good!

There are a number of Mathis branded products such as pillows and bedframes that are less expensive but still seem to have the same quality as more expensive brands.Deliver was fast, professional, and friendly. The delivery teams were very respectful and too care to carefully place and move all furniture.A great shopping experience from a friendly and professional staff who did their best to make us satisfied with our decisions and purchases.

Ordered a purple mattress from this company, was supposed to get a free pillow. Never got it. Since i signed saying i got it I’m not able to receive one now. So here i am leaving a 1 star review. Tried to return the mattress i don’t even want it now but i can’t do that either. Bad investment

Mattress became soft and uneven, try to get service under Warrenty but it was complicated process Requiring picture with rulers in back ground . For me it was practically impossible to do what they wanted. Finally had to give up. My old mattress from Sam’s which is 20 years old is in better shape then this new mattress which cost me 3 times and became soft and uneven before one year.

NO SHOPPER STALKERS at Mathis Brothers Furniture in Oklahoma! Tyler Slone Campbell was excellent. He answered every question, but never HOVERED OVER US. Many furniture stores advertise that there’s no bothersome employees trying to sell you a bill of goods, but Tyler is different. He showed us exactly what we wanted. He knew his inventory. We left the store to have lunch but came back in two hours. Tyler wrote up our order. Mathis has been our furniture store since we’ve been in Oklahoma. We made a wise choice.

Tyler is awesome. we purchased a casper nova hybrid matress & he was alot of help in that. ask for tyler & keep it local.

Ashley was seriously amazing and wonderful. She helped us and really informed us of what we were looking at. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and appreciated being treated fairly like every customer there. Being young some people don’t take you serious especially with a huge purchase but I felt very welcomed and loved buying from Ashley. I will 1000% recommend going to her to anyone who needs to get a new mattress.

Let me start by saying, ‘I didn’t even walk into another store’!!! Ashley was knowledgeable, pleasant AND listened!! So, there was no need to look elsewhere- the entire experience, from entering the store, to having EVERYTHING delivered within 24 hours by excellent, conscientious people, was a 10!!! This experience led us to shop with Mathis Furniture for other needed furniture.

Our salesperson, Trey, was amazing. He was friendly, kind, helpful and funny. We really appreciate his help and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.However, getting everything we purchased delivered has been a nightmare. We bought four mattresses, a box spring, a mattress cover and an adjustable base. On our delivery date, they forgot one of the mattresses and said they would deliver it the next day. They did not, and when we tried to call the delivery guys, they did not answer or call back. Finally the mattress arrived the next day but it was the wrong mattress. Customer service was not at all helpful with the situation. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and ended up being transferred to multiple people, but no manager. Finally I was transferred to Trey and he handled the situation beautifully and my mattress is supposed to arrive tomorrow sometime. We will see if it actually does!Trey was great and we do love the products we actually received, but will probably never trust their delivery again. And their customer service department is beyond useless.

Trey and Dylan were both excellent salesmen. They’re the reason I gave two stars. My husband and I came in and bought a mattress for our bedroom. As soon as we went to bed the first night we knew something was wrong and my husband thought we must haven gotten the wrong mattress. Turns out we didn’t. But we looked at the tag on the mattress and went back to the store to look at the tag on the mattress we picked out. They were different. Not by a lot but the combinations of cotton, polyester etc.. were not the same on the mattress’s. So we ended up exchanging it for another. It was a relatively easy exchange. But now we have a new mattress and it feels exactly the same as the one we just took back.. to make matters worse we’ve only had it a few weeks and there’s already humps or dips where we have slept.. We are at a loss and don’t know what to do. But we know we will not go back there to buy another mattress. We feel like the mattresses in the store do not feel like what gets delivered... The last mattress I bought before this one I got at Dillard’s. Next time I’ll go there...P.S. They were both Lady Americana brands which are Mathis Bros. brand. Leslie (soft) was the first mattress. The second is Virtuoso (soft) Neither were soft.

Dylan Moore was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the different products here. A very pleasant and easy to get along with salesman - no high pressure tactics here. Well organized, free and fast delivery, too boot.I initially picked out a mattress that was WAAAAY too firm, which killed my back, He helped get me a fast replacement with minimal hassle. Please be aware that the floor model mattresses are pretty broken in and will test out softer than they will be when you get them home. Dont make the same mistake I did.Prices were reasonable, though they dont have a lot to choose from below $1,000 for a King mattress (they were doing a King for a Queen price then for Serta). Dylan told me they had had too many quality control and warranty return problems with the cheaper mattresses, and I think he may be right. Anyway, this was a significantly better buying experience than being hounded by sales people at the main store on Reno.I will likely buy here again. Recommended

I worked with Tyler who assisted me to find my perfect bed. I chose a queen sized adjustable bed. I never had seriously considered one but Im happy as a clam that I bought it. I have sleep apnea and really like to sleep with my head a little higher. I love to be able to read in bed and relax a bit before turning in for the night. When we bought the mattress we were told they would take our old mattress but they didn’t not give any exception rules. When they arrived at our house the said they wouldn’t take it because it was a sleep number mattress. It was completely dismantled and easy to take but they said no. Not cool.
