Went in today to purchase a twin mattress, as well as a full size set. I was warmly greeted by Dylan, who began by asking super polite questions to determine mine, and my 12yr old Sons, needs/wants. This place is amazing. Dylan was so incredibly kind, and helpful. There was ZERO pressure about items more expensive that I wanted, and helped both me and my Son find exactly what we needed, in the correct price range. I would recommend this store 10/10, the Customer Service, and care for the Client was awesome!

Wow! Just Wow! Dylan is amazing and so knowledgeable. I was so overwhelmed when it came time to replace my mattress. I did hours of research that just overwhelmed me even more! EVERYONE said their mattress was #1 whether it was box or traditional or hybrid. Dylan was patient and explained the differences.I told him my sleep habits and comfort needs and budget and he showed me the mattresses he recommended and bam! I bought the second mattress. Can’t wait to get it home and sleep on it. I highly recommend this store. He was never pushy and he made me feel very comfortable.

Mattress is fine. The delivery guys broke my things on delivery and the owner has decided to quit answering our calls directly and speak only through a unknown person, because they dont think my hallway mirror is worth $140, thats not including the baseboard and corner piece that was pulled away from the wall. Just asked for them to replace the mirror. 2 months later and still not replacing what they said they would. Unless you want take the loss of your own personal properties to get something delivered, I would head to some other store.

We just purchased a queen mattress set from Conner! We are very happy we found this small family owned business! We had just left another mattress place and saw the big billboard that said turn around and go north. We did and we are thrilled we did. We saved over $400 and we loved the customer service. Look at the other mattresses places if you want but then go here. You’ll be glad you did.

Their customer service is great. I bought a twin mattress and box springs. It was good for about one year. Unfortunately it has broken down and very uncomfortable. I don’t have any ill will for this company. I just wished I would have done more shopping elsewhere and more.

Bought a queen size Tempurpedic from Roger. Very knowledgeable about matresses and the differences. Way more comfortable experiences buying from a local small business than a large store. Love the matress. Delivery service was great too. Definitely will use them for the next matress I buy.

My wife and I went in the store to check it out and get an idea what would best meet our needs in an adjustable bed. We had no intentions of buying when we entered the store. Roger was extremely pleasant to work with and shared the many options available to us in an informative, conversational manner. No pressure tactics were employed and we found the perfect split king, adjustable base mattress perfect for us. This is how buying a mattress was intended to be! Randomly drove past this store and decided to come in to check it out. Pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and customer oriented business attitude of this father and son store. Highly recommend shopping here for your mattress and would come back here again. Pricing was good as well. The store made some more money off of me for the mattress protector but appreciate Conner’s honesty in telling me that having mattress protector and mattress on the same receipt means extra warranty from the mattress protector side. They will honor it even if a stain occurs. We shall see...

Amazing customer service! My new adjustable bed and mattress are so comfortable. Roger Mathis went above and beyond to make sure I found the right mattress. I spent three hours in his store, laying on each mattress and he helped me pick the perfect one.
