Clean store. Helpful associates. They always greet me at the door. Asks if I need any help. Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont..but its just good customer service.I like my coupons I get in the mail from them..saves me some money!

A couple weeks back my family and I stopped by Hibbett Sports in Edwardsville in search of shoes. We experienced the BEST service from a young man named Barry. He is kind, courteous, and genuinely happy to help. We stopped in hoping to find a single pair of shoes but left with two pairs of shoes, two hats, and a hoodie, feeling good about our purchase, where we spent our money, and how we were treated as customers. Not only did Barry help, but every employee took the time to say hello and smile, even in passing. We will make a point to stop here first for all our future shoe and apparel purchases moving forward simply because we felt so appreciated.

Over priced and terrible selection. The vast majority of the shoes and clothes are not a good look. I only found one hoodie id consider wearing, but not for the price they were selling it for. The shoes are years old look for todays prices. Its definitely for people who lack a sense of fashion. The staff is nice though, only reason they get two stars instead of one.

If they have what you want, and you can find it not too bad. My experience is the staff is clueless. My last two visits:Im looking for a rosin bag The bags we have are on the back wall waving an arm at the equipment bags on the wall.Im looking for a pair of warm up pants with the zipper at the calf We dont have anything like that. Found four different pair on the racks from three manufacturers, while the two staff talked to each other at the counter.

This place is hit or miss on all aspects. I have had great service, found what I needed, and felt like I received a good value for my money in one trip. I have also had quite the opposite experience. I cant help but view this store as an I have no other choice, so I guess we will try here type of store.

Very much a specialty shop. Sports equipment and apparel. I had won a $25 gift certificate and needed to use it up. I found a new cardinal cap. After a $10 discount I still have about $5 or $6 to spend.

I walked in this store a little after 7:00 p.m. to purchase some soccer cleats and pads for my son. We walked around for 5 to 10 minutes and was never greeted or offered any assistance. After watching a few Caucasians come in and get greeted immediately and asked ifthey needed any help finding anything, I politely left and took my business to Dicks Sporting Goods.. I am very disappointed and offended by the treatment that we received.

Wood River needs a place like this. But they always carry the same shoes month after month never anything different. Switch it up a little bit.
