Alex was great assisting me with our event. Quick email replies and follow-up. He made the delivery of tables and chairs the easiest part of my day. He and his team are very reliable.

Had to give 1 star because 0 stars aren’t an option. Terrible customer service. Business hours aren’t accurate for party rental, and because of such, my wife sat with a truck and trailer full of equipment from 7am -9am in 37 degree weather

Ive worked with Grand Rental/True Value for years and they are always friendly and accommodating. Ive never had any issues with their products and they have worked with me through last minute changes without complaint.

Rented brick wet saw two different times and the water pump did not work both times. Complained to Dale both times and his reply was dry saw and wet saw are same price, no discount or apology. Problem is I rented a wet saw to minimize the dust for my lungs and surrounding area.

The staff at True Value are extremely courteous and have gone out of their way to make sure our event is a success. I did quite a bit of research on the items I need for my event and True Value has the lowest prices by far. Using True Value is helping us keep the fundraiser dollars where they belong...with the Bunker Hill Class of 2022 for their 8th grade graduation.

I rented a champagne fountain for a wedding. The fountain was beautiful and very clean. It was ready when I arrived and I did not have to return it until the next business day. Very pleased with everything.
