We were told our mattress would be in 3-5 weeks... it has now been 8-9 weeks and we still dont have it. Hopefully we will get our mattress since we already put down 1000$ on it.......

Second time I have made a purchase here. I did not catch the mans name but he was very helpful and kind. We have a large family so needed to purchase several mattresses. He was patient and helped us find what we were looking for and at an affordable price. The prices are the best I have found and great quality mattresses. I highly recommend to everyone.

Great experience! David took his time to explain different mattresses, foundations and frames, so that we could make the right choice and, we did. Fantastic job David!The mattresses were delivered on the scheduled date. We were called the evening before and given a two hour window. The men delivering our mattresses called forty-five minutes before their expected arrival and were on time. They were courteous, friendly, polite and professional. Fantastic job guys!

My husband and I came into the store for a last minute mattress purchase and David really came through for us! We had pretty specific needs as we didnt have a ton of space in our vehicle. Right off the bat he begins showing us mattresses that come rolled and could fit in our compact car. He was very detailed and led us through everything including a mattress protector. When I asked about wedge pillows, as I need to sleep on a slight incline, he gave me an amazing alternative Zero brand pillow that I love. No more leaning tower of pillows for me! Thanks David!!

Made purchase and never received it. For over 6 weeks told they were expecting it anytime (originally told 3 weeks, at the latest 4). They stated no way they could check order or track our mattress. Finally had to cancel order, which told due to “glitch” when purchasing may take quite a bit of time to have refunded.

The inventory at Mattress Direct, Edwardsville, have lots of high quality mattress with different price range. The store is well organized. The store manager David welcomed me. He was very patience to listen my description for the mattress which I have in mind. He showed me different grade and price range for the mattress. It helped me to decide. I am satisfied with my choice. He is a good professional salesman. He recommended the protect cover for the mattress. It is a god ideal.The Mattress delivered within the promised window. The mattress is at good condition. The delivery person hauled away the old one and helped cover mattress with protect sheet.I am satisfied and appreciated this mattress sale and had an excellent experience with this store.

Bought mattress based on how they feel in store, Got said mattress and slept on it for their required 60 nights. Went to return mattress because it feels nothing like what I laid on in store and was told there are no returns. Would have been useful information to know before purchasing. Only one exchange is allowed but how am I supposed to make a decision on what one to get if they dont feel like what is in the show floor.For the record we didnt just get any old cheap mattress, we spend over $2400 and now were stuck with it. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Mattress firm right next door has a better policy than this.

Had nothing but great customer service and the pricing is best around.

We bought our new bed here. My problem is that they were missing a bar the holds the mattress at the foot. They are replacing it but we have.to go to the store (about 50 miles) to pick it up. I think they should have shipped it to us.
