Thank you, Athir, for such kind and quick service! We went to pick up our RV at the repair shop and realized that we had mistakenly left our spare set of keys in the van. The first set was also in the van as we had asked the shop to lock the keys in the vehicle for after hours pickup. AAA dispatched USA Towing with an estimate of 45 minutes but within 20 minutes they arrived. Athir actually had to wait on us, which we felt bad about but he was so kind and said it wasnt an issue. Within minutes, the van was unlocked and we were on our way. We really appreciate your professionalism, patience, and for getting us in our vehicle so we could bring it home!

Super glad I went with these guys!! I got stranded at the DMV on a hot day in El Cajon, while pregnant! Called AAA and these guys came quick! Quoted 45 minutes. Seen them in less than 10. (Granted they are really close by)Took my car into the shop, Jeremy was able to inspect the car and give me a quote and promised to have it done the morning after the holiday weekend!He was spot on to the problem, I was properly quoted, no surprises when I returned and he provided excellent service all around!Very happy I chose to bring my car here instead of heading straight to Kia. Not sure about the rates but the last time they towed my car out of the highway they charged me $320 for like 10 miles or less. Not sure if those are the rates in CA

They did my body repair on my FRS they seemed so cool and helpful and let me choose after market additions but when it came to deadlines they were weeks off. Seemed id never get my car back

This towing company was very professional precise and efficient. They showed up early, which was exactly what I needed, and took care of everything. They loaded up the car and hooked everything up incredibly fast. I was able to get it all the way to my mechanic and unloaded extremely well on the other end too. The USA Tow Truck drive was early, professional and helpful. He examined my vehicle based on my description of my problem... Explained that I didn’t need a tow, saving me ~$40, and recommended I replace the battery. He called USA Towing to report my status. USA Towing had another person come out... The USA Towing rep arrived in 15 min... Tested my battery, replaced it, and tested the new installation at a reasonable price!!! Thank you for your prompt response and resolution to my emergency!

Rude unproffesional staff. They kept transferring me to some line that says the voice mail box has not been set up and hangs up on me every time.

USA responded to an AAA call for a jump start/dead battery on a very rainy afternoon. The guy was there in less than 30 minutes and got us going. Very helpful and courteous considering that was a wet and unpleasant day. I have had several experiences with USA over the years including moving a vehicle after an accident. Always on time and well done!

Im planning on taking this company to court. It may be business as usual to lie to customers but when you take advantage of someone who is in shock after an accident, there may be a special place reserved for you in HELL.

I have had to use them many times in the last few days and I have received the best customer service! My roadside assistance told me 90 to 120 minutes for arrival and the longest I had to wait was 29 minutes, shoot one call they were here in 5 minutes. Great job guys keep up the great job.

My first experience with USA Towing was 100% positive. They arrived within 15 min of my call to AAA. Omar was very efficient and professional. He went right to work to diagnose my car’s problem, which he did quickly. I was on my way in about 20 min with a new battery and a very positive impression of USA Towing.

My 2016 Soul recently decided not to start. I called Triple A. They jumped me, said drive around for an hour. I did, car wouldnt start next day. I made an appointment with Kia, but a friend said if you have Triple A, call. They will replace at your house and for less. I did, they did, and my mechanic, Juan, was not only supremely helpful, he was friendly, unassuming, and quick. He never made me feel uncomfortable, which is a big deal for single women no matter what their age. Plus, the office was super friendly and helpful, and Irving (my first jumper) was a great guy too. Called at about 12:55 p.m. on a holiday. ETA provided by Auto Club was 1:35, then I got a text stating 1:40. Either way that was fine and fast. Driver arrived at about 1:17, took care of the issue, and was gone at 1:35. Only minor issue was a slight accent made me have to ask him to repeat what he said now and then.

The tow truck arrived faster than expected. Despite the fact that his driver-side window shattered for no reason as he opened the truck door to get out, the driver was unfazed. He was professional and efficient. Great guy and excellent service!

USA Towing has been excellent every time weve used them over the last several years. Our AAA Insurance usually dispatches them when we have a roadside emergency. They are always very prompt and courteous. They often find a solution to our issue so that we dont have to be towed.

Having a dead car in a Costco parking lot is a nightmare. Daniel worked unsuccessfully to start it and then at my request masterfully loaded it onto the tow truck. He delivered it promptly to the nearby repair shop. Great service on a very hot summer day.

Once there the driver sprung straight into action because of safety hazards he got my girl and I to a safer location and gave us our option. He jumped started our car and it gained power but he also explained some reasoning as to why we could have stalled or why the batteries go so fast in hotter weather which I had no clue about just moving her from east coast. So my son was ran off the road and his right rear tire wheel arm rim and brake cylander were abliterated! Couldnt move it. This guy named Ray from USA towing. Really knew his stuff! Very professional and quick! He even managed to park the car in a tight spot with side drag and drop maneuver that was really quite impressive!

Five stars! This place was amazing! Jason, I believe was his name but I am horrible at names, helped me to get my car fixed after rear ending someone. He dealt with my insurance company and made me feel really welcomed. I would highly recommend using this place if you need your car fixed at any point. My car looks and feels good as new!

Car wont start after working 12 busy hours. Called triple A and they said they dispatched a mechanic that will arrive approximately 45 mins after I called. A mechanic from this company called me immediately and said he was on his way and told me his ETA which was very much less than 45 mins. The mechanic: his name is EWAN, communicated very well to find the parking lot where my car was located. He was very much professional and courteous all through out, even explaining the cause of why the car wont start. He eventually replaced the battery right on the spot and quick too. was expecting to be stranded at my work place for hours but thanks to triple A, this company, and Ewan I was able to go home in about an hour and rest.

I called at 933 a.m. and thought i was being smart because they also have mechanics to fix the vehicle, they did tell.me they were busy, but by 145 p.m.i had called back 3 times and the last time i was on hold for 25 min so i hung up amd called another towing company who came within 30 min
