Even though the shop was short handed because of an unplanned operation on one of their techs, my car was completed on time and in a professional manner. I highly recommend this facility. I have had multiple vehicles done here, and its always the same.

The car took a little longer than expected to get in and get fixed, but the service and personnel were great to work with.

They did an great job on my car.

They were very good with explaining what needed to be done and about how long it would take. They also were very good about informing me when there was extra work and what was going on with the insurance. They let me know the date it was expected to be done & then were able to get it done a little early! Great service, great work done & they also have a lifetime warranty on the work that was done.

My wife was rear-ended in her 2004 4Runner. She took it to Fix Auto El Cajon and they did a great job repairing and painting the damage. She recently had to get the 4Runner smogged and there was a problem. We took it back to Fix Auto El Cajon to see if the accident had caused the problem. They checked it out and determined she needs a tune up instead.I recommend Fix Auto El Cajon for all of your auto body and paint needs.

Had my SUV repaired there 4years ago in June. For the hatchback widow hinges. They had broken already again. They would honor nothing or give a discount. They had even broke my window when replacing the hinge the first time. So got a used hinge and window for $100.00 😒 not so happy about that. Got it fixed by some else for $40.00 with parts and a new handle to open the back.thanks to Frank.👍🙂

WARNING!!!!!! I don’t know why there were “good reviews”. There should be NO stars given for this place!!! Went to get my bumper replaced due to an accident and they didn’t seal up my bumper all the way. Had to tell them to fix it. AND THEY SCRATCHED MY FRONT BUMPER!! After a few days, I also realized that the left side of my bumper was poking out a little so I called them to fix it. George told me to go in on a Saturday twice, which he was not there. Wasted my time going in and I was told that he NEVER ordered the “brackets” to replace my bumper that he said he did!! Worse place ever to get your car fixed.

The gentleman at fix collision center, went out of the way to make it happen, thank you guys for the great work.....

Has always been a good Auto repair facility.

Do not use this place. Homer in the back yard could do better. Have had them repaint my bumper twice, and it has to go back again there are runs and spotty paint!!!

If you want a top quality paint job in East County, this is one of three places that I suggest.
