Went in for an alignment on a 2000 Camry variant. They did a price-match so that was great although it took an act of congress to get the manager, an Italian gentlemen in his late 40s to do it. Unfortunately, the technician snapped a huge chunk off one of the hubcaps and didnt say anything. I discovered it and the manager tried to replace the set but didnt procure the same ones so I ended up getting the fees for the alignment offset for the troubles they caused. Due to this, I cannot trust them because the technician didnt own up to the damages and who knows how many poor souls have been victimized by this establishment.

I hope never to return to this place. Bad attitude of the person who attends and also takes a long time to have your car ready. They dont tell you what tires to put on your car if you dont ask. They just make a budget and pressure you to accept.

John helped me so much and got me in at the very last moment of the day without any complaints. Actually made me feel quite welcome and patiently explained everything to me and easily answered every question I had. My alignment is perfect so thank you to the tech as well for double checking my car thoroughly I very much appreciate it and most definitely recommend these guys 100% thanks again

Ive worked with Mark for a long time through my business. Through his service weve had tire replacement, alignments, recalibration, suspension part replacement up to overhaul across all brands. We come back because hes courteous and appreciates his time and ours. I’ve been here four times now for tire repairs (3x for a car, 1x for a truck), and I’ve received great service each time. If nobody is in the lobby when I arrive, someone promptly stops what they’re doing in the shop to enter the lobby and greet me. This is true even if they’re busy. If the shop is backed up, I’ll drop the vehicle off when I can, and they give me a call as soon as my vehicle is ready. I’ve not had any issues with repairs I’ve received here. Mark, Joel, John, and the others are kind, professional, and ready to help.

I was really happy with the service. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I was done at 11:30am. Mark and staff were pleasant and if I had questions they answered them. they didnt pressure me into buying anything else.For the car.I recommend them to everyone.

You know, I brought my Nissan truck in just to get the tires inspected for nail and then maybe get em aired up, So in less than an hour Mark Faraci called and said my tires were damaged cuz the shocks were wasted. Well, he explained everything and the cost would be about $2000. I agreed to it. When the job was done, I went to pick it up and asked him to demonstrate the issues with the old tires and shocks. The stand up guy that he is, he demonstrated how my shocks were frozen (not extending ) and how that damaged the tires. I could go on but 5 *****s for Mark and Tire Choice

This place is AMAZING! Called em up about a leak in one of my tires, they said i would be in and out about 45 min. I showed up and Joe and his team had me outta there in 20 mins, and at a VERY affordable price!!! Rating 10/10 would definitely go back!

I went to Tire Choice just to check it out & compare pricing and selection. The manager, Mark, was very accommodating. He showed me tires for my 2003 Tundra based on my usage, which is only about 5k to 8k miles per year these days. He then explained how these tires will not be sun damaged before they are worn down by driving, since Kelly has an additive to the rubber compound that prevents sun damage.The price was competitive, he was very transparent on what elective services cost, and they were able to get me on the rack and out the door, mounted, aligned and balanced within 90 minutes. Compared to previous tire-buying experiences at Pep Boys, Costco, Firestone, Evans, and Discount Tire, this was very easy.

Absolutely great customer service and great attitude form the staff. Was having a complete bad day with several things going wrong including a flat tire to top it off. Called the customer service number to check for a certain tire in stock, Mark answered (awesome and friendly guy) and even though they didn’t have the tire I was looking for in stock. He sent a truck to the warehouse and got it in 30 min. Just from the positive and friendly vibe from Mark and his staff, it definitely made my bad day not so bad. These guys are great and definitely earned my trust and future business. Will definitely be my new tire spot.

I was sold tires of size too large so that they were rubbing against wheel housing. I drove 4000 miles and noticed EXTERIOR of front two tires had wires visible, placing my family and myself in danger when truck is driven. Shop manager, Mark, lied to me over the phone saying that with new alignment and new tires now there is space between tires and housing but after inspection it is clearly visible that tires are touching housing when sharp turn is made to either direction. His employee agreed that it should not be the case and immediately refunded me my money for new tires I just paid for. Mark wants me to pay for tires too large and drive unsafe with tires rubbing against housing. The shop made a mistake by selling me tires larger than I previously had. They will not honor their work. Completely unprofessional Manager. If you care about your and your family’s safety, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY SHOPS! Who knows if you will be sold correct parts?!!

Very respectful man ! He made sure to let me know what was going on with my car. Showed me what he was doing to my car and gave me more information. He broke it down to me to a way where I could understand it. It’s really hard for a woman to find a mechanic Who won’t take advantage of them and over charge them. Once we decide to patch it they helped me out right away repaired the tire right away. We had to have our truck towed to the nearest The Tire choice (Formally Goodyear) and ended up at this location. We feel so fortunate to have ended up here because the staff went above and beyond to help us understand everything and give us the best price possible without compromising the quality in parts. Mark was especially thorough in explaining everything to us. He went above and beyond and answered all of our questions. His customer service was outstanding! Because we had such an outstanding experience with our truck, we decided to bring our other vehicle back and have it worked on there as well. Went in for a simple tire repair, next thing I know Im getting quoted for $479 for 4 brand new tires, because theyre all about to blow up apparently. And the tire is now unrepairable. Ridiculous up sale marketing. I get it, got to make money, but start off slow start off with one new tire, maybe an added service. Built a customer trust first. Now Ill never go back again.

The worst ever. Dont go here. The first bad experience i had was i bought new tires and they only tightened lugnuts on 3 out of 4 tired. Second and last chance they will ever get. Had new shocks and struts but on and while i was driving the whole right side of my vehicle collapsed. After they were informed there was no bolts left in the vehicle they still refuse to take care of this situation. Please save yourself and dont go here yourself or allow anyone you know to go here
