ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. The lady working there is unbearable. She follows customers around while they shop. Its creepy. She has an attitude and speaks to customers like theyre children. On more than one occasion Ive overheard her bashing customers (usually in Spanish which I speak fluently) to fellow employees. Ive seen her get into with a customer before. Shes doesnt know anything about the products in the store. Low class, terrible vibe. Worst Sallys Ive ever been to and shes turned me off to all Sallys. Taking my business elsewhere.

I go there mainly for hair products. The ladies have been helpful and knowledgeable of there products.Great sales and a $5 yearly membership is well worth the discount Ms plus you get it back on your next purchase within 30 days.

Ive been buying products from sallys for over 8 years and have been to numerous stores in California but my experience this evening with a member of your staff, Maria, was like any other and I say this in over all customer service as a quality few have in the retail industry. She was very genuine in light pleasant conversation that wasnt overbearing but let me know as a customer that I was acknowledged and she was readily available to assist. Its employees like her that set the bar and more businesses need to hire not only people who enjoy their job but have overall personable traits. I will be now shopping at this location more often.

This is my third time being at this Sallys and every time I come in to the door the lady with the glasses always saysCan I help you with something?, and then she kind of watches me at the corner of her eye and follows me but then goes to the back room to not make it obvious, which makes me feel uncomfortable because Ive seen other women come in after me who are white, and she says how are you doing, do you need help finding a particular item? and walks away,now Im not trying to play the race card but Ive been to my childhood neighborhood beauty supply stores several times and they have asked if I needed help but left me alone to shop, also Im not a fool, I work in customer service, and when you work in customer service you learn the do and donts of approaching customers and the way she approaches me is a BIG DONT, I think this will be the last time I give Sallys my hard earned money for horrible customer service and thats for several locations Ive been to in CA, Ill just go back to my childhood beauty supply stores,or my new favorite, ULTA BEAUTY,now they have great customer service towards me! :)
