Friendly staff... great selection of boots and western wear. Little slim on selection for womens boots in the sizes 9.5 and up, but they are willing to check the other stores or have them ordered for you. Ive enjoyed every single visit to this store.

Great customer service. Needed to exchange some pants for a smaller size. Quick customer service, good prices. If its a pair of dress pants you need or just work pants, this is your go to store.

AWARDS PROGRAM RIP OFF - So you acquire points you can use for discounts. BUT, they are only good for sixty days. So you never reap the benefit unless you go on an expensive bi-monthly buying spree, over and over. Your points will disappear. BEST BET. Go, try on the shoes or clothes. Go on Amazon and it will be cheaper there.

Im sorry but this place is ridiculous. I paid 57.72 for (1) pair of jeans. Got home and found the same pair for 25.98 on amazon. I could understand 5$ maybe 10$ increase but more then 2x the price for being in a store is ridiculous. Hate to be that guy but supporting local businesses isnt worth being completely broke for a pair of Jeans.

I spent over $300 on two pairs of boots one of them being boot barns own brand hawx. I highly advise anyone who is thinking about buying these to save your time and money. I bought a pair of their 8inch moc toe work boots. After only ONE day of mild use at work, the sole started separating from the boot and the seems on the moc toe itself started coming apart. Ive never seen or experienced this in any of the many boots Ive worn in the past. For $150 I would expect some amount of quality and durability. Again, steer clear of this brand if you can help it. On the other hand, boot barns customer service is the reason for the 5 star rating. I took the boots back almost as soon as I got off work and even though it goes against their return policy, they exchanged them for another brand, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend Boot Barn for their customer service and the majority of the products they sell are high quality.

I didnt know they had more than boots. They had cool shirts, jackets and other apparel, lots of cowboy hats and jeans, and yes, of course there are a butt load of boots in every style you could possibly imagine ! The customer service was really good too, very friendly and helpful.

Staff not helpful. Called before went to check if had brand and size. They said yes but when got there said didnt have it in stock. Wasted trip

I can not get hat adjustments or buy a hat because the their hat steamer is broken. No big deal but it has been 3 weeks already since I first checked and I dont know how long before that it was broken. They have not gotten any closer to fixing than 3 weeks ago. They do let you know to go to one of there other locations about 10 miles away for work to be done and the service is free....but just saying!!! I like the store and the employees...this is a management thing. The employees dont handle fixing the machine, but are left to handle the disappointed customers. Pushing them to spend their money at another location, instead of the one in El Cajon. Someone should get on it! Store a 9 star rating.... Staff 10 star rating,.....Management not so many stars you know what I mean! giving one star on review to get some ones attention in this matter.

Has to be the slowest service lowest selection and most disorganized boot barn Ive been in. I lived in Wyoming where people dont just dress up so they can sell you some clothes they really know nothing about every time I deal with these folks and ask them about certain brands or styles they look at me like Im speaking a foreign language.

Im doing 3 stars just because of my disappointment overloas of foriengn made products. Its a struggle when you have to try several of the same sizes from various countries because a Chinese 1x isnt the same a Jordanian or Guatemalan 1x. Whatever happened to Made in the USA? Ill tell you what, no way was I paying American prices for foreign inferior product. Tried on so many boots and just gave up. I know my size but they were all odd sized. I spent almost $350 at red wing for my size, USA made, fit, comfortable and Im happy. I may be odd but I like things made well, that fit and Ill get to wear for a long time. Most important is going in for a size 11e that is exactly that. I think we used to call it a standard

Good selection of boots but they dont carry Timberland and everything is expensive. With online shopping at your finger tips they really should start matching prices.

When you order shoes when the cashier says coming from a warehouse in LA and you should get it in a few days translates to: it will take at least 3-5 business days to ship it from Kentucky and the you might get the shoes in about two weeks.
