Absolutely awesome!! Clean and the workers were awesome as well I went in for work shoes and I was so happy with what I got. I didnt get the young mans name who helped me but like I said they all were so nice. They all greeted me when I walked into the store.

For the last 3 yrs my husband goes to Boot World in El Cajon to get his work shoes. The customer service is always excellent at this location. The store managers and employees are friendly and very helpful. Especially Rebecca, she went the extra mile to help my hubby get his shoes today 10/16/21 from the San Diego store to EC. So hes a happy camper. :)

I didnt expect such a quick and easy purchase but thats exactly what I got. The salesperson greeted me immediately and as I was showing her what I was currently wearing and mentioned I wanted an exact replacement, she knew what shoe it was and brought me right to it on the wall. She asked my size and retrieved not only the exact size but gave me a 1/2 size bigger just in case. The shoe was an exact fit and I was at the register and out the door in record time. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality and a wide selection of boots. Thanks Boot World!

Greatcplace for boot selections, friendly staff. I went to buy mink oil for my leathers. Price was around $7. Not bad. I have bought work boots few time that were super. Worth visit and your shopping time to find something you like. Have at it😉

Took my 8 month old $180 boots back to the store because the stitching had failed on the outside toe lace of each boot. Walked in wearing the boots. Showed them the issue. Without batting an eye or hesitation. Dallas said, “go get another pair, I have never seen this before”. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. No hassle! I liked how they show you a few different things then Edgar your looking at, found something different. I DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT LIKE HOW she just put the insoles in the shoes without me asking or asking me and just ringing then up without saying anything to me for $40. I felt like she tried to get over on me. Will never come back again.

Great customer service.. you have to be wearing a mask and they check your temperature before entering, spray your hands with hand sanitizer.. you do have to wait in line if they are at capacity. But i still felt there was a lot of ppl for such a small place. Other than that employees were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Very bad service especially if you have a voucher from your employer, just because I wanted some shoes one size bigger, they began to question me because according to their records I always order size 9 and why now I wanted size 10, I told them that I felt more comfortable and apparently they didnt believe me. And they called my manager on the phone to let him know, and of course my manager told them there was no problem, but I decided not to buy the shoes because I felt that they treated me like a criminal. I hope the manager of this store reads this review and does something with those ineffective people who have serving customers .... As far as Im concerned, I promise not to return to that store.

I had a horrible experience and will be emailing corporate because it was very disappointing seeing as this is not the first 1 star review here regarding DISCRIMINATORY treatment over a simple voucher. First of all, our own EMPLOYER’S give us these vouchers because the company we are working for is partnered with this company... so whatever shoes we pick out is not going to be coming out of the manager’s salary so im unsure as to why the manager here felt the need to assert herself as too good to be helpful... its her ONE JOB.So yes, The short bleached-haired manager definitely needs TRAINING on basic customer service cause we definitely were made to feel like some unwanted aliens of bootworld over a piece of paper. Unlike her, We are NOT in there enough to know the run down for how these vouchers are used and it was very clear this manager had no intention of kindly answering our questions or explaining helpful relevant information. Instead the interaction felt more like we were criminals asking for WAYYY too much of her. She needs to hop off that very high horse.And shame on this company for freely allowing their management to treat those who come from the very companies Boot World is partnering with, like they are annoying and haggling customers. You have one job lady even if that means every now and then you deal with a coupon.

Loved the experience, I was referred to boot world by my employer. Im glad I came to get my work boots here. I was helped by Catherine, she put up with me for almost 1.5hrs. I didnt buy any boots yet but Michael and the entire staff were awesome, courteous and helpful until the very end even though i got there at 5:45pm and they close at 6pm on Sunday. As a consumer, i was particularly impressed that not one employee tried to kick anyone out because they were closing. Personally, I was extremely impressed by the teamwork and attention i was given. Three employees had asked me if i had any questions theyd be happy to answer them or if i needed any help theyd happy to help me. This will be my store because i went across the street to Boot Barn and when the lady saw me she ran outside grabbed the sign and locked the door. No bueno for this customer.

Decent selection of boots. I was in and out fairly quickly as I already had an idea what I wanted. Got some boots for work as an auto mechanic. Felt a bit pressured to buy the insoles, but nothing that made me uncomfortable. I would recommend this place over a department stores shoe section

There young staff can be a little rude at times

Very small, came here for the holidays so it was crowded but they managed the lines very well, I was surprised at how organized they were. Service was quick and their products are always in good condition as expected.The building itself can be a bit confusing, make sure to look out for the Boot World sign if you arent parking on that side of the building, as there is more than one business in it.

Absolutely great customer service, I felt like a friend of the employee who helped me I believe his name was Michael. He listen to all my questions and recommended exactly what I needed for a shoe. I got some awesome work shoes from his recommendation and some super comfortable insoles. Definitely recommend to anyone, great customer service!

Super nice people way to many boots

They measured my feet, tried on two different sizes, they suggested additional insoles since the ones that came with the shoes were not gonna last long & also said it was optional. They suggested that I try on the 3 different types of insoles with the shoe I was trying on, which I did, Im glad I came here other places dont even measure your feet anymore and suggest you try on insoles with the shoes or boots your interested in.

Although the place is nice, twice Ive had the worst customer service experience. I work for a company that provides vouchers to purchase boots, and even with a corporate acct they make you feel like youre stealing. I used to hand out vouchers left and right for this place, but I will now be sending my employees to Red Wing. They need to stop questioning who Im purchasing for and just sell boots like theyre supposed to.
