Me and my 2 kids came in to look at fake glasses. Due to Covid everything had to be sanitized for them to try anything on. Victoria was very helpful and patient while they tried some on. I found 2 pairs for them and they were very happy. They were very inexpensive frames and no lenses. Victoria still treated us like a customer that was purchasing real glasses. She was very sweet to my kids and picked out styles that she though they would like. Victoria provided excellent customer service and even threw in some soft cases. I’m extremely happy because my kids are happy. Thank you Victoria.

I just picked up my brand new progressive transitional pair of glasses from the Walmart in El Cajon off of Fletcher parkway and I want to say that I enjoyed the entire experience it was it was very reasonable and very high quality product in a in a very good reasonable time from beginning to end and I was trained with absolute professionalism from everybody and at the very end I was helped out by the store manager Brett who come to find out was in this industry for a very long time very knowledgeable very helpful and altogether a very professional store that I highly recommend so when you find yourself in need of some new glasses dont hesitate to come come by this particular store

Very disappointed. I called right when they opened and asked if they had my contacts. I cant drive because I have nerve damage, so I took am uber over there...only to find they dont have said contacts. The lady (not who I spoke with on the phone previousl) was very nice and offered to see what store had them or to order them herself. However, I wasnt going to waste time and money again...anyway, nice staff but not informed I guess
