Horrible experience. Called Thurs to verify hours and let them know that I was returning 2 used products from a store in San Francisco.I purchased them from.Was told they were closing at 4, that day which is fine. On Saturday I Drove the 60 miles to the store .. The employee said she had to call her boss. THIS STORE WILL ABSOULTELY NOT TAKE BACK PRODUCT BOUGHT AT ANOTHER STORE. THESES STORE ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED AND CAN SET THERE OWN RETURN POLICY, BUT instead of telling me this on Thurs when I called they allowed me to drive 60 miles to tell me this. I was also going to buy additionally product. But after the experience, I will never shop there again. I was able to return the product to another store who said they accept returns as a courtesy to their customers. Which they believe in standing by the product and the customer. So El Cajon store manager, for a $44 dollar sale,which probably costs you $ 15 you lost a good customer.
The products work well. The staff is knowledgeable
