I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have been a customer with them for years now and they used to have a great staff that was kind and helpful- I dont know who this new manager is but I called to get help and she snapped at me on the phone saying I already told you this, we cant do it for you. which she had not- she had talked to my brother, and we needed help understanding a form! After politely asking her for help again she angrily told me what I needed to know. I have never been disrespected for asking for help until now and it was awful. This manager has also treated my brother and dad poorly and has really made us consider switching providers to simply not have to deal with her and her attitude. Think twice about calling and asking for help- might get your head bit off.

I went to the AT&T store after work & I didnt have to wait long for an assistant to assist me. Amy helped me resolve my issues with my family plan. She is A Great Asset to AT&T, she knows her stuff when it comes to Phone data issues. Thank you so much Amy!!

Ordered a new phone and it was ready to be picked up within 30 mins. They sent me a text message, email and also called to let me know it was ready,When I arrived at the store I was helped immediately, and the rep was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me set up the transfer of info from my old iPhone, and also installed my new cover and screen protector.I was out of the store with all my business taken care of in less than 15 mins. The best AT&T store visit I’ve ever had!

The representatives are wonderful here! They are very friendly and helpful. The entire building looks clean. The layout of the store is nice, clean and chic. I recommend this store to anyone in Wharton County! Service is great! You do not have to wait long for a representative to assist you, like you normally would over the phone.

Horrible. I pay my phone bill faithfully I’m cash at the closest atnt store near me. And for some reason they said I wrote a check to pay my bill which got reversed (sent back to the back). But I don’t have a bank nor did I write any checks to pay for my phone bill. No one from Atnt emailed or called or even sent a text to let me know about anything being reveresed on top of that, both phones stayed on all month. They won’t give me any information about what bank or what store it was done at. They continue to tell me my bill is at $500 when I know I paid. Currently calling Atnt and 611 about this issue.

Theyre horrible! They took advantage of my elderly parents. My parents are on a fixed monthly budget, they went in and let them know what they could afford on a monthly phone plan. They sold them brand new Galaxy S10s buy one get one and set them up with unlimited talk, text and data for 140$ a month. Their bill ended up to be much higher than what they were told. They did nothing to help them after the fact. I have been with AT&T a long time and cant believe they would do this to someone.

The store manager is real disrespectful and doesnt greet her customers in a friendly manner other than her and a rep, I dont know his name but his just as rude they have a very nice and very courteous person her last name is Chavez she should be the manager

The manager needs to be replaced, she has a POOR attitude. Twice in row I paid my Bill days in advance and my service was cut off because they didnt file the payment. This costed me money because I had no service to run my business. Now this month when I paid my Bill they wouldnt even give me receipt. The manager said all of this could be avoided by auto pay, I call this B.S., If I walk into a store and pay Bill and they cant even file it correctly, what makes them think Im going to trust them with my bank info.

I highly recommend this store, all of the girls are so helpful and very knowledgeable. The transition to a new phone was easy, fast and simple. Stephanie helped me get my phone going. very good experience.

My wife and I came in and met with Corina Alfaro at your store. She was extremely courteous and professional. She assisted us in filing a warranty claim, which saved us money because we thought we would have to use insurance. Corina was great, give her a raise!

When the reps are busy, they always greet me as soon as I open the door. Honestly, I do not mind waiting for them because they always give me excellent customer service. Chairs are conveniently placed. I definitely recommend this location for all your needs! You will never find a store with sales reprentatives so helpfull as the ones in El Campo. Love it!!!!

I have been a loyal AT&T customer for years, went in to look at a phone, because I was needing an upgrade and wanted information on the new Samsung Galaxy S10 waited for over a half hour looking at the display model they had, the salespeople totally ignored me, waited on other customers that came in after me, being I was the second person to come in and one person was a head of me, I walked out and probably will be switching my service to somewhere else!
