Nick has always been helpful when I go to the El Campo store. When I switched from Metro to Boost, he helped me switch with no problems. When I ran into an issue with my SIM card after switching phones, he spent two hours with customer care to fix the issue for me. I am beyond grateful for the customer service he provides consistently.

Good place to buy boost phones, I messed up my phone I went to other shop at wharton they refused to help but I came to elcampo to buy some stuff in heb then I talked to boost manager his name was Nick he helped me out until he fixed my issue ..... I LOVE my boost location!! The owner is very accommodating, hes always got great deals, & most importantly he ALWAYS remembers his frequent customers... if I could give more than 5 stars I would simply because I always get more than 5 star treatment.
