I went in today to get my car key programmed. After walking in for my appointment I was kindly helped out. Despite the lengthy wait because they were very busy I was super content with the customer service provided by Victor. Other than being good at his job, he was incredibly kind, humorous and honestly welcoming. He had a great attitude that left me with a smile. I hope to be more friendly like this and encounter more friendly people like himself. Great experience!

Service used to be great but got new staffing that is not as helpful as the ones that were before. I made a service appointment and when I went to pick up my car they told me I should be making an appointment for some important services. I never got a call about it or the online report they were giving when Miguel was there he gave exceptional service. Asterid never gave a report of progress or called me if I wanted to get those services done. She told me to make an appointment to get those fixed at a later date. At the end she ended up keeping the car an extra day to get those items fixed after I was not content with the job. She said Id received a survey but it was never sent to me. Other than that the work done on my car is really good but customer service went down.

In the process of buying a new car here and they were extremely friendly and helpful, perhaps the best experience with any Honda dealership I’ve had so far (I shop around a lot, so have talked with over a dozen). Ariel and Gretchen were great! They we’re able to answer my questions quickly and with no nonsense. Shopping wise - prices were quite reasonable and fair vs other dealerships I’ve talked to. Would highly recommend so far. Will update when my purchase is finalized (the car I ordered is currently in transit from Honda), but given my experience so far, this place is great.
I got a great deal on new Honda Clarity 2020. This place is great for anyone looking to buy a Car without hassle. Jonathan is a young salesman who accommodated us in every way. He seemed knowledgeable with the inventory. I would recommend anyone to pay a visit here too . When you are done with the sale, you will be greeted by Ivan or Marlin from finance for the final paper work. Unlike other dealerships these young guys would not coerce you into buying something that you are looking at.

Theyll sell you a car with bad tires and the wrong oil, 2 months already need 4 new tires and an oil change. Definitely going else where in the future.

I reached out to this dealership because they had two variations of the car I wanted. It was a civic type R. And internet sales associate(Stephanie) reached out to me and sent me pictures. She was great at first. I asked if they are sold at MSRP. She stated yes, MSRP. She set up an appointment for me to come in the next day. The next morning my plans changed so I did the right thing and reached out to Stephanie to reschedule. Joseph Villarreal reached out to me sand stated no worries and let me know to come by in person to see the vehicles. One had sold already the next day. The only one left was a limited edition. He stated there was a 15k markup on it. I let him know that I already had a conversation with Stephanie and that she said they were sold at MSRP. He then tried to sell me a used one so that I didn’t have to pay markup. What?? So this dealership does not honor what their associates communicate to their customers. The manager Joseph did apologize but did not offer me anything for this HUGE error in the communication. I will not be giving them my business, and if I were you get it in writing.
Went in to change transmission fluid. 2 days later, I get a tire pressure warning while driving on the freeway. I thought it was just a puncture or cold weather.I checked my tires - service paperwork says all 4 tires were inspected and inflated to 34 PSI. 3 of them are at 37 PSI. Driver side rear tire is overinflated to 41 PSI, causing the light. One of my tires gained 4 pounds over the rest.Either this was a sloppy mistake, or an attempt to get an unknowing person to come back and pay for someone to let out a little air and clear the light, then get recommended a TPMS system check, remount/rebalance, etc etc. Theres no way to explain how a single tire gained that much air, 2 days after being serviced.

Worst experience ever. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN THREE MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NEW PLATES, WHICH I PAID UP FRONT. THEY KEEP SENDING ME TO CALL VERONICA ARIZAGA, WHO IS THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THAT, WHO BY THE WAY IS AT THE GMC DEALERSHIP. I got ahold of her and 1 month after NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. They say that they will call me back and up until today Sept. 5, 2020 I AM STILL WAITING. My Plates are DUE Sept. 8, 2020.This is my first time buying a used car at this place, and it will be the last one. They have really bad service.I will definitely not recommend this place.

Wouldve only been 2 stars because certain employees will not even TRY to accommodate a customer(after THEIR mistake) whos been consistent in purchasing/trading in vehicles w/that dealership for years. They can also at times make you feel as if your inconveniencing them & give attitude like they got better things to do!But I added the other 2 stars because after dealing with a situation like the one above, we called requesting to speak with a manager. Surprisingly, we were transferred to the owner! He apologized and promptly scheduled us, basically, on a day of our choosing! It made everything better & guaranteed a returning customer.
Worst dealership Ive ever done business with!!!! My husband and I purchased a car in February. Went a whole month without sending us any type of paperwork until we called and they said they had lost our signed contract and had to find a new bank to finance the vehicle. Its May and the dealership has yet to send us the license plates for the car which expire this month. We have no registration, no copy of bill of sale, and still no license plates. Everytime weve called them they always have some type of excuse to get out of being at fault!!! I cant express how bad the ssrvice and lack of professionalism this dealership has.
They gave 100 percent and more to take care of my car. They honoured the service agreement and exceeded my expectations. This community has a home like feel. The staff is not just friendly but also personable. Worth the drive to get the outstanding service they provided at Imperial Valley Honda.

We came from Yuma, AZ to Direct Auto. Our salesman, Juan Dominguez was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He stayed with us every step of the process and we left unbelievably happy and AMAZED at the deal they gave us on our new car. They were MUCH more pleasant to deal with than our Yuma dealerships. I have had a horrible experience with Imperial Valley Honda. My car is a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid since the time I purchased it up until now I’ve taken it to service several times. They forced me to purchase new tires, given me several rental cars, said they topped off all fuilds at the time of my oil change which they didn’t, never checked my battery which also left me stranded the day I got it out of the shop. Jim did reimburse me half of my bill for the tires.... Recently I was told that I would be taken care of with a straight trade in regardless of my credit, current mileage, or the upside down amount owed. Today I went in and of course as expected they wanted to raise my payment from 590 to the 700s with a down payment and spoke of an interest rate of 9.5%. Mind you they repaired the sound in my steering wheel only creating another noise in the dash board they say is not covered by my warranty..the cleaning ladies said wow you’re here again...pretty sad!!!

While on a trip to the Imperial Valley, My Honda Passport displayed @7 warning lights. I dropped the car off at Imperial Valley Honda in El Centro late Friday about 4PM. The service advisor, Gabriel ZAVALA was attentive, professional and honest.Gabriel told me it was late Friday and would probably be done on Monday. I told Gabriel I understood that. I told Gabriel we were visiting family and had to be back at work on Monday in San Diego. Habeiek says he would try and gave an initial assessment.On Saturday morning, Gabriel advised me there was a service issue and I told him I just bought the car at Penske Honda in Chula Vista and they had serviced itI called Penske Honda Chula Vista and spoke with the Service Manager- Kevin LANDRY. I definitely will not make a business with your company, the guy who assist us today was really nice and patient with us, but his Manager I can recall his name, was a rude and lack of customer service, yes my credit was not good enough but you are sending me an email offer a false advertising? funny! I was not even going to purchase a car just to take mine to the service but I saw a car I liked and why not to ASK JUST ASK, I even told them that I was not in a hurry to change my car I just wanted information about a program, Sebastian told me that he provide me with the info but not that he will inquire or actually hard inquire my credit score until we didnt close the deal and it was just going be or calculate where my credit was. All of the sudden the “manager” came as me about things on my credit that actually are in dispute process and tell me that it was illegal buy a car on my name for my old grandma to use! now i got acuse of do illegal things, have a poor credit, find a co signer, deal with unprofessional rude manager who run my credit as a hard inquiry with my ask for... thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! and when ai told him that I will dispute the inquiry he said: Ok do it! Again sir I was not there to buy a car! I just was asking for prices and the program you offer! my car yes is a 2015 but with barely 60k miles.Worst manager customer service ever! false advertising and Illegal is when you let someone run their credit without ask or not train your team to not lie! and say that it will not be a hard inquiry.He was the worst, def. taking my business with carmax. When I first got my third car with you, you guys encouraged me to get “Multi Point inspections paint”, I ve been paying for two years already and never been able to get it on my car, every time I call you guys say you ll call back and never do, and when Finally i get an appointment, I ask for the day off at work to get my car with you guys and all you say to me is that is windy we can’t do it, call to reschedule, I lost money from work for nothing, I have been giving away money for free to you for two years already, I’m going to try to get my money back, I ve been patient for two years but can’t do it no more. My Third car with you, this is sad that I won’t be able to enjoy the cars I like couse I won’t buy nothing from you anymore.
I brought my Civic here for the Airbag Recall and it was definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership, the customer service is horrible, you will be treated as if you are wasting their time, they do Not value their customers here, and my appointment had to be scheduled by the Honda Recall Center because they kept canceling my appointment without any explanation, you’re better off driving to San Diego, you’ll have more than 3 types of the car you’re interested in, FYI guys, the good reviews are made by the salespeople
We called about a car we saw on their website. We were told it was available and let them know we were driving out to look at it and that it would take us two hours to get there. We spoke to the dealership twice in in that drive time because they wanted paperwork information from us. When we finally got there, we were told to have a seat and someone would come help us. We sat for 30 minutes with two people asking if we had been helped. Finally someone came over and told us that someone else was signing paperwork on the car. They did not offer to show us any other cars or see if they had something else we might be interested in, they just wanted to get rid of us.
Went looking for a great deal on a Honda Civic. Didnt want to go over the hill unless I had to. I am confident that Direct Honda gave me a better deal than I could have got anywhere else. Thanks for the relaxed small town purchase experience.John

Very bad experience. I was asked if i wanted my car washed after they serviced and i of course said yes. Honda Imperial Valley then gave me my car after 5 days of them keeping it and they were not able to even give it a carwash. The fact that the guy asked me if i wanted it washed and he didnt really got me confused, if you service my car the least you can do is give it a courtesy wash.So many other dealerships ALWAYS wash your car whether it be an oil change, or any other service.

Zero stars. They give you a deal you take the car and then they call you to tell you the terms have changed in order for you to fall in love with the car and not have another choice than to agree to the terms if not you end up returning it after you took it home. They run your credit with all kinds of different banks and ruin your credit even after you tell them you dont want them to run outside of Honda Financial. The Financial Managers specially the Female Loraine is very arrogant and is extremely rude to you as a client. She acts like she owns the place dont understand how she is still working there. Trust me I would not recomend this honda dealership to no one! I would rather travel to another honda than to make a deal with them again.
I went in for a recall on the airbags because they were shooting out shrapnel upon opening. The only reason they recalled them in the first place was to avoid lawsuits, because there is more problems with the car than that. So I took the car in for replacement of the airbags. The service rep Jose asked me to pick the car up because it was ready. When I got there the first thing he had me do was sign the receipt before I actually got to see the car. Once in the car I noticed that the receipt said that I had requested my car to be washed, and for the car to be inspected with all fluid levels topped off. First of all I didn’t request squat, second, none of the things that they said they did never got done. Nothing. With their antics I wouldn’t be surprised if the airbags that were supposed to be changed end up killing me. Never again will I have anything served there again. O yea I called to ask for a supervisor, and they said that he(Richard) was busy in the back and that he would call me back. With that kind of supervision I’m not surprised at all of their services. I would give them negative stars if I could. —⭐️

Today was my second time trying to get work done on my Honda Ridgeline. That appointment was to attach a roof panel that had come loose. We were coming from San Felipe so we called to make sure everything was set up but after the drive of 3 hours to the dealership we were told they would have to order parts that they previously said they had and couldn’t fix it that dayWe left, ordered the parts and had it fixed elsewhere .Several weeks ago the windshield broke and we had to get it replaced.After discussing this we said let’s give them another chance and made arrangements with our insurance company to have Honda do the replacement. We called the dealer several times to be sure all was ready, including a call today after spending a night in a motel awaiting a 11AM appointment and was assumed all was ok.I arrived at 10:50 only to find out that they had NEVER ordered a windshieldI won’t be giving them a third try.

I went with my family to check the car in 602 wake avenue. The sales man Hector was very arrogant. He treated us like we were there to beg . He had no intention to do business with us and every time he kept insulting us. He had no respect for his customer. we felt sorry for the owner to have staff like him. We would never go there again.We like Honda but not the person who sales Honda there.
Paid them 1600 to replace the AC compressor and some hoses on a 2017 Honda. (A 2017 Honda that I bought in 2017 brand new with 5 miles on the odometer. No accidents. Clean Title) Wife paid and picked it up July 25 is gone for a month, so the car just sat in Calexico. When she gets back August 26th it doesnt work again. It is Monday August 26th given an appointment for Saturday. No AC till Saturday, and it is August in Calexico. Their Facebook says they are hiring a Service Manager. When we first took it in the service advisor quit, they did not bother contacting the customers that service advisor was assisting. Did not bother distributing those customers to the other service advisors, so we were without any communication for days. I called their Sales Department and they felt bad, but that is all they could really do: feel bad for me. They finally tell us what is wrong with it, and that it would take a day. That kept getting pushed back and back. They took so long they had to give my wife a free rental. We were given all the excuses: they were super busy; the parts were not in stock, etc. I was so angry, but I didn’t bother contacting them once they returned the car. We did pay 1600 to replace the compressor on a Honda that is not even three years old, but we had the car back and it was fixed. I would not have written this review had they fixed it correctly and had they not give us an appointment for Saturday.

My first experience 2 years ago was great . I recently went in to try to purchase a car . They ran my credit and that and they said the bank was taking a while to respond so they will give me a call . I still havent heard anything from these people at all. Why run my credit if you anit going to help me out with at least trying to purchase a vechile. So my boyfriend called them yesterday and they said they will return his call before 5pm . Still havent received a call.from them. What happen to all the great customer service they had . Very disappointed in them .

Purchasing a vehicle at Direct Auto Plaza was an easy experience with good customer services. Sales staff were very friendly and interested in meeting our needs. No pressure, friendly staff that ensured all our questions were answered.
My brand new car had a small dent that I was told would be taken care of and here we are 9 weeks later with nothing resolved. I have called multiple times and have spoken with the manager with no intention of helping me resolve this. I have spoken with the customer care center who also have done nothing because all they do is pass the message along. That is exactly what I was told by an employee. I then emailed one of the senior management staff and the email came back unsent. Which also concerned me because I got the email off of their website. Its unfortunate to see how customers are treated during and after purchase of something so important in their lives.
Has public restrooms and the workers there are very nice and are always there to help.
Please provide a better customer service. I dont think so I will buy a new car from this dealership. Needs to improve the financial department.

I do NOT recommend the Honda Direct Auto Car Care in El Centro to anyone. The customer service employees were horribly disrespectful and service ridiculously slow. A very poor quality of service. We had scheduled an appointment with this facility for 9:30. After two and a half hours of waiting in there primitive holding area, our car just sat there untouched by their mechanics. We just sat there wasting time, accomplishing nothing! So, I asked for my keys then left. Two and a half hours after my SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT and nothing was accomplished.I left the horrible car care facility and when straight to Pep Boys in El Centro Ca. Our cars oil change was complete within forty five minutes. Without an appointment and with great customer service.Im going to cut and past this survey response and send it out to every available social media source and the Honda Headquarters.
We had one positive experience in purchasing a 2015 Accord (July), however, this past weeks (Aug 2016) experience was unfortunate. Our salesman was unenthusiastic. To be bold, we felt as if he didnt like us. We received no counter offer, even after providing all of my personal information for a credit check we received no dialogue. We slowly walked out of the establishment with no further attempt at receiving my business...very unusual.I will not return to this establishment nor recommend this establishment to any one in the Imperial Valley.

Im not impressed with their Honda service. I had a warranty repair done and had a handful of bolts left in my cup holder on one visit. Since I knew where the part was on my vehicle, I put them back in. Definite lack of quality control but not a big deal.I also had to have a door locking mechanism replaced and they tried replacing the battery in the remote as part of the troubleshooting apparently and broke the head of the screw off. I noticed it and they denied that it happened on their watch. It looks like they tried to get the screw out but couldnt get a bite on it. They offered to sell me a new key which I declined as I had a spare at home and I can get the key made elsewhere with an OEM key blank and the key code at a much lower cost. Today I dropped in to ask for the key code and they want $16.95 for it.Yuma, San Diego, and Palm Springs have better dealers and worth the drive if you can.

George was very pleasant to work with and Ruben in the finance department made sure I fully understand what I was purchasing and the terms involved. I would recommend IV Auto to all my friends and I love my new car!!
They lied to my wife and told her there was nothing else included in the deal and sneaked in some packages she didnt want nor asked for. Theres unsavory practices going on here.

Place is overworked, and under staffed.Making an appt for an oil change and previously performed recall job (on the back seats) inspection was meaningless...Dropped off our 15 Odyssey at 10:30A (appointment time), and picked it up right at closing time!
