I have a 2004 Nissan Murano. SC AUTO is excellent. I have taken my vehicle there for several major repairs and received wonderful customer service each time. I highly recommend.

Sergio the mechanic/owner is very stubborn and inpatient. He is not very receptive to customer input. As a result of this, he always takes the long way to fixing things. He is understaffed, so he takes a very long time to fix minor repairs. He will also charge his customers more hours of labor, as he is very slow to work. In summary, he will eventually repair your car, but it will take him a long time and will charge you many hours of labor. I give him a bad rating because a good mechanic is judged not only by his skill, but by the speed in which he can make a repair. He should retire already, or charge less.
