Great place for work clothes.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and a huge variety on medical scrubs to chose from.very clean and stuff following the disinfecting guidelines.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I walked in and no one was in the store. The only lady working was sitting down and on the phone arguing with her, i’m assuming, boyfriend. I was looking for a pole so i could reach what i wanted since it was really high up for 5 minutes.I finally found it next to her and told her i would get the lab coat myself. She mad dogged me sighed really loudly told whoever she was on the phone with to hold. YANKED the pole from my hands and said i’ll do it. Alicia the name on my reciept.

I went into the store to see if my scrub tops had arrived. The rep Alicia said they had already arrived. I was told originally when I bought them they would take 2 weeks so I waited. I asked her when did they arrive and she said 2 days after. I said why didnt you leave me a message and she showed me a receipt saying, see we called you. I told her well I did not get another call, why did anyone call me back. She said, look we have about 55 items here that nobody has not picked up and we dont have time to call everyone. And she said, Its not my fault you didnt get the message. I told her oh you are basically saying its not my problem you did nt get message. I than proceeded to tell her, look I look around me and do not see hardly any customers and so do you just keep other customers waiting. She had the nerve to tell me its not her fault I am taking my anger out on her. Than she proceeded to say that she I did not have to deal with me and asked her other rep Marlene to help me. I started talking to Marlene than she walks backs into the conversation. She not once let me talk, she just kept talking as if she was the light of the world. She had very poor customer conversation and to make things worse she told Marlene to help another customer and straight out told me that If I was not happy I could walk out the door and she would call security. I was appalled at her unprofessional and her threatening me. I was the customer and she treated me like dirt. I will never shop there again and I will not allow her to just talk me and who knows how many others she talked down to. When I originally bought my scrubs my son was with me and had already told me she was rude to him. Like she had not time to attend him. He would ask where clothes were and she would point it out. He was not happy with her and now I see why. She needs to get out of the business and work with people that she can treat with respect. Maybe a desk job that she doesnt deal directly with customers. I rate this place a 0/10. This will go up to corporate.

When to this store yesterday and instantly i feld like home this two ladies where asking just the right questins and answers i like to thread people how i like yo be thread so they where super gentle with me and my son i wasnt even planing to get him shoes and i end un buying a paur for him Alici i belive was the managers name she was very professional and shoes us any size that we where asking for she personally did all the job while the other lady was attending other customers i got some dickies and a hat plus my sons shoes not expensive at all i was expecting to spend more money great store great product and awesome service CONGRATS Unlimited activewear crew and owner for and excellent store :)))

If you have a choice and you douse your money and buy scrubs that donate for a causeDont buy from close minded people that ignore you when you come inbad servicebad businessbad company
