Macys in Imperial Valley is the best place to shop for all your clothing and home accessories. The store is very clean, the store employees are always very helpful and it is ADA accessible with both an escalator and elevator.Their Mens area has a great selection of relax fun clothes and a large selection of suits, dress shirts and ties. I get almost all my home goods from Macys. They have a lot to chose from, great prices and their store employees know a lot about their products to help me make the best choice.When you are shopping in Imperial Valley always start at Macys.

Macys representative Karla was nice enough to hold an EFFY smokey quartz ring for me overnight. It was originally priced at 600, but I got it on sale at a 45% plus an extra 25%. Total price was 247.50 plus the protection plan. My wife loves the ring!

Terrible service, drove from Yuma az to El Centro (90 miles one way) and the forgot to remove the ink security tag on one of the items...offered no help, discounts or coupons...just bring it back and will remove!! Terrible!!

Clean, helpful staff, good selection but rather pricey

Usually this store isnt one of my favorites but most of the mall was closed because the COVID. Many items are between 20 to 80 per cent discounted. I bought some clothes in a very good prices...Macys was almost empty two day ago. I bought MAC shadow eyes and lipstick 💄 but sadly they arent in discount like the other store items.

Clothes are good quality but I hate when is turn to check out and you have to decline the would you like to apply for credit? Then you may feel like you have to explained the employees your whole credit life and seriously I got 2 bankruptcies so I wouldnt want to go in detail...lol

This is actually a decent store. All the reg stuff re clothes but also solid home stuff + an entire array of mattresses. On the mattress front, dont buy until theres a sale! Pretty much guaranteed half price!

I love going to Macys, but this is the first time where the customers didnt matter much. I tried to ask a question to an employee and they said give me a second, but they were too busy talking to another employee about the party they were going to go that night. I use to work at a Macys and that is not the way to treat a customer. They werent even talking about work.

This is a very average Macys. Selection is pretty poor in the mens part. And the clearance rail was disappointing. The womens section looked good and was very busy. All the staff were helpful when needed and answered any questions I had

The store has two floors and a lot to see; from shoes to make up. The employees are happy to help and tend to your questions. Particularly a lady on the second floor in the shoe department, Cristi I believe was her name; very pleasant and efficient.

I had a grand time. Upon arrival I was greeted with a sales associate and he assisted in the area of all my needs. My family will be super happy with their gifts.

Theres a wide variety of things on Macys, like perfume, make-up, facial products, jewelry, clothes for all sizes, underwear and more. The clothes isnt very expensive either and it is unique.

Great store to find clothes, make up, perfumes, or things for your house. By far Macys is one of my favorite department stores plus they have great employees... I love it so much that most of my check ends at Macys and the reason I dont give them 5 stars is because almost no one is upstairs to help you.

I love shopping at Macys, I only wish they would do some much needed maintenance in the fitting rooms.

Went with my wife, she was shopping for cosmetics and I was also looking for a Valentines gift we both had no problem the store at the time we had relatively not all that busy, I had expected more traffic in the store the day before Valentines day but it was relatively calm we had no problem in being taken care of we bought what we were interested in and off we went, we were very satisfied!

Found a dress there in 20 minutes, but they shut the dressing room light off without checking to see if anyone was in there, locked all doors but 1, closed all registers but 1 all by 7:58 PM...They also played the Spanish version of some instructions over & over it seemed 2 or 3 times to the English version that was played 1 time each letting people know the store would be closing soon.....I dont speak Spanish & it took quite awhile for the English version to actually get played & heard. Irritating.

I was desperate to find a specific coat for women and Bammm i found it! And was on sale. It was a gift to someone special and found it at Macys thank to the young man who directed me to the department.

I visited this Macys tonight ( Dogwood Road, El Centro, CA for a bit of impromptu shopping in the ladies dept. (INC, Style& Co, Michael Kors). I wear a size 4 or a small and was able to find my size in every item I wanted. Some of the departments were messy or disorganized. The dressing rooms were open and available but unfortunately they were not at all neat . There were many items that had been tried on and left in the handicapped accessable dressing room. Clothing was on the floor, the bench seat and hanging on the hooks on the walls. No one in a wheelchair or with a physical disability would have been able to get into the dressing room. There was only 1 register for all of the womens departments and I had to wait in line 15 minutes to pay for my purchases. As I was waiting I noticed a young, tall young man assisting the sales clerk on the register with a customer bit he did not seem to notice that myself and 3 other people were waiting . He didnt acknowledge us in any way or offer to open the other register that was at the same counter. He finished helping the salesady and then walked away, talking to her over his shoulder as he did so. At the same time there was a sales lady coming towards us pushing a rack of clothes. I asked her if there were any other registers open and she said no and walked away. She did not smile, say hello or offer any assistance at all. As a matter of fact the only person in this store to greet me was the sales rep, Sarah, who rang up my purchases and was pleasantly. Visit this location if you must but know the store will be untidy and you might not be greeted or offered assistance.
