Poor customer service. There was no one in the store and I waited 15 min so the girl that was at the register could take care of the refund I needed. I had to ask another employee to do the refund and he asked the girl at the register and she said yeah right now. If you dont want to go to work just dont go.

Really small store and the music selection is awful. Hot topic used to be one of the few places that would blast rock music not Mumble garbage rap. If you want a bigger variety in clothing and other products visit the one located in Yuma.Overall the two current employees were kind and attentive, but the store its loosing its identity.

They need more staff, I was in there to get earrings and walked around for 10mins looking for someone to attend me everyone looked the same, not one person at the register.. so I walked out.... without my earrings..😢🚶🚶🚶

Cashier helped .e find what I needed. She moved all the vinyl heads to find the one I was looking for. Great customer service.

The place is okay, but the employees just dont seem to care, they kept talking about their personal stuff even when requesting assistance, and left the store unattended for a good while until an anti-theft alarm went off, and even then it took them maybe 5 minutes to come out

Their register make a mistake and charge you twice and the employees decide to accuse you of trying to steal instead of checking their system on top of that they give you a messed up attitude even when your just trying to be nice and calm pointing out their mistake the manager even decides to act with an attitude and not wanting to help out telling the other the employees you fix it ill never buy anything from here again on top of that the store is a mess.

It has always been an empty fashion store and passenger, but two or three things are at a good price and the attention is always kind and youthful.

Super exaggerated prices online orders to pick up in the store are easily lost and the employees do very little to help you with your purchase, they simply tell you to come back later and it turns out that your package is there but with the laziness they bring they do not look for it.
