I’ve always had a positive shopping experience at this Ulta. I’ve always used the brow bar from Benefit there and the girls there rock!I really never write reviews but as I shopped yesterday Erick the employee went above and beyond at check out and gave me a sample, that’s when I realized a little could go a long way. I personally never knew Ulta gave out samples like that. That’s a great form of customer service but also a way of wanting their customers to really test out products in hopes for a return. Good job Erick!!! 🙌🏻💙

Ive never felt more out of place, then when I walked into this store. There was plenty of workers that night, but, good thing I dont mind helping myself. Because all the workers mustve been on break at the same time. Chatting up a storm behind the register. Good thing, that there cashier was friendly.

I waited in line for the Hocus Pocus collection from Colourpop and I was 7th in line, as they opened the store and we walked in the employees didn’t even tell us where the collection was and we went looking for it like a scavenger hunt. Finally people found it but it was all the people from the back of the line. They had a sorry amount of products and plenty of us that were at the beginning of the line left empty handed. Ulta employees did a horrible job for this very anticipated collection and wasted a lot of people’s time, very disappointed and dissatisfied, don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place its amazing employees are very nice, just that since we are in a pandemic i cant go to the store physically, so i wanted to do some online shopping and it wouldnt let me soo its weird.

Called the Ulta store and ask to set up a makeup appointment with one of the MAC artist, right away I was assisted by Sharon, she was very flexible with the time I needed my makeup done. She was very polite and professional, got my makeup done for a wedding and I loved the way it turned out, she did an amazing job ! 😍 I definitely recommend her if your looking for any beauty services ! I’ll definitely be a returning client and recommending her to my friends and family, thank you Sharon !

If you’re looking for a store with great customer service then this store is not for you. I really don’t care whether I’m approached or not because I usually go in knowing what I’m going to purchase and would rather be left alone but for those who need assistance it is seriously lacking. Some associates seem more inviting than others but overall it’s not that great. I like to shop here because of the mix of high end brands with more affordable ones and because Ulta has a great reward system. Also don’t let the associates color match you because they do a terrible job. You’re probably better off doing so on your own.

I went to buy shampoo but couldnt remember who it was made by. I went to the beauty salon and told the beautician what I was looking for. I described the product and she immediately knew what I was looking for and then took me to get it. She was happy and seemed very happy to help me. Patient, kind, friendly. Ill go back again and I hope shes working!

I’ve been in here a few times and I knew the customer service was bad but I walked up to the salon desk to ask the stylists a question about a product. It took a few minutes to even be acknowledged then it was clear they all had better things to do than help me, even though two of them were just sitting there when I walked up. They didn’t have a helpful answer OR even bother to look into my question any further. Each one had a snobby attitude through the entire encounter. When I walked away they went right back to talking like I hadn’t even said anything. The rest of the associates just stand around talking when the displays are a mess and the line is usually a good 10 minute wait. I watched the associate that was by himself ask for help at check out three times before someone lazily walked up to help him. The random shout ‘welcome’ when you walk in is just about the only acknowledgment you’ll get here.

Plenty to chose from, this store has it all. The ladies are super sweet and helpful. Love the deals 👌

ULTA is great because you have prestige brands and budget brands all under one roof. Not only will you find makeup but also hair products and a hair salon. The customer service is great and welcoming. And the best part of it all is the points.

Great place all around, because it has lots of cosmetic supplies from many brands and perfumes. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Terrible experience during checkout. I had a list of items I went in to get with the prices I saw they were on sale for. When I went to check out I asked the lady if I could check my receipt to make sure everything was correct. She asked if she could help the next person in line. Clearly if Im asking to check I am not done and you shouldnt be shoo-ing me to go away. She still left and a male took over which was no help at all. I brought up my concern of how the price was different than I saw online and his only option for me was to return it. He didnt ask to see what I was talking about or care to talk to me about it. I clearly stated I made sure I didnt have online only deals and his only response se was that they dont price match. They had a line and just wanted me to leave. I work in retail and when a customer is in front of you they should have your full attention until their needs are met. Clearly not the expectation for this location. Expiriences like these is what gives stores a bad name, who wants to shop in an environment where the associates clearly dont want to be there. Worst customer service Ive had in an Ulta store.

Went today looking for a product I saw on the Ulta app, couldnt find it so I went to check out where there was 4 associates, I asked for help and one girl that seemed to be the manager pointed at another associate, he saw I asked him for assistance and he literally ignored me, not even took the time to see me, he kept looking at the register, I asked again and nothing, I even told my sister, lets go in front of the 4 associates and they ignored me. It is not the first time I get very bad service.

First time there and their staff was very helpful and took the time to show me the products and answer all my questions. Definitely going back again

The Sierra Vista store has an abundance of all products you can think of and excellent customer service.

My foundation is nasty and it’s coming off. She used no type of primer which made it fall off. My eyeshadow is already creased and it’s been an hour. She didn’t even use anything to set my face. My hair is a 10/10 but my makeup is a -10/10.

First off, my mom hates this store. I, on the other hand, didnt really mind how cramped this store is, and how scarce the employees make themselves. I know exactly what I want when i go in. Anywho, I went in yesterday for a couple very specific things, the one which is the reason I am writing this review is the Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm (its amazing if you have not tried it!) I pull it off the shelf and go to pay. I usually check to see if any ghetto a** people have swatched the products, because, lets be real, how do we know these people wash their hands after using the restroom. Sure enough, someone ran their finger(s) in multiple circles in the product! I ask the girl who was standing at the counter (not helping customers) if I have enough time to run and grab another because i want it, sans peoples butt-finger germs. She opens it up and says Oh, but they just barely touched it I looked at her and almost puked thinking she would actually put that on her face KNOWING someone other than herself would have touched it. Super offended, and in my THAT customer voice, I told her Uhh, no. They happily swirled in that, its not just a tiny touch! She did go and get another, but why would you question a customer on sanitary issues? TL;DR Check ya products before you buy because butt-fingers.

I had a bad experience with a Male employee, i wanted a cream eyeliner and ask him if he could help me find the right brush for it, he ignored me for a while I looked around and he was talking to a co worker STILL so I went up to him and told him I needed 2 of the products again that where only on display, he went to suposably check in the back took like 2 seconds and said nope we dont have any of those so instead of offering to order online for me or something helpful he just stated I should look into the cheaper brands, he was very rude to me, and I just walk out of the store so I will just stick to sephora.

Absolutely love the customer service...jina is one of the senior hair stylist at the salon and does an amazing job..i really love how i am always guaranteed the very best and never am i disappointed but always very satisfied with the results...i think everyone there is great.the service is worth every penny.

They have products you cant find anywhere else in the county but the most commercial product brands such as revlon, maybelline etc are much more expensive here than at walmart, target etc.

Returning customer with pre-scheduled hair appointment with Adriana (she is only a fair stylist at that). 10 minutes into appointment, while still at the hair washing area, Adriana took a walk-in appointment and proceeded to make ME wait while she cut and styled the walk-ins hair. After 30 or so minutes, I refused to pay for whatever service I received in the first 10 mins and left. Neither Adriana nor the store manager, Paula, could see this behavior is insulting and totally unprofessional The business culture and customer service in this particular store is the worst I have seen in a long, long time. Will NEVER return and will NOT recommend to family and friends. I would give 0 or -0 stars if it were an option.

I dont like the service here. I was trying to pay and the cashiers were just talking to each other, like if it were girls night out. I was literally standing at the register more then 5 minutes. Its annoying, they should hire ppl that actually want to work.

I have around three weeks wanting to buy products online from ulta and they do not let me use my credit card from the store and called and they always come out with the same thing that they can not do anything and that in a week or three to 4 days They will solve the problem and they will call and they do not do it. That problem has been over a month and the company does nothing to solve the problem. The bank says that everything is fine but the store does not solve their problem.

I love ! You can find many good brands of makeup, articles for hair, for the face, body etc .; really a paradise for women.It is worth mentioning that the staff is super friendly and if you are looking for something in particular they will support you until they find it.

It has everything for beauty, perfumes and besides all brands and even MAC.
