The labor workers that loaded and unloaded my things in the storage facility and my destination were great and communicated with me the entire time. They used extreme care with my grandmothers things and assisted with my metal bed frame. The work was quick and efficient.

We moved from Imperial Valley to the Yuma area and Moving Masters packed all our household goods and moved them for us. We had over 17,000 pounds of goods so it was a large move. They did an excellent job packing, loading and delivering. Their packing was the best we had ever had. They took good care to keep up with all the parts and label everything correctly. They were on time and stayed until the job was complete. They were also very flexible with our schedule when we had to change the date a couple of times. Diaclaimer: THIS IS A LONG REVIEW, BUT READ IT BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR NEXT MOVE.. Moving Masters were Outstanding. These guys moved us all the way to San Diego from the Imperial Valley and their pricing was more than reasonable. The gentlemen loading up our home were very gentle with our belongings and they Never said No to any additional requests from us, that were not on the original quote. At the last minute I asked if they could load up my motorcycle and they quickly went and got a trailer for it. We made a mistake and did not think we needed a storage in SD, once they had unloaded everything off the truck, it was obvious we needed storage for a full size pool table and other heavy items, we asked Abraham if they would be willing to reload and unload at a storage, again, He said yes and they got it done. These guys are quick, efficient and determined to get the job done at the customers satisfaction, I could not have had a better crew. Look for moving Masters on your next move. They are even coming back to move us locally, once we purchase our home here in San Diego.

Workers were nice, management was HORRIBLE. Broke my belongings and never did anything to make it right. Failed to pay us back for broken TV, failed to return our calls, failed to provide good service. Never doing business with them again. I do NOT recommend this business. They will break your things and not pay you back.

They had to move some very heavy (800 lbs each) items. They never complained and kept a smile on their faces the whole time. They were very careful with everything, too.

I called this company last friday and they where able to help me out the Next day, Abraham was very helpful trough out the process and the movers worked real hard despite the summer weather, I tipped every mover they really earned it
