Incompetent scheduling.They had 22 hours to tell me the person who picked up the phone had no idea what they were doing.Instead, they let me burn time and gas just to tell me to hang out for 9 hours.Added one point for the morning guy being polite.

Quick and simple, not much hassle and straight to the point.They mount and dismount dolly within work hours.

The staff were kind and patient with us. The storage units and office ARE NOT open 24/7, you can only return a rental truck using the u-haul stores website link to return your rental at an official dealer 24/7.At this location theyre open pretty late though, thank goodness we came a Friday.

Rude and unlnowlegable. They tell you one thing over the phone and when u go into the location its something different. I do not recommend this to anyone might as well rent a truck from a rental place its cheaper for in town use

I was out of luck when I drove 3 hours to pickup an a/c unit. The trailer I’d rented before I drove out wouldn’t fit the unit. I went to this branch and told them my problem. Augustin made phone calls for me and was able to trade the trailer for one that would fit. They commonly don’t do this but he was eager to help and made it happen. Made a 7 hour round trip worth it.

The young men that work there went out of there way to make sure that the lights on the Trailer where operating properly

Staff very curtious and helpfull, made a local move, $30 for the moving van $22 dlls for 3 seven mile round trips $9 of gas, I was done in one day.

Mr. Movers Moving Helpers told me to rent a moving truck here and ive been doing it ever since. The staff always tries to work with you even on their busy days.

Because why not let totally inexperienced drivers drive a mammoth sized moving vessel down a narrow highway on an overpass.

When i called to reserve a car dolly they told me they had one so i gave them my info. Then when i drove out to El Centro from Brawley, i get to the store and they tell me that they rented it out to someone else. WHATS THE PURPOSE OF RESERVATION!!!They just made me waste my time. A_ _ holes!

Its alright. Not 24 hours like I thought. First month I wasnt able to use card to check in and to open door. Always had to ask to open door. Friendly staff
