I felt like I was in a pawn shop, begging to sell an item. So horrible experience. Ill never visit this store again. Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. Ill still formally complain about my experience at this store. T-mobile needs to address it if theyre serious about their customers.

Two girls who works there have no idea even about basic. I asked about using sim card on tablet and both of them tried to convince me that Tmobile dont have that service. I called T mobile support and got total opposite answers and solutions.

ZERO STARS!!I went to the El Cerrito T-Mobile store to find a new phone. I was comparing the available phones with mine; screen size, overall size by actually holding my current phone up to the models on display. After several minute I was about to ask one of your employees about the phones features when an employee came over and locked the phone cable down to the display. It was on its cable but could no longer be moved. I am not used to being treated as a potential thief, and I will never patronize you El Cerrito Plaza store again. I have purchased a new phone directly from the manufacturer, and though I will not be able to use WiFi calling I am happy not to buy my phone from T-Mobile. Overall I liked the service I received here.Shout out to MVP matt, he gave great customer service multiple times when I visited/called.Check when its a good time to visit, because you might have to wait a while to be helped.Usually its worth the wait.

The employee was really rude and doesnt try to explain well. She acts like she is in real rush. I went there to buy 2 iPhone 7 plus in plan and she explained me nothing just tapping on the calculator and saying its almost around $350 each phone. Then I went to AT&T and get the best deal with discounts and ended up buying 2 iPhone 7 plus as I thought.

Im somewhat disappointed in tmobile because i always see great promotions for leaving current provider.....i didnt receive anything in fact i had to least a low cost device my brother who is also on my account has not been able to use his phone since i made the network change, tmobile never even offered to pay the fee have the device unlocked eventhough id left metro for tmobile

This place has constantly swindled my mom into getting new phones when her old one worked just fine... Sales team only cares about what most sales people care about and thats SELLING! Go to the Berkeley store, better staff.

While we appreciated the help, the sales reps here are not as good other T-Mobile. Much pushier and far less knowledgeable (they told us something that I knew was incorrect, clearly to try and make a sale on a certain phone).

Unwelcoming staff, I had message on my phone saying that I should call my carrier to deactivate my SIM card because of some random person is receiving my msgs. they made me wait for an hour for my turn then they said we dont know how to solve your problem we dont have experience in it, which it was very simple, and the worker told me Do you want me to open the door for you to leave, they made me feel like they wants me out of the store. They are very rude. Not recommending this store location it is a NO NO...., not helpful at all,Even I was gonna add 2phone lines to my plan but I changed my mind.

They have very rude employees at this location and they argue with their customers...very unprofessional! I witnessed a black male employee arguing with an older Asian man in front of other customers. The customer was not being rude in any way, but the employee kept yelling at him because he didnt understand the paperwork that had been given to him. I should have called corporate!I will make sure I never go to this location again! To top it off, no one acknowledged us when we walked in the door. We sat there through the whole argument with the Asian customer & employee before anyone even said anything to us. They didnt even apologize after we had sat there for 20mins being ignored and having the employee get gangster with the customer!

Unlike the other store, we were well served by Manuel! Note 10 for patience and availability in, kindly clarify all doubts, thats why I love Hispanics! They are patient, smiling, excited! The word is wonderful! Congratulations on your professionalism.
