Ive been an AT&T customer for over 10 years over the years Ive had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. My boyfriend and I went in for an upgrade and a number transfer. It truly was a positive experience. We were greeted right away. The rep. Austin was professional and knowledgeable. Very patient with our not so tech savvy selves. I give this AT&T location a thumbs up 👍 and Austin an A+😁

Paola Is an exceptional rep. Went to this store and she went out of her way to fix my issue. And she did it in just a courteous way that even though she was wearing a mask i could hear her smile ☺. Chris was the best. I came in with a broken screen and Chris pulled up my account and explained how I could have a better set-up (phone, pad and TV) for not much more money -Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. (They risked life and limb by putting the Giants game on for me while I waited).Chris and all the crew there helped to get me going.As crazy as the world is just now it was nice to have an “old-fashioned“ customer service experience. Thanks fellows! You deserve a raise.

Went in to purchase a new phone for my son and left with huge smiles on our faces. Obviously my son had the smile because he had just got a new phone, but good ole dad walked out with more money in his pocket. Victor went out of his way to look into our account and a few minutes later, the good news waas dropped on us. Victor was able to find a plan with more features and saving me about 10-15% on my monthly bill. First time heading into this location and it wont be my last.

Christian was extremely helpful and he was about to clock out but he helped me out and managed to take care of me! I really appreciate this help! I’m not a local but I’ll make sure to come to this store for future help!

Went here 4 days ago with my wife to see if we could get some help with our Verizon equipment we brought over to AT&T with us. This very helpful guy named Victor helped us and after awhile he figured out our Verizon phones were not compatible with the AT&T network. Victor got us a good deal on trading in our Verizon equipment and I must say the AT&T network is just amazing. And 5G everywhere we go awesome stuff.

As soon as I walked into the store, I had the best customer service than with any other phone company. Victor C, Austin, and Ronald were very down to earth and helpful employees. They were so patient answering all our concerns and questions. Although it was a long process, it was as if we were already friends because of how kind they were. I definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!

All of the gentleman that run this store are amazing and knowledgeable. Victor helped us every step of the way. Victor is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went the extra mile for us.I am so happy I switched to ATT.

My issue was not resolved because I was directed to the Apple Store. The phones guarantee was not covered by At&t therefore I dont agree that I have to go somewhere else to have this issue fixed. I bought the phone with At&t and not with Apple so the guarantee should be covered with At&t and I shouldnt need to go the extra step. That should be something At&t should do, not me.

I went in the other day to upgrade my phone and daniel was very helpful with explaining the promotions and setting up my phone.

Love this store! Been to many At&t stores in my day and this is my go to! I pass 3 stores on the way here, they always take care of me and make sure im fully satisfied! Service was abnormally slow to switch/creating an account. Took literally 3 hours to just activate my sim and device. And even after setup, my account setup was so shady, that my account isnt even verified on the official site. Currently trying to resolve this retardation with more professional employees. Avoids a 1star review because at least my device works.

You guys close at 6pm on a Sunday. States it on your site & store. I arrived at 5:45 so I can have them cut my SIM card smaller to fit my iPhone. The door was locked with the employees sitting inside. At 5:58 A girl employee came to the door to let my husband know that they were closed, to where my husband replied you guys weren’t closed 5 mins ago. Change your hrs if you want to close early. It’s a simple freaking thing for them to do.

They know nothing to business account i live so close to this at&t so its more convienet but now i have to drive all the way to arcadia to get actul help but worth the drive . Never coming here again
