Jose helped me out today as I went in looking to replace my phone that was not working anymore. He was very helpful and informative making sure I knew the best features on the phones I was looking at. He went above and beyond today I can honestly say I walked out of there a happy customer and even more extra goodies I wasnt planning on buying. Good service! Averagely I have had few discrepancies dealing with Metro PCS threw out the 10 years that I have been working with them. Most associates are accomodating enough, but this store really does all they can to care for their customers.If you are in need of reasonable, compassionate and efficient person to person service, ask for Lady and or Edvardo! The staff was able assist with the purchase and activation of new devices. They are knowledgeable about products and services. I definitely recommend this specific store.

My son got a new phone and we went to activate it. The clerk that helped us advised us that we could do that for free over the internet, because if she did it it was going to cost us some money, We decided to go ahead and have her complete the activation of the new phone. I am so impress by the clerks honesty that metro needs to have more clerks like her.

I paid for a 2gb data and unlimited voice and text few days ago. On the road I could not get internet through the network. My helpful saleslady directed me to this place for more help. One guy tried to help and needed to get a second guy that said there is a CDMA and a DCMA wavelength and my phone is not compatible. I wish I could get a credit for the none working data.

Terrible selection. Old phones, I drove 30 mins looking for 2 new models which they lacked. Very disappointing and a waste of time and gas to visit this unprofessional CORPORATE cellphone store. Not to mention, there was 4 employees and no one welcomed us to the store or asked if we had questions for atleast 20 minutes. But the Security guard sure did follow us around the store.
Well i had a bad experience here the store manager jenifer said we ported in to manny lines from another network and we used up all the coupons and were not eligible for the promotion they forgot to give us our change and everything was just not good customer service i recommend everyone NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION IT NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Have been very happy with the cell service provider. As in the past the only way I could get good service without signing up with Big cell company. Not any more since I have been Metro Service has been great.The store sales people a very helpful and knowledgeable.
Young helpful staff, gave me clear and multiple choices. Was not forced into taking a phone or a program I didnt need. They switched my phone number from a different provider fast and easy. This is the second time I use them for service with a totally different staff and always got what I wanted. Thanks metro, keep up the good work.

I visited the store just checking out different options for my phone and I will say they were very honest and told me that they really didnt have anything better to offer than what I already had with another company so that was very honest of them and thats a good thing because a lot of stores will not be honest like that now I have had MetroPCS service before and I have no complaints as far as their service nor their billing I had very cheap phone and I considered it my burner phone but I actually got better service on that phone than I did on a Sprint phone at the time. So I recommend Metro PCS for people who are at a lower grade income or whatever they are very affordable and they have quite a selection and they seem to be very honest at least at this store and another store I went to in Huntington Beach I dont remember where.

I had a good experience here. They were quick to attend to me. I had a problem that the other stores couldnt help me with. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and nice. There is handicapped parking and access.

Horrible service. Because of the short, dark, guy with the glasses that looks like a nerd I owe $400 to smart pay because he doesn’t know how to do his job right. He processed my items as just an iPhone but I purchased various items and now I can’t get my money back even though I went back to metro so that they can process the return. They said smart pay would return me my money but I found out that it’s metro who hasn’t responded to the claim. He’s just an idiot who’s probably new to the store. Will never come back again. They just want to steal your money.

Fast and efficient transaction. Was there for a new phone line bit they told me as a new customer, I am eligible for a cuple of new smart phones. Nothing to write home about but makes a good couch-side surfing devices once I get the sim cards transferred to the old phones. In and out with 2 new phones and 2 new lines in less than 30 minutes. The parking around the store is a totally different story. You should call yourself lucky to park near the store. Otherwise You will be walking for a while.

I wish for no stars option. This is the worst customer service store for METRO their customer service reps seems like they are trained to make your life miserable. The deny any fixes and they erase all your data. I have been to other METRO stores and the help is 180 degrees different. ZERO STARS AND A THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! :(

Girl said she was the manager but was really rude to my wife. I WAS a regular customer but after this inquiry I WONT be back! Owner needs to have a serious talk with them.
