They never answer their phone, Ive been calling 2 times for 3 days straight. OTHER than that the store itself is clean, There is a decent variety of games and consoles. Also funko pops and merch. The workers do their job.

They just put up call of duty 4 and when I tried to get it they said they didnt have it, got me excited but they ruined it

Let me tell you great customer service!I was calling on regards to my PlayStation 4 and spoke with a guy name Marquis. He was so helpful with the information I needed to reboot my nephew’s PlayStation. I knew nothing about it and I had already called 4 other Game Stops, but the one in El Monte came through, well actually Marquis did. Thank you!

Such a grate selection of games and the prices are the best.

It has space and the staff is nice. The place is organized so you can always find what you need easily. If you need help the staff is always there to help you and will give you the option of another store to visit if they dont have what you want. The service is fast so you never have to wait for more than necessary.

The usual. Depending on the time you go I guess. I was one of the first ones in today at about 10:02 AM or there abouts. Didnt get the gentlemans name who rang me to but hes very friendly and knowledgeable. Now, when this place gets busy, its BUSY! Especially with all them little kids that are loud and grab everything... Im guessing most video game stores are probably like this.

The Workers are very helpful, didnt feel obligated to buy something that didnt need for my system...I was very satisfied with my purchase!:)

I go here to get my preorders for funkos and games. We have Karina G talking and giggling with an ex employee instead of taking care of there customer. Waiting 10 + min line to tell me they dont know how to preorder a funko and/or look up the funko they had called me in to pick up. Seriously, ill be cancelling all my previous orders here and I wont becoming back to this store. Im done going to gamestops if the customer servious is this bad.

They straight lied to us, guy working the cashier had told us that that they had run out of the exclusive Fortnite “codes” for the pickaxe this and they had run out that morning, we entered the store around 2, like at 3 my nephew pulled to gamestop and immediately saw a kid walking out with a card code. Then my nephew walked in and they told him that the kid before had took the last code they had. What absolute lier, keep in mind Im not some 10 year old, I had money to spend, but they told me they didn’t have anymore.

Seemed well stocked on used games for Xbox and Ps4, staff was friendly enough and its a rather large store compared to most. You dont feel like you are in a closet looking for games like most Stores.

Its fine. I bought NBA 2K19 here from a male cashier. Hes cool. Im giving it 3 stars because of him, and thats itThe other times I come here is when someone else is working there. Mostly females, I cant speak for all of them but the ones I encounter do not greet me. I guess they think Im a hobo with my sign board? Heh. The Dollar tree ladies dont greet me either. Odd. So, anyways. I dont feel welcomed at this GS so I go to the one in Alhambra.This GameStop employees might be cool with other customers, but Im okay going to some place else. I once did buy a used ps3 game, the employee had given me a broken disc with a cheap cover, she nicely replaced it with another copy with an original cover with it, kinda confused why she wouldnt give me that in the first place. Not that Im spoiled, its just, hey, this customer might like the one with the actual cover. I might make his day with it.. Nah, that didnt originally happen.Its clean and organized. Moderately busy on the weekends. The employees are nice but genuinely is the question.

Ive had mixed experienceshere ranging from not have my pre-ordered game the day it came out to excellent service. I was wary pre-ordering again, but this time it all went smoothly. Im still firm in physical copies over digital so Ill keep buying here as long as I keep playing games. Employees have mostly been very friendly with a few exceptions here and there.

Super petty business. PS4 has a tiny little slit on joystick that can be easily fixed and they want the controller for free basically on a PS4 trade in, so it drops your value by a full controller and still take your controller...how are you going to have a special but then undercut the original price.

This Gamestop has great customer service. Ive been a pro member for about 3 years now and I havent had anything bad to say about the employees or the quality of service they given me.

They take advantage of people trade for old games dont give their real value so they can jack up the price when they resale it

I find it funny how most of the reviews here arent really reviews it just seems some of these people went to this GameStop once or twice and just because they didnt have anyone at the counter right away they just say Gee this place has shitty service. I mean Ive been going to this GameStop for years never had a bad experience at all, I mainly go to this one just because I never ever got mad. The workers are cool and always answer my questions well in store and on the phone, I just think people are always in a rush or cant wait a few minutes anymore. I get annoyed at some of the customers that come in ask stupid questions and follow up with another question now thats a pain in the ass, I like this GameStop a lot, people just need to stop hatin.
