This lady is shady we ordered the $850 package and even added some additional things to what we were ordering by paying extra for it and when we would pick up the items and ask her what happened to what we asked for she would tell us that wasn’t what we paid for and would have to pay even more the stuff came out beautiful but I would not order anything else from her because she doesn’t note things properly to give the customer what they paid and asked for

The suit that they had given to me for a Quince were all either too big on some or way too small for the others but besides that their suits were great and their service was good.

BAD SERVICE, The ladies there are so RUDE, my daughter was supposed to be a Dama and so she tried a dress we put it on lay away and then when she went back to try on the dress it did not fit, we asked If there was any alterations or anything we could do she said no heres your dress take it, I said well if it doesnt fit why do i want it she said theres no refunds Im sorry i said Keep the money and she even thanked me sarcastically smh rude rude

The worst service ever. I bought my sons suit and they gave me the wrong size. Me trusting that they arw doing their job giving my mother the right size. Then i call and i get disrespected. I totally suggest you dont buy from this store. To bad my family invested so much money with them.

Don’t buy anything from this store my neighbor had a issue with this store that they didn’t want to give back her money and we found another lady that this store stole $500 for a dress and the owner did not want to order it and did not give back the $500 to the other lady

Bad service

Very bad service, no customer service, as they enter a dress of 800 oh 1500 without ironing that is aside $ 50 plus eh had two quinceañeras and where we have made our package we get everything right. We went to this place to see if it met our expectations, and to support ours here where we live but no, we were disappointed with my family I do not recommend and the workers are very very despotic and the owner also has no patience with customers 😡😡
