Great customer care, great staff. I had the unfortunate luck of getting into an accident recently, and had the pleasure of entrusting my car in the care of Auto Collision Center. Everything my car needed was ordered and replaced within in a great time. They where professional, and understanding. Great overall everything I love how my car came back to me! Better than new. Love this place and staff. If anyone needs their car taken care of call them first, they do great work and are all around pure awesomeness.

Being a woman, I always get a little anxious when I have to have any work done on my car. But I can say I’ve had the best experience with Auto Collision Center. They are quick, honest, and did an excellent job on my car. They go out of their way for their customers. They gave me a ride home when I dropped my car at the shop so I don’t have to pay for Uber(I live on west side so it’s not like I live down the street). They kept me updated, their pricing was more than reasonable, and my car came looking brand new again! I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a good shop to fix their car.

I had a wonderful experience with my services on my Chevy Camaro! Not only was the rate awesome, but the work was outstanding. Highly recommend! Will definitely be referring my friends/family. Lastly, all the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of the timeframe the work needed to be completed by. Everything went perfect, such a wonderful experience!

First let me say Mike and his wife are very nice to talk to. However, as a paint shop the work done on my trunk was terrible. The work there is supposed to come with a warranty, but the owner did not honor his work. I took a brand new trunk to get painted. It took weeks to paint a new car trunk, and I was promised it would be done in a few days. I was patient, as I told them I just wanted a good paint job. After multiple repaints, I was given a trunk and told I needed to go to a detail shop to correct paint imperfections, including overrun paint area. Even place I took the trunk to said it needed to be repainted, the paint issues could not be buffed out. From my experience I would not recommend this paint shop to anyone, and would give this establishment a 0 star rating if possible. Poor quality comes from poor paint job, that needs to be repainted. Poor value because I had to have the part repainted. Not professional, refused to properly do the job paid for, and was not offered a refund. Not on time, 2 day job took 3 weeks. And of course the owner will deny it, because they want to have a perfect 5 star rating, and will want to keep getting business. I cant believe these 5 star ratings about quality. I did not appreciate the work quality of theeir paint work,because every time I twent to pick it up it looked like a 2nd grader painted it, not a professional paint shop.My quality was pathetic. I did get it at repainted at another shop, and the part came out with a professional finish.

I was directed here by a good friend of mine and glad he sent me this way.The owners of the shop(husband and wife) were very welcoming and professional.They make you feel very comfortable. Mechanics did great work in timely matter and for a reasonable price.I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THEM IF NEEDED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
