Where to start. I emailed Joel to ask him if he could give me a quote and he graciously did. Asked him if I could go the next day and he save a screen for my phone so it could be ready one i got there.Once I got there spoke with Joel and he told me it would be about 20 minutes to replace the screen so i waited. To my surprise he was done in 15 minutes and showed me the screen was functional and took into consideration that I had to go immediately after to pickup my son from school.That was an absolute great service and the price was great, he had an offer going on so it was cheaper than other places.Great job Joel, keep the great customer service and i guarantee people will do business with you.

My experience was really good. The service was finished quickly and the phone looked brand new. Pricing was fair. They found ways to save me money. Also, when I asked about some technical problems, my questions were answered. I will definitely go back and use CPR.

My phone froze & was unable to restart it. Came to CPR west & Rosny technician was excellent & responsive & has phone unfrozen in less than 15 minutes. His quality was /is excellent! Give him a raise!

Im glad to see that others had a good experience here, but unfortunately my experience wasnt great. I took my phone in because the back camera wasnt working. I asked if they could fix it, and the technician said they could for $80 without even looking at the phone. Ten days later, after they made two misdiagnoses, broke my front camera, and reset my phone factory settings, they tell me that its a motherboard issue that will cost more to fix than to replace the phone. When I asked for a refund, they said they wouldnt reimburse the diagnostic fee of ~$55. I said that seemed a little unfair considering they did more damage to the phone than repair, but the technician said that would be up to the manager who didnt call me back after I requested to talk to him twice. I understand as a business they need to charge for the work they do, but as a customer I expect to get something for the money I pay for services, and all I got was wasted time, a broken front camera in addition to broken back camera, and a reset phone. I wouldve happily explained all this to the manager if he had bothered to return my call. Good luck to everyone else!

The associate Rosny answered all my questions I had. Helped me with my device and made me feel comfortable using it on my own. Would definitely tell my family to come to him to get help with all their tech.

We showed up before closing hours and the open light was on. Walked up to open the door and was locked and then they immediately turned off the open light. This was over 5 minutes before closing.Update from reply:I called earlier and they stated you closed at 5 pm. Made no mention the lobby wasn’t open. So I drove 30 minutes to get my zagg shield replaced but then that happened.

Brought my child’s tablet to get the screen fixed. Was told that if I paid the expensive price I would have lifetime warranty so if he cracked it again they would fix it. The warranty was the reason I chose them. When I went to pick it up I was told that they couldn’t get the screen to stick on the side but I still took it cause they told me I had the warranty. A few hours later, the same day I got it back, the screen cracked on the side that wouldn’t stick. Didn’t have time to take it back and my thoughts were it’s okay I have the lifetime warranty so I can take it back whenever. A few months later I’m trying to take it to get the screen fixed and now they are telling me the warranty does not cover physical or water damage. So what does it cover? They want me to pay the full price again. Definitely unprofessional and untrustworthy! Should have been honest from the beginning! Stop promoting lifetime warranty and telling people it covers the screen cracks!

I had my screen fixed at CPR Cell Phone Repair in El Paso and they did a great job! Rosny was especially attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were professional and got my cracked phone screen repaired in no time! My phone looks brand new!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Dropped off an Xbox One X because it was not booting up. The tech that worked on it told me the problem was the Hard Drive and was going to take 3 to 4 days for it to be ready. I called around that time frame and the tech told me it was going to be ready the next day so I called the next day and told me it still was not ready. He took almost 2 weeks to complete my repair when he told me it would be ready within 4 days. Bad communication

Not worth going to. Had to give it a star to rate it but doesnt deserve any. They were to call me back and I drove across town to get there and they were unable to help me. Never called as they said they would.

Phone was left like brand new!

This place is a hidden gem. The screen on my iPhone 6+ wasnt cracked, but it was starting to separate from the phone itself. I could take my finger and lift up the screen and see the inside of my phone. I would try to push it back in and it would just pop right back up again. I wasnt even sure if it could be fixed. I thought I might have to tape my phone back together and call it a day. Have no fear! Powered by Tech was able to handle the problem with ease. They were able to fix my phone in about an hour. The price was affordable and the staff was super friendly. My phone is as good as new. Thanks Powered by Tech! I will be taking all of my electronic repairs to you guys first from now on. I wasnt sure how many stars to give. Every time I call, it goes straight to voice mail. From what I see, they might be the ONLY phone repairers on the west side. Im guessing that theyve gone out of business? Perhaps due to COVID?

I took my laptop here a few years ago. Had no clue what was wrong with it. The gentleman I dealt with took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what needed to be done. The staff was very friendly courteous and reliable. My laptop was fixed and had it back a few days later.

They replaced my screen and 4 hours later it went completely black and would no longer work.

Took my phone for a screen replacement. Real friendly but had only one issue. We agreed upon a price and they didnt honor it. No biggie because we arent talking a big number but this is why I would rate 2 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 5. Would I recommend? Maybe but only with a word of caution.

My experience was excellent. I took my MacBook Air in to get fixed due to water damage. Their process was very quick, and now my MacBook is functional again after two days of repair. I will definitely recommend this place to a friend if they need their devices repaired. They have excellent customer services, competent technicians, and it’s definitely affordable rather than buying a new device!

They were awesome. They fixed and cleaned my filthy and dusty old PS4 (i got the first day PS4 came out) for $50 bucks. My PS4 has dirt and dog hair inside and would turn off and sounded like a jet engine and wild overheat and had the red line of death. Now it is more quiet than my new PS4 Pro. They are fast and fix it within a day or two and will call you if they need to order parts such as a fan, which luckily I didn’t need anything.

Tried to give this place my business, but had the same problem as another reviewer: they were closed, at a time when they should have been open. They claim they open at 10 a.m., so I arrived at 11:00. Sign on the door read, back at 1:30?! If your hours are 1:30 to 5:00, thats fine (I guess), but dont advertise otherwise. I drove a couple of miles up Mesa to a competitor, who was more than happy to take my money.

Great customer service. I had 2 cell phones batteries replaced including an HTC 10 that nobody else would touch. There was a minor issue that they fixed free of charge. Ill definitely be back as needed. I also used them when they were formally Powetedt by Tech and had a good experience as well.

Really disappointed with these guys. My first experience with them was great. Had to get a screen replaced on a Playststion Vita. Fixed real quick with no problem. This experience was a deal breaker for the future. I took my iMac in to have them look into fixing my screen because their was no visual display showering. They told me they would get back to me in 2 days. If I didn’t hear anything call them. I called them maybe 5 days later after not hearing anything and was told they were still working on figuring out what was wrong and said they would give me a call in a few days to let me know how it’s going. No contact so I call them back again and I was told they would talk to the person who was working on my computer and would call me back later that day. No contact at all that day or the next. I called again and pretty much the same thing. When I finally got someone to tell me what was wrong and what my options were I wasn’t willing to work with them much more. They DID transfer all my data on my computer to an external hard drive I brought with me so that was good. BUT they told me they would have it done in a day and would contact me in a day or two. Same thing happened where I ended up calling them 5-7 days to see how the process was and I got the response that it was done 2 days ago. Yet no one called me about it. Extremely bad at commutation with me. Especially after I told them earlier on that the first 2 times they told me they would contact me that day or the day after I heard nothing from them and I had to call back. They weren’t that professional at all this time around. It was actually disheartening. AND I read some of their pass negative experiences thinking it must have been a fluke or something because I had no issues with them my first time. I say if you are gonna bring your stuff in for a broken screen you’ll be fine but not BEWARE for anything more. You’ll have to contact them everyday and DON’T believe them when they say they’ll call you back later that day or the next because they proved to me they aren’t because I NEVER got a call back from them.

Lets try this again since my last post was deleted about this place. So I am currently into week two of waiting for a part to fix a cell phone, all they can say is we have a tracking number that says its here but it hasnt arrived...have you tried looking for the part hello! Nooooo we prefer to tell you its not our fault maybe it will arrive tomorrow. Hopefully they will have a different answer this afternoon but I highly doubt it, if you need something fixed in a hurry you might have better luck making your own part rather then waiting on these guys. Powered by Tech saved me. I closed the laptop with the power cord between the screen and keyboard and the screen went complete out. This was my work laptop so I really needed it fixed right away. In addition to needing a quick solution I couldnt be with out the laptop while parts were ordered. They allowed my to keep my laptop for work while the part cam in and completed the repair over the weekend. I did not miss a single day without my laptop. Whatever work they did is not even noticeable. It looks just as it did before my terrible accident. I definitely recommend their services.

I have taken different phones to them on multiple occasion and have never been charged if no real work required. Their fees are usually reasonable and they never made me feel technically stupid although i am.Thank you for always being kind enough to listen and explain. On 1 Nov I go in to get my Pixel 2s screen repaired but they tell me it will take 2 business days for the replacement screen to come in. Since its a Friday this means the screen will not be in until Tuesday. Guy 1 says it will be $180 for everything, I say ok and pay $202. I come back Tuesday morning to drop my phone off at 10am. Guy 2 tells me it will be ready around 4:30pm. Cool. I come back at the agreed time and pick my phone up with a new screen. I go to school that evening and dont pay much mind to the phone. The next morning, as Im trying to install a new screen protector I noticed theres plastic tabs sticking out from under the new screen, and the screen is not sitting flush in this area. I go back, at 10am. Apparently its a protective plastic film from the manufacturer that the tech who fixed my phone left behind. He says he can just cut it with some scissors, but I tell him I dont want that plastic film there because its pushing up on the screen and it doesnt belong there. So Guy 2 says he can remove it but I have to leave my phone with him for 2 hours in order to let the water-proofing silicone, that they use, fully dry. I frustratingly leave my phone behind and come back later at the agreed time to pick it up. Guy 2 says its fixed, and he offers to install a screen protector on it. He installs the screen protector, and my phone finally appears to be good to go. I go to lunch and notice that my phone is turning on the Active Edge Google Assistant on its own, sometimes it registers screen touches, others it doesnt. I take my phone back to CPR, I tell Guy 2 whats going on and he tells me its a faulty screen. Im livid at this point. But I need a phone. He tells me he can have a new screen in overnight and my phone will be repaired tomorrow. He also suggests I to leave my phone overnight and the screen will be installed as soon as it arrives. I once more agree because what else can you do at this point? Ive already paid. And I dont want to buy a new phone. I ask for a receipt and when I get to the car I noticed he gave me another persons receipt with personal info and a balance for Iphone repair. I walk back inside and tell Guy 2 that he gave me the wrong receipt. He notices his mistake and gives me the correct one. When I return from school, my wife informs that someone from CPR called her and that they will not be able to get the new screen until Monday or Wednesday of the following week at the earliest. Its Thursday morning, just fyi. You cant make this up! Ive been back there a total of six times and my issue isnt resolved. Dont pay up front is my warning. If you have a Samsung or Iphone then youre probably fine going here. They say they repair of other different electronics but I wouldnt trust them. Something nice: they seem like cool people outside of this work.

Bad Review. I was referred to this place to see if they could help. I dropped off my TomTom Sports watch to see if they could change my glass. I spoke to a Victor (which is no longer working there) Took my watch and said they would see if they can find it. however, they would charge me $50 diagnostic fee if they needed to open the watch. Which we agreed that if they could not find the glass they would call me back so I can pick up my watch and would not charge. I would rather invest those $50 towards a new watch if possible. After a 2 weeks i finally heard from them to see what the next step was. I went to pick up my watch on July 2, 2018 and they wanted to charge me $20 for the labor which at the time I mentioned to them that this was never said to me. After the new employee called his manager (owner) the manager insisted to charge. I explained to him that it was not my fault his ex-employee never mentioned this and I am being penalized for someone elses mistake. I mentioned that they do have a sign at the front they have the right to refuse business however they do not have a sign stating $20 fee for labor. I payed my $20 to recover my watch and said to the representative now that i have payed could you please connect me with the manager. He called the manager and he refused to get on the phone with me. How does this business want to retain their customers with that type of management. Bottom line is that I understand customer service the key is that its always good to allow and hear your client to make and continue a second opportunity. So I Rate this horrible service, the sad thing is that 1. I was referred to them by someone else 2. The manager did not have the people skills to get on the phone with a customer and settle a misunderstanding.

Staff was friendly, greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Said it would be a certain price, no surprises, even had it ready ahead of schedule. Will come back for other services in the future.

I checked prices on getting my Samsung Galaxy S5 charging port fixed. This place had the best price and they were honest and quick. Ill definitely recommend them.

If there is less than one star I will definitely give it to them. I have very bad experience with them. I came to the store the Friday before the 4th of July for screen replacement. The tech change the screen for me, but there was problem with the phone where it was turning off after less than 5 minutes of not using it. The time was already 7pm (time of closing), the tech was trying to fix it, but he was not able to do so. He told me if you want to try it and bring it back if it has any problem on Tuesday, or he but the old broken screen back and bring it to him Tuesday. I told him I will try it. Unfortunately, I left the store before getting home the phone shut down. i bring it on Tuesday, and they said it could be the battery. They order the battery, and with no honesty it take a while to get to the battery to the store. They try the battery, and it did not work, then they told me to leave it again, but I took my phone, and I will never come back. Please if you read this post DO Not go to this place.I do not know what professionalism you are taking about. Is professionalism mean to reject another phone I brought to your store after my review ? the reason of rejecting was because of my negative review. By the way I brought my friend phone to your store only because I told my friend that I will bring his phone to your store before that bad experience happen. I went to these guys after reading some reviews. I had a piece of my stylus stuck in my phone (otherwise my phone was fine, had some superficial lifting at the top left of the screen ), and they quoted me 30 to 80 bucks. I thought that was fair.I come back 2 days later, they removed the stylus, but informed me that after their tech put my phone back together that my touch screen wouldnt work. They turned a $30 problem into a $300 problem. They wanted me to pay them to fix a problem they created.Additionally, when I told them I didnt want them to do the work I got my phone back in worse condition than when I left it. Lifting on both the top and bottom of the screen, and a crack on the left corner. I cant say whether or not it was intentional, but I can say that I didnt have this damage before.This was my experience, if you go here I hope yours turns out better.

Great service and a fair price. I dropped off my phone with a cracked screen before lunch and picked it up fully repaired after lunch.

Im sure the service is great, but these people are way too expensive. I called and asked if they can fix my nintendo ds and they said theyd charge $50 bucks to fix a $30 dollar piece of equipment. I tried to renegotiate the price and they refused. Youre better off investing your money somewhere else or fixing things yourself.
