Medium sized, well stocked and presented store. Surprising, had a huge shipment of steel ammo. Pallets full. I needed brass but n/a. Fair number of handguns too. Staff here is always very helpful. Not sure if safety, proficiency or LTC classes are offered.

I just called up to find if they had any 9mm ammo for sale. They told me they were out of stock. I asked them if they had any 9 mm firearms for sale.They told me they had a lot of them. I told them what good is it to buy one without ammunition. I was told that they do have 9mm available for purchasers. WOW Folks.

These guys are really cool and helpful, always great prices on gun accessories, especially Glock mags compared to other stores in el paso.One issue I had was that I called to see if the had an extended mag release for my gen5 19 and they told me they did. Drove out to their store and told me they didnt actually have the part. I was frustrated initially but it was an honest mistake and they apologized and told me where I can find one.They have always had great service and high recommend them.

Great experience, I have bought numerous weapons from them this year and had many rookie questions I asked with a good response to all of them. Polite workers, decent prices, and a good selection. They were even cool with me having my 206lb. dog with me. In El Paso this will always be my first choice. Way to go guys.

Great staff, always fantastic customer service. They let you take your time shopping, and answer all your questions, offering suggestions without pressuring you in any certain direction. I bought my first gun there in 1979 when I was 21 and knew very little about what I really wanted. Salesman was very patient and helped me with my decision. Most recently their gunsmith adjusted the sights on one of my pistols on the spot while I waited and then didnt even charge me. Their legacy as an ideal store continues, and I will always do business here because there is just no reason to go anywhere else.

Very nice selection of weapons, staff were kind,friendly, and knowledgeable however I called prior to going to the store to attempt to sell a few rifles they said they were interested in but when I went to the store they had zero interest for what I had staff needs to communicate more to help their costumers as well as not waste their time

I, walked into the gun store looking for a bolt carrier for my 556. I was directed to a Stag arms Nickel board bolt carrier.I bought the bolt carrier always in less than 10 minutes.The service was excellent good job guys.

Every person including the owner was extremely professional and transparent. Their kindness and knowledge was overwhelmingly helpful when educating me on their products. I was offered a great amount when trading in my firearm for another. They treated me well and helped guide me to a great selection of discounted firearms for LEO and Military.

Way over priced. Many items are marked about 150-200 dollars over sellers such as Cabelas and Academy. I understand its a small business but this is highway robbery.

I do all my transfers here, they are fast and the gunsmith on site looked at one my new guns for any defects when I asked and installed a brace on my AR15, all for free. I even got 100 rounds of ammo for free. All the people who work there are passionate about firearms and very knowledgeable.

Gunsmithing here is questionable in my opinion. Took forever to complete the job and then the work done fell apart a few months later after little use. No mention of warranting the work when I took it back. Also they call themselves a gun exchange but I personally have had zero luck trying to trade something in. I gave them an extra star because they have decent prices on ammo.

The staff here are very professional and courteous to your needs. They made me feel comfortable with my purchase and that is what customer service is all abiut. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future and recommending them to friends.

Danny is willing to go into depth explaining guns and will answer questions and ask if you have more, the other gentleman I encountered there seem to be judgemental and arent as friendly. Its feels like everyone is on pins and needles there waiting for something bad to happen. The red head with the shirt hair kept following another tattooed gentleman around the store as if she was implying/anticipating like he wanted to steal something. The dude Walked out of there with a buncha stuff he purchased and hopped in a very nice truck. Just prepare to be judged when walking in there.

Left a semi auto target pistol that tends to jam up at El Paso Gun Exchange for repairs. They had it two weeks and never even took a look at it. Brought it back home with me. I guess Ill take it some place that wants my business/money.

Great shop, Ive always extremely enjoyed going there an looking at what new stuff they have in stock. Everyones extremely knowledgeable an I always end up spend a couple hours in there just talking an learning an sharing knowledge. Extremely reasonable prices an the offer the Blue Label deals for mil/LEO on Glocks an something else. Would be nice if they had an email posted or at least on their site. Currently deployed an trying to get ahold of them during hours without a phone to call them on an no email on their site is hard.

Did an awesome job on installing a free float on my rifle, everyone in the store was more than helpful.

Well first off i needed a front sight for a pistol that i was going to qualify with the next day with. I went to Academy, Gander and a few other stores that were not much help. So i decided to try this place i found on google. As i walked in i was greeted right away with a smile and how can i help you today. I explained my problem and the urgency i needed for that piece. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock, however the lady who tended to me was very helpful and willing to try anything knowing my situation. In the end she helped me out by fitting a sight that was similar on to my pistol, a temporary fix but it helped me qualify the next day. I really appreciate the time and care she took helping me out when no one else would. I will definitely be a repeat customer here!
