Juan also told me all about the history of the business, the service technicians, inventory that is carried in the vehicle etc. David arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of my of an issue. Gave me pricing on the spot, explained the warranty and also let me know about a service package they offer. Was very impressed with the level of customer service, the follow up and the follow through. I will definitely contact them again when I have a need!

I bought a washer off of FB marketplace, turned out they did a quick fix for a previous problem and didnt mention it to me. David P from SoBellas was able to come to my house within 48 hours to give me a quote and let me know how they could fix it. Ended up having to order the part, I was expecting it to be at least 2 weeks before theyd get the part but it was about a week. Best part is the part now has a five year warranty! Really happy I didnt have to get a new washer and get rid of my current one!

I am so glad I found SoBellas! I chose them based on the good reviews and they were spot on!They know who I am from my phone number, they can schedule an appointment within a few days (during the pandemic, that is especially great!). They tell you the name of the person who is coming, so I know in advance who to expect.I paid a little extra up front for their customer service plan (I forget the name of it) because my coolers are old. I am glad I did. I have had to call them out a few times for different issues (not their fault). They took care of them without extra fees (they reduce the cost of a service call when you are on the plan). Once, they charged nothing for the visit, but they still treated me like a special customer.I like that they wear their yellow booties in my house (AND--they take them off when they go outside and put them back on when they come inside). The work was done in a timely and professional manner but I ended up being charged over $1200 to service 3 air conditioners. If you use this company just be advised that you should probably get a estimate prior to them doing the work or you are going to spend a lot of money.I am not happy.

First, I was given time slot between 8-12 and at 7:45 I got a phone call they will be to the house at 8. Great, because we had an AC issue. Do not bother calling them! My AC was blowing hot air, the technician came and put oil on the bearings AND left!! He sat out in front of my house for 45 minutes on his phone. I knocked on his window to let him know the air conditioner was not working. He said it was too humid to work!! Turns out there was an electrical issue and the whole thing could have caught on fire!! I called the manager and he didnt even offer to credit the service fee!! They can keep their damn yellow booties!!

A few good notes before my issue. The company rep was on time and professional.My issue, I spent $382 on a thermostat because mine wasnt working and the repairman said that was the only issue. Install the new thermostat at around 4pm. Less than 3 hours later the thermostat is shut off and there water build up again in my AC. Which I showed the repairman and he stated it wasnt a issue.Very disappointed I spent almost $400 just to have issues 3 hours later. Also, the repairman said Id get the bill in my email and I never got it. Luckily I have a warranty. I will be excepting a discount and issued resolved tomorrow.

As it turned out, I actually worked with two separate repairmen, as the first one who came out to diagnose my refrigerator issue initially was unavailable for the follow up appointment and the repair work. Had a conversion done and love the new refrigerated ac. The install was done in a day but realized maybe they should have taken at least 2 days. Im giving them only 3 stars because the sales rep made statements that were not accurate. I was informed the old venting system would be removed going out the attic and it was not. They only cut into it and capped it inside and put another cap on the roof (which looks terrible). Some of the old venting system wasnt replaced so it is not getting much air to the bathroom or kitchen. Once the sale is done it is impossible to get the sales rep or anyone to reply back about fixing any issues. I recommend checking everything before the installers leave.Update: The installers came back almost a month after the post to remove the duct work inside the attic.

I hired this company due to the high positive ratings on Google, but when it came down to the service charge I find it pretty costly to have a water valve that connects the waterline to the A/C unit to cost over $300.I hired this company out of good faith so that my elderly grandmother could have a working A/C for the summer. What originally was done with the estimate that was provided made it seem that it was a serious job that was needed to be done. The job maybe took Mike about 10 minutes tops and was out in a flash after I paid for the other half of the service. When asked if I could receive an itemized receipt to understand better as to why I was being charged so much he said he could not provide one but would give a discount of $60 for convenience.I cannot use labor as an excuse as to why it came out so high for a job that was quickly done. I think if you are to hire a company, it is best to get a second opinion which was my mistake. Even if I have to pay a estimate fee of 95$ for not taking the service that day.
