From the time you walk in there is some serious Nepali vibes. Employees were kind and seemed to know what they were talking about. I tried the Tippi Island Smoothie, not bad.

I always go get a pecan party and hemp. Staff is very nice and great smoothies. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful little oasis in El Paso. The smell of sage and aromatic tea greets you at the door, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment. Nice selection of teas both exotic and domestic. Refreshing AC, calming decor, cool music and friendly staff. Perfect place to sit, work, or meet a friend.

This place is not sanitary. I wanted to try it and was excited to check it out. The girls don’t wash their hands or use gloves to cut the bananas or fruit. Fruit wasn’t washed, it just came out of the box. With covid and flu season they need to be cleaner. : /

The strawberry vegan rolled ice cream is the BOMB! This place is super cute and has great products. I was in town from Houston but if I lived here I would be a regular.

First time visiting because of the date, but happy I was introduced to it. Plethora of different types of teas available if youre a big fan. I was trying the green tea section and it hit the spot. A bit of a drive depending on where you are in town. Its also a little cozy and small shop. I still enjoy the aesthetics of it though and you should check it outTL;DRgreat place for tea, great place for dates, overall enjoyable location!

If it wasnt COVID time, I would have loved to sit down and enjoyed my latte inside.Only issue was that a few customers with me were not sure how to line up in line because there wasnt any indicators for us where to stay to practice social distancing measures.Loved the Matcha Latte!!!!!!

Do not go here, this business does nothing for its employees and does not care about their costumers. Their ingredients are not as fresh as they claim (use slimy spinach and cut around moldy bits) and the and the entire place is very unsanitary. Spend your money somewhere else.

This establishment has been here for several years and Ive raved about them to my friends since they first opened! You can often find the owner at either location and customer service is top quality. Of course, with small businesses, interaction with customers is essential but it is very obvious that here it goes beyond that. They go the extra mile when it comes to any questions you have about the teas and even just by being genuinely nice. You can tell everyone takes what they do serious and always make you feel so comfortable! Now, when it comes to variety of items, it is still excellent! From the teas, to the fresh juices, to the fact they have trail mixes and different breads to snack on is just awesome! And of course, the items available to purchase at the front is an awesome bonus as a gift shop or a treat yourself type of shop. As far as location, this establishment can be a bit difficult to exit out of if theres traffic. Other than that, seating indoors and outdoors is perfect, very refreshing and perfect for winding down. As a small business owner myself, I can see by the connections you have with customers is essential but that also means you can always expect quality...which you cant get at a chain restaurant or franchise like i.e. Starbucks. You really do get more for your dollar here...a whole experience versus just a product. So, I have raved from the beginning and will continue to excitedly share with others! Great job, yall!

They have a wide variety of loose tea blends using their own names for them. For example I was looking for red raspberry leaf tea. They had it, plus also had an aromatic blend called Femme Fairy that contained several other beneficial herbs. Appeared to me that they also served smoothies. It was my first visit, but I will go back again.

Tippi teas is one of brightest hangouts in El Paso. Lovely baristas, and a great place to read, or grab a lovely shake. Simple but very homey. Exactly what you want in a tea shop. highly recommended.

Amazing variety and quality teas!! I get my favorite pu erh tea from here, and they have some really great matcha drinks as well. They have numerous options for both people who want a cup of more traditional tea and those who prefer more perfumed/flavored tea. Vegans rejoice, there are so many smoothies, milk teas, and dessert options you can get as well and they are all so yummy. VEGAN ROLLED ICE CREAM!! The vegan chocolate and caramel sauces are my favorite ice cream toppings ever. Not to mention the vibe of the place makes you feel like you took a few steps through the eightfold path towards nirvana.

This place, if you have an hour to wait for tea, then go for it. We went and got 3 teas, we waited for 30 minutes and it didnt come out, we were waiting for a table at Magic Bistro and it was a 30-35 minute wait and we got called before we even got served. We asked for the drinks because we didnt want to lose our spot, they said 5 more minutes. The 5 minutes passed, and we just decided to leave because we didnt want to lose our table. There was only a group of 3 before us, and seriously, 40 minutes for teas? That we never even got to try? 0/0.

Like the place but have to give it one star because I witnessed an employee drop a piece of fruit on the floor, (seemed to have gave it a quick rinse) then placed it back with the rest of the prepared fruit. Also did not like that the employees were talking and laughing right over the fruit they were preparing even thought they had face covers, to me it seemed very inappropriate and unsanitary. Also they handling ingredients and other things with same gloves.

Nothing... Absolutely nothing but delicious wholesome goodness. TIPPI TEAS stocks an abundance of natural teas with different blends of homeopathic remedies. They carry much more than just tea; rolled vegan ice cream and sweet breads like zucchini bread, etc. I highly recommend this wholesome little shop.

My older sister taking me to tippi teas first time since 2017. I absolutely love it!! But the drink, and other product is so expensive! The employee is courteous.

Delicious and healthy

Tippi Teas is a unique place. You walk in, and there is a very earthy, calming feel. Their tea selection quite frankly is huge. I never know what I want when I walk in, but the staff is always friendly and patient. They serve hot and cold (iced) tea, and brew it on the spot with natural herbs. They also serve delicious muffins and other baked goodies. They have a cute little patio out back as well that is pet friendly. Definitely will be visiting this place more often.

Great place. Ive driven by so many times without noticing but its actually a great little shop. The lady who served us was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the different herbs and roots and stuff. Im not really a healthy food kind of person, so I just got the rainbow smoothie, which was fruity and delicious. Theres a great patio outside to sit at.

Great little place. They use honey but thats the only thing they use that isnt vegan. I recommend for anyone with any dietary needs! I love this place!!!

This place is awesome Im more of a Tea drinker than coffee so this place is my heaven. They have over 75 loose leaf teas varieties theyre delicious. I have tried several but my favorites are the almond, mango, lemon, and detox. (I also recommend the Almond Tea Latte) The staff are nice and if your not to sure what tea you may like they help you and let you small all the varieties. Both locations are good for studying or just to hang out.

I would like to give this place a higher rating but it is too overpriced.Service tends to be great but sometimes the young adults who man the counter can have a bit of an attitude.Aside from that the teas are of good quality and they have some amazing tea blends. The smoothies are also very tasty. Would recommend for this reason.Last but not least this is one of the few places in El Paso that you can find vegan pastries and baked goods.

The staff are v knowledgeable. The teas are the best in town and the space is cozy. But sometimes it feels a little too small for the amount of customers that come in everyday. If they could move to a bigger space this place would be pretty perfect. Nevertheless, great tea shop!!

Everything here is very good but the people who make the rolled ice cream take sooo long 🙄 I waited 30 min on 3 ice creams. 10 min on an icecream is too much. Ive seen other places make them quicker.

This is hands down my favorite tea place in El Paso! Tippi Teas has an amazing selection of teas, smoothies & specialty menu items & gifts you can’t find anywhere else. The atmosphere & staff are very inviting, & most importantly, the tea & smoothies are fantastic! The Doniphan location is my favorite in comparison to the UTEP one, however both are great!

Compared to other establishments they dont have a huge selection but they do have a good selection. I think their prices are too high compared to other similar establishments but its where they are located and the fact that theres not a lot of places in El Paso to buy loose tea.
