First time trying. Ive cream was delicious. We ordered three ice creams and all were delicious. Wife wants to go back tomorrow but Ill probably wait. It was busy and order took a long time... about 40 minutes but in the end it was great ice cream and they were polite and apologetic. Im hoping it was a bad day for them but Ill try again and evaluate. Going back for the flavor.

Absolutely amazing place the service and food is amazing.

After dinner we were in the mood for a sweet treat and found Auroras. My wife wanted a banana split and I just wanted something different. There was almost no line and the employees were plenty nice. I dont really suggest the coconut ash, but I look forward to the next time we come out to try something else. The reason for only 4 stars is the price, you could get 2 half gallons of blue bell for that price.

Placed the order online it said would be ready in 40 min got there after 40 min and apparently the order had just gone in so had to wait another 25 min🙄, the ice cream was good, would think twice about going again 🤔

Ordered placed on their very own website at at 7:22 pm. Ordered $33worth of ice cream, left tip. Site said ready at 7:57. Got to store at 7:58. People waiting outside. Note on door says, “be back in 5 minutes.” At 8:08, guy comes to door. Asks if I was there to pickup. I said yes and name ordered under. He says, “what app?” I said, “I ordered it on your website.” He goes to iPad…”oh gosh man I didn’t see that.” I have been here 4 times. This is the last. It’s not how you do business.

Went here with my mom. The prices seem kind of pricy at first. Though you get a pretty good amount for your price. I think you can honestly share one serving if two of you are not too hungry and looking for just a desert. I got the Coffee Amore. We both enjoyed it and took the other one home. The place is clean would benefit with pictures of their creations to help customers decide. My only drawback is that they dont actually have Lavender Ice cream or Rose on the other ones. Some people who are arent paying attention to the what its made of might get dissappointed. Especially if you like Rose and Lavendar flavored things.

Stopped in today with my 3 kids. The employees were nice and very patient as they explained how it works while my kids decided what they wanted. The ice cream was so good too! I saw other reviews saying it was pricey, but I thought it was very responsibly priced considering you can choose unlimited toppings! It’s a must try! We will definitely be back again!

I didnt know what to expect when I went into this establishment.For the service they provide its another experience all in itself.Prices are a little on the high side but it you get good product for the price.

Seems like a knockoff Fahrenheit to me, they have the exact same flavors but just with different names. That seems hella fishy to me.

It was my first time going there, and the staff was a great help, and were really nice. The ice cream was amazing and fun to see how its made. It was a really great experience.

The girl who works there at night was not helpful and didnt seem happy to be there. The ice cream is awkward to eat. It tastes ok but not worth returning.

Awesome place very clean the ice cream rolls was awesome but I wish they had a kids version. Smaller size even though the 1/2 size still wasnt small enough for my kids.

Its a nice place. We drove by it and pulled in not knowing what it was. Without any photos or visuals I didnt understand what it was that they sell. They didnt really explain it to me they just asked me to pick some flavors. Then they ask for a tip upfront. Im glad I didnt tip them because it took so long. Its ok but I was confused.
