Really good, first time there and I loved it. I got the express yo self and I liked it also tried the mint for us and it was delicious 😋. Service was great as well.

Even though it is a good rolled ice cream they do no have sufficient employees to make them, specially on weekends when they have more people. Only one in the morning and if you are lucky two and at night just too. The employees do no get paid in time either or enough for that work they do.

Its a cool place to watch people make you rolled ice cream. You have topping you can add. Its like Cold Stone Creamery but the ice cream it flattened then rolled with a spatula. Delicious. I think they also make shakes, not sure.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The kids had a great time watching them make the ice cream and then roll it. The product is refreshing and tasty. Unlimited toppings was fun for the kids.Seating is a bit limited and not really for big groups. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Ice cream is good but the absolute worst service ever. employees were all over eachother, inappropriately dressed, turned away a little girl 30 minutes before closing time and gave us nothing but attitude.

I love this place! More specifically this location. There was an older gentleman, Chris, there today who took care with great detail when making our Berry Good Times. Very sweet and made our experience that much more pleasurable. Thank you! They were super yummy 😋

This is an amazing place to get some gourmet ice cream! The vibe of the place is so cool and so are the staff members! I got the breakfast club combination with Corn Flakes cereal and it tasted amazing! As of this post, I yet have to try the other options as this is my first time coming here, but I’m willing to bet that the other options are equally as good. Even though there could be a long wait to get the ice cream (my wait time was about 15 minutes), the wait is well worth it! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth and if you want to take your tastebuds on a wonderful sweet journey!

Ice cream was actually pretty tasty.....but everything else about this place is as dreary as the place looks. $7 you cant change anything in our limited selection bowls. How this ended up as a yelp suggestion is beyond me. Much better choices out there

I been wanting to come to this place for the longest time!! I was so excited to give myself some time to come. The ice cream was sooo good and the toppings were amazing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful since it was my first time visiting. So far try the coco and green tea flavor and so far my favorite was green tea. I hope this was helpful!

Ice cream is good but customer serves is terrible. Young lady there was rude and did not seem as if she really wanted to be there. When we ordered she didnt like the idea she would have to make a bubble waffle and told us since you ordered that your order will take 45 minutes. She did say thank you, however very sarcastically. If looks could kill, Id be dead by now.

Regardless of the ice cream, nothing is less professional than preferential treatment based on race. We waited 30-35 minutes for a single order. In that time, people who ordered after us received their orders before. Only when we asked about our order did one of the workers say we are getting that started now. When told about the wait, one of the workers said well hope you enjoy the ice cream.This is not okay.

Ive cream rolls are delicious, plenty of combinations and great flavors. Portions are great. Toppings are unlimited so take that in consideration when building your own. If its your first time the signature flavors are great. Staff was courteous but not very careful in their methods. Great place to take the family.

The woman with glasses with her hair tied in a bun is one of the worst employees ive ever met. she never even said a word to me. when it was my turn to order, she just looked up at me with a the most annoyed facial expression ever, i said my order with a PLEASE, and she turned the card reader to face me and that was it. i said thank you and she said NOTHING at all.i come here a lot and love this place but she really kills the vibe.she was like this with other customers too, im surprised this behavior is tolerated

Do not try to Doordash, uber eats to this place!! If they are busy they will refuse to make your order, went to pick up for a customer and they refused to make the order for a customer, mind you theyve already paid. I dont care if the customer is in store or ordering on an app, a paying customer should be taken care of in the proper order. It wasnt even mine but I will never go here, worker/owner whoever he was (asian guy) was rude as well. He obviously cant manage stress and projects that in his work. If you walk in there and its busy Id recommend trying somewhere else you might get an unnecessary attitude.

Amazing ice cream! Numerous customization options as well as a menu of premade choices. Plenty of seating, but it could use more tables inside. Theres one area that has a table top but only has a few stools.

45 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon. No room for you! Today as I left work, I craved ice cream in my mouth. Where do I go? where ? I drove from North East toward downtown. Who has good ice cream? DQ? BR? I googled ice cream and the photos enticed me to drive here and explore this F32.😁

Place has always been nice. Google says not open for dine in, but there was people eating in there. My ice cream was good but the employee didnt offer me to add extra toppings as they usually do. Seemed to be in a bad mood and threw my ice cream cup on the counter top after rolling it. The place was not busy, there was no other customers in line for this to have happened. Honestly, it would have been best to tell me to get ice cream else where, if I was the problem. No need to be like that. My ice cream was good, but I didnt exactly enjoy eating it.

This was our first visit, but it wont be our last.The staff were friendly despite being crazy busy (seriously, only 2 people working on a Saturday night?)They worked well together though and made our visit excellent. I was particularly blown away by the Conscientiousness of the young lady who made our ice cream. I came with my 9 year old daughter and when a song came on that potentially a curse word in it, she had it changed without any prompting.It was a small gesture, but I was so impressed by itThanks guys!

Interesting concept and great menu. I liked the ice cream although it isnt your typical super sweet and creamy kind. There is definitely a bit of a wait to be had, because every order is made fresh.

They saw me stay in line for a longTime and they had the audacity to tell me they can’t serve me because it is closed when the person in front of me (mom)got their order taken. And even then they took 20 min to make it. No joking there was only one person in there already eating !

The only reason is that they have ONE PERSON working and there are 12 customers

They take way too long to complete orders. There was 3 people working and only one of them is actually making ice cream while the other 2 just stand around. It was a 20 minute wait, and it was not busy.

First time ever having rolled ice cream and so glad I chose to come here. The service was amazing, the ice cream was delicious especially the coffee flavor. Definitely will be going back and highly recommend.

Loved it. I took my 3 year old and she got the yolo and I got the root beer float. The guy was nice as could be she loved hers and I loved mine I will bring my wife there ASAP on a date.

Its ok. It does take a while for them to freeze the ice cream and then roll it. I got the y.o.l.o which is cookies and cream. It didnt have that much flavor. My husband got the gotcha matcha it doesnt have any flavor. It is about $5.99 for a cup and it is a good amount but still a little pricey.

The ice cream and place here was awesome the guy who works here (the one with the blonde hair) had such a great enthusiasm and was very flattering to talk to. He also had great customer service and it shows. His ice cream rolls were by far perfect and was very friendly talking to him about comics. The environment was very kid friendly and made sure he attended all the other customers as well. Clean sanitary environment and nice employees I definitely give this place a 11/10

Great ice cream, nice rolls and great selection with rich taste

So delicious! I loved it! We got the coffee ice cream topped with caramel and almonds. Its to die for! And the setup inside is awesome. The black couches and the New York loft looking style is too cool. I also loved how its ice cream made in front of you from scratch.

Flavors were delicious! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Modern/minimal look, but still cozy. Recommend the Honeydew You Love Me signature flavor. Only downside is theres only one size. Definitely would go again... Repetitively.

The novelty of how the ice cream is made is why you should get some ice cream from here. I got the Boy Scout and it tasted like it was missing something. They only add 1/3 of ghram cracker to the mix. We also got the Yolo, which is cookies and cream, only 1 oreo cookie is mixed in. I expected to TASTE the oreo in the ice cream, but I didnt. For $6 each, I expected a great ice cream with stuff mixed in, but the sweet cream they use as an ice cream base overpowered it all. The kids did like watching them make it.

Went there for the first time today. I ordered the green tea with almonds mixed in. I had never had rolled ice cream before and it’s delicious. Super creamy. There were a lot of people at the time I went but still, I spent no more than 10 minutes there. It’s a bit confusing as to how you order, but the staff are very welcoming and will guide you if you have any questions.

I went there with my dad and sister and the service was terrible. Once we walked in the employee who worked there rolled his eyes when we got there and told us the wait was 42 minutes but it took less than that. We waited for about 20 minutes there was no one else there besides my dad sister and me. The employees where there but only one was working while none of us had our ice cream yet. I was the first one to get my ice cream the the guy asked me what I wanted in a very disrespectful and rude way. I told him I wanted whip cream first and he asked me very impolite do you want anything else and I told him blueberries so he just put blueberries with no whip cream and handed it to me very rude. Then they called my sisters up and they gave her whip cream which really made me upset. Then once the lady who was doing the ice cream finished with my dads the man looked at my dads ice cream and just left. Once 2 minutes passed by he then decided to work on it once it was almost melted. We then left and they didn’t even tell us have a good day they just rolled their eyes. Oh and I forgot to mention that one of the girls was on her phone the whole time. I enjoy the ice cream there so much but the service was very bad.

Awesome place! Thai styled rolled ice cream made before your eyes. They have a lot of different flavors and combinations available. A perfect treat, and would be a great spot for a date. I love their low prices, too. Will be back again.

Amazing Rolled Ice Cream

Interior is a bit small and narrow with limited seating and its very plain. The ice cream is really good though. I got The Breakfast Club which is cereal milk ice cream, and frosted flakes(I got Captain Crunch) cereal mixed into the ice cream, and strawberries on top with frosted flakes. It tasted like I was eating a nice cold bowl of cereal. I would definitely return here to try the other combinations.

Great place. Love their variety of flavors. My favorite is the honeydew flavor. Also, they have a great points rewards system when you sign up. Always getting free ice cream.

So.... Where do I start. Third time I give this place a chance because the wife likes it but... The atmosphere is pretty sucky. Its always warm in the place. The wait is ridiculous... I ordered ice cream, not a 24oz t bone steak! The employees ALWAYS look bothered and annoyed and frustrated.... The ice cream is delicious however! It really is a good concept and great ice cream options and flavors. Improvements???? Turn on the A/C so your employees are cool and comfortable and not breaking a sweat making ice cream! Ironic... I know. Maybe have some fun music playing, so you dont feel so awkward watching the employees suffer and they dont hear your complaints while youre waiting. If youre going to make people wait the amount of a steak dinner, at least make it a fun atmosphere.

A very exotic concoction is what to expect for rolled ice cream from Fahrenheit 32. Im halfway across the United States from home and I would not expect to see ube or various Southeast Asian ingredients at all, by here they are, sitting next to all sorts of toppings youd expect from any ice cream parlor. With the process of display on how they make it, its entertaining as you wait for your delicious treat. And delicious it is, for a modest price. I suggest a few napkins to go along with your order.

While the ice cream is tasty, the customer service is lacking greatly. I dont understand why owners think its in their best interest to leave teenagers in charge of their shop. We had to wait to be greeted by the employees, not because they were busy making rolls, but because they were talking and laughing amongst each other. While we waited for our order, we saw some employees were making rolls, others were on the phone in the back, and after awhile it seemed they were all ok with eating pizza in between making the ice cream. I didnt come to watch employees take their breaks in plain view of everyone and waste time talking amongst each other. What a lack of control this place has over their staff. On a separate visit, the music was so loud you could barely hear yourself ordering and if that wasnt bad enough, the music was full of cuss words...... and this is supposed to be family friendly? Really? Get on it owners! Clean your place up, train your employees, and spend some money on decent decor

AMAZING!!! I am always craving either a Gotcha Macha or Purple Haze. I love these since they have fresh fruit on top so they are very refreshing. You also get a small experience by watching them prepare your rolled ice cream. I however will say I wouldnt order the cookies and cream flavor since it is nothing special compared to all the great combinations they have.

Good place to experience a new and creative way to make ice cream. There are a variety of ice cream flavor offerings. One price and one size so I suggest getting extra condiments since its free. Only downside is how long the waits can be, up to an hour on their busiest of days

Ice cream is good, but the the interior decor looked as if they just moved in. For an ice cream shop it looked too sad. Employees wear just regular clothes no cute uniforms. Employees dont interact with the kids as they roll their ice cream. Almost like they dont want to be there. My daughters were amazed to see the transformation from liquid to ice cream and the guy doing the ice cream was talking to his partner about some drauma he had...really man at least smile to the kiddos.

I am a 34 year old man and have never liked ice cream. it is a wonderful ice cream store there are 3 locations in el paso and this has to be the cleanest one yet. the best one yet. its an awesome place to come and just enjoy ice cream. looking forward to visit again!

Ive been a few times and I enjoy what I order each time. What I dont enjoy, however, is waiting over 20 minutes for my order. The last time, I went in on an evening that seemed to be quite busy. I understand that each order is handcrafted and takes time. But, there were only TWO employees to both take and make each order. From what I can see, there are three machines/areas to make an order. On nights like these (every time Ive been) there should be at least four people working in the front--one to take the orders and three to complete them.
