Slower than previous experiences even though my order was less complicated. I wasnt greeted by anyone. I didnt get a welcomed feeling during either of my 2 interactions with employees nor did they manage to snap close the tops to my ice creams. That made it fun when I got home. They still get a 3 because even partially destroyed Baskin Robins ice cream is still delicious.

I live on the east side but I travel to this specific location for the Reeses layered Sundae. The girls that used to make it had a perfect balance of the ice cream, peanut butter, toppings and chocolate... none of the flavors overwhelmed another flavor. However the last two times that Ive gone I am quite certain that these Sundaes are now pre-made and put in the freezer until ordered. The difference is significant and I will not be buying another one of these Sundaes at that location. The staff is amazing and this was probably a decision made by corporate but product is 80% of the sale.

First time visiting... Ice cream was good but the place itself was filthy. The majority of tables were dirty...all the while 4 employees stood behind the counter on their phones. You cant even see outside their windows because their so dirty. Floors were dirty... We are in still in the middle of a pandemic!! Last time visiting for sure. Management definitely needs to review camera footage to see how their employees are just standing around...

My wife and I decided that a treat was in order and she wanted ice cream. This was where she wanted to go, and believe it or not, Id never been to a Baskin-Robbins to my knowledge. Let me set the stage for you: The drive thru line was out on Dyer and was probably a 30 minute wait. So I decided to go in. They only allow 5 people in the store at a time. So after waiting for 10 minutes outside, we finally get inside. We get to the front of the line and Im told they only have 7 flavors. What happened to 31? Well the freezer in the front was broken(?) And they didnt have the foresight to defrost the frozen ice cream (his words). So we wasted 30 minutes and left disappointed.

Very professional and great customer service. I really appreciate the worker that contacted me about my photo cake to make sure it get done properly.

Can you guys go back to your old location with cheaper rent so you guys can fully stock the ice cream please. The last two times I went you guys were out of almost everything we ordered. No rainbow sherbet, no chocolate almond, no creature creations toppers... nice staff, but no product!

Really horrible employees. The restaurant hours say 10:30 for closing and I had shown up by 10 the doors were closed with the open sign still on now the employees made eye contact with us and still decided to act as if no one was there, they never tried to say anything but continued to act stupid and I find this quite annoying when the service hours are up and service is not rendered. Very disappointing never going back to this place, not recommended at all!

Recommend taking the drive thru route at this restaurant. Youll be waiting much longer in the lobby (even if its empty) watching car after car go by.

I had to get out of the drivethrough lane yesterday cause it was taking up precious little time .

Went to take kids for a treat, the girl helping was nice even though only 10 flavors however the guy working was VERY rude and had no respect or customer service qualities. On the way out we turned away from the door and he stated the door is to your right. Baskin Robins has been around as long as I can remember and I have never had a bad experience until today.

The kid with the glasses made a big deal about a coupon HAVING to be a cone then proceeded to not even properly use coupon charging full price for the wrong size.. which ok not a big deal about 2$ but then yelled your girls hot has Im driving away. Thats just immature and unprofessional. Please provide an adult. These adolescents do not know how to behave.

Milk shakes were more watery that thickness. Family was disappointed.Purchase them after 5pm. Now have to search a better place.

Nice & updated lil baskin-robbins place. Staff are always welcoming & helpful. Just drive-thru can be quite a headache, with either people getting stuck where they parked, because the drive-thru line is wrapped around really long & you cant reverse out, or your stuck in line at the drive-thru for like 40mins waiting to order, & once arriving to the call box, your told their out of stock on the treats you were looking forward to 🤦‍♀️😂. Just got to be prepared to be patient.

I liked the COVID-19 precautions implementation. Parking lot too small, better go through the drive through.

We ordered an ice cream cake for Mothers Day, & it was great! We ordered online, & they had it ready as promised.This location has friendly employees, & its conveniently located in Northeast El Paso.

Northeast location is great however, service is a little slow.

The only worker there was busy but she was polite and served everyone without issue. The Cappuccino Blast was perfect!!

Today I went here with my 3 girls and the employees were super friendly and helpful. The two gentlemen were nice and very friendly to my girls and other customers. The selection were great and when I was unsure of what I wanted one of the employees selected a great choice for me. Awesome customer service I will definitely go back.

Horrible......we waited in drive thru line for 40 minutes and they were out of most ice creams we asked for. They didnt have bananas. So we ended up settling for three scoop sundaes. When we got home and opened the containers our scoops were no bigger than a golf ball! And all the toppings we asked for were left off. Horrible... wasnt worth the wait!! I would not recommend this store!

I recently visited this location with my elderly Mother and my very young Daughter. I have been at home and havent ventured out but for the occasional grocery run for the past three months, following Stay at Home orders. So I finally decided to one, visit my mother and two, to go out and get us all a treat. Upon walking into the store, no one greeted us with a hello, or welcome...this is fine, not all establishments ask their staff to greet customers, however this is important as it set the mood. Id like to point out there is no one ahead of us and no one else has walked in behind us at this time; there are 4 employees working. As we continue to look at our flavor options, my mother finally decides shed like a banana split. The young lady that was helping her had a mask on, however she had it below her nose, therefore only covering her mouth; I am no expert, but I do believe the mask is to cover both your nose and your mouth. My mom asks that her first flavor choice be placed in the middle of the banana split because she plans to get two scoops of the next flavor choice. The girl proceeds to scoop (mind you, the scoops are about the size of kid scoops...we still stay), she places the scoop to the far right; my mother has walked over to the other display to get ready to tell her the flavor option for the next two scoops, I tell the girl she said in the middle she says oh in the middle? ok. We move over to the next area and my mother chooses the flavor, to which she had already said two scoops of that flavor on the ends of the banana split. The girl again, scoops a kid size scoop and places it on the end and then asks what else mam? To which my mother says, I said two scoops, the girl says oh okay and scoops the last kid size scoop into the banana split. She then asks anything else, my mom says can you please put pineapple on the middle scoop and hot fudge on the other two. She turns to begin this request and within seconds she turns around and asks did you want syrup or hot fudge and my mom replies I said hot fudge. While this is happening, I am waiting patiently for one of the other 3 people standing around to ask me for my order (it looked like only the driver thru employee was busy with customers, here and there, and possibly the shift manager was changing out ice cream, which left 1 other, in a more prominent view than the others, standing around while the one girl helped my mother out) and at the same time a couple walks in...at this point the one guy who is in view (and has been the entire time since we walked in, just standing around) says I can help whos next. So I say okay I am going to... I plan to finish but he interrupts me and says oh we go by parties and I replied okay well Ive been waiting for someone to help me and he then again says yea well we go by parties. Can I Help Whos Next?” he says again but more loudly looking at the couple who is now behind me. Id like to point out, to me, parties could be by payment and therefore, he did not know if me and my mother were paying separately. Also, why would he WAIT for another party to come in instead of helping me and my family out so that one, our order is expedited, two, that the take-out ice cream does not begin to melt while waiting on 2 others in the party to have their orders made, and three, that by helping my family more quickly there is no wait, no line forms and overall your service is more productive??

Service was great and very friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was parking. When I came out of the store, the drive thru line was blocking everyone thats parked.

Waited over 10 minutes for my oder and was the only one on the drivethru, and still got my order wrong.

There must have been molasses all over the floor because the employees had a car line 8-9 vehicles deep and it took 20 minutes to get my banana split. Doesnt take that long to make an ice cream order.

These beautiful people, do not greet customers...not even look at you.. These 3 people, old lady cleaning, one is attending to drive thru customers and one with other customer. First policy about customer service is always greet whether your busy or doing something. That says you do not want my business.

This place is getting worse and worse. More than half of the items listed on the menu are not in stock. They should let us know in advance of the issues instead letting me go through the whole menu before telling that they only have like 2 icecreams available. The staff is very rude and rather talk amongst them instead of paying attention to the drive thru.

I left with nothing. The people there dont have gloves neither mouth cover . On top of that the girl was asking me about my next order holding the snowcone on front of her. When I asked for her to cover her mouth she told me if she has to cover her mouth so do I. I explain to her Im not serving food you are. I didnt get the snow cone with saliva. No thanks.

So the one here on Dyer usually closes at 10pm but due to COVID19 they close at 9:30pm they have the hours posted on the door I’m only saying this cause today is my sisters birthday and I arrived at about 9pm so I knew we were good to grab a cake but as me and my sister were getting ready to get out the car this one girl locked the door on us. I was baffled because I understand if you have to close due to the pandemic and just do drive thru but don’t put up new hours just to not go by those hours that’s what upset me especially if you barley close when you see customers walking in. Besides that good Ice cream.

Pretty messed up that they wouldn’t give a birthday ice cream since the company’s email doesn’t send an email out for the free ice cream. In my opinion if someone is willing to drive out to your business in hopes of something like that you should be able to verify the birthday through ID and celebrate their special day. Am I wrong?

I recently purchased a birthday cake. It came out incredible. The only instruction I gave was that it was a farm themed birthday. I was amazed how cute the cake was! It only took 1 day to get a custom cake that looked this good.

I like coming in on Tuesdays to get my ice cream fix. I usually get the quarts to take home cause i like having some handy. The parking lot is a bit restricted and it has few parkings for impaired people. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Parking is a little tough but its a great little ice cream shop.

Overall on my initial visit I was thrilled to get an ice cream cake here. Yet on the day to pick it up. My cake wasnt what I had ordered. Wrong shape cause it didnt come in such shape with the ice cream I picked and wrong Cake layer due to a general mess up. Granted I did get a discount and free tub. Im still a bit upset it didnt come the way I had envisioned when I ordered it.

Very clean! One of the cashiers is usually working there by herself she isn’t super friendly but she is nice. It slows down a bit if its really busy but it’s understandable. I didn’t give it 5 stars just because its quite small. But besides that Im all for it.

Ice cream is still good but its not the same great flavors like before. the best ever hasnt been served in a long time. and thats Mississippi MUD they just dont carry it anymore.

Have to say was very disapointed in this particular store .... We go to Baskin Robins all over town whenever we have an ice cream hankering ... But at this particular store only Half of the flavors were on display and the other Half where there should of been at least 12 more selactions was empty .... Now in my opinion they should of been curtious enough to just stick a sign on the side with no ice cream to just let there customers know what the issue is with the side being closed .. It shows and says hey sorry we care and we sorry for the inconvenience... If they would have posted something... Ice cream was good like always no matter how little the selections there were.... Will give this store another go at it because hey every place deserves another chance.... Happy Halloween everyone

They were out of everything, somewhat disappointing considering you pay close to 10 dollars for 4 scoops of ice cream with a cone.

Always served quickly, and the employees have always been polite. Im lactose intolerant, so I dont know how the ice cream tastes, but my Wifey is always happy with it. They have quite a selection, and their close proximity to my home means the ice cream doesnt melt before I can give it to my wife.

I think this place needs to be relocated tot the northills shopping center maybe a bigger location. Love it Neeson to be renovated and relocated.

Even though when we got there, their were 9 of us and about 6 or 7 more people in line and only one person working she did an awesome job getting us served I was the last one in line an it took her about 8 minutes to get all of our order. Great job.

My favorite Baskin Robbins is on Montana & Trowbridge. They have the bubblegum flavored ice cream that is my Granddaughters favorite. They dont have it @ the store in the N.E. because the Manager says the Customers stick the gum under the seats.

The double scooped sundae was very small. I wish the scoops could be larger. The sundae in general was delicious.

Then sticks his hands into the gummy bears without gloves or a spoon and feeds himself in front of myself and my buddy that were there waiting for our order! There is this lady that is the most rude and worst cutomer service employee ive seen in my life. She does not looks clean at all and if you ask to taste more than one she will be making sounds and uncomfortable comments for you to hurry up. Even though THERE WAS NO BODY IN THE PLACE!!!
