I’m giving this place five stars for the awesome variety, color and great service. I was visiting the hospital just up the road I’m stopped in for some ice cream.I ended up getting four popsicles.KiwiGansitosCookies and creamFresas con crema.The kiwi was solid—tart—and crazy green. The gansitos and cookies/cream were also good but a little sweet for me. Kids would love them.The fresas con crema was outrageous! I look forward to going back and trying one of the other 5,000 flavors.

Eating ice cream makes me happy. It’s a mouth-watering dessert for everyone. They many flavors in La Michoacana that offers ice creams in form of cone, cup, popsicles, aguas frescas and a great variety of Mexican Snacks, etc.

The guy working today (Jessie) wasn’t wearing a mask properly. It was under his nose and to top it off he kept sniffing like he had a runny nose. I was already uncomfortable but since I paid I still waited for our order. When we left we realized the chips were expired since November 2020. I tried to get reimbursed but he kept waving his finger tauntingly saying he couldn’t do anything because I had already left. I was still in the parking lot?? Anyway, I left the chips at the door and took off. By far the oddest experience but probably for the best we didn’t eat anything since he wasn’t following proper covid protocol anyway.

Joke of a place you got a couple of 16 year olds acting like mask police🤣🤣 Its their right to refuse service to me if im not wearing a mask, they just cant tell me exactly why tho besides what everyone says. Ill take my money somewhere else at the end of the day they need my money I dont need their ice cream!

IAfter reading decent reviews, I see many people have extremely low expectations. For one, some Anglo looking girl at the window has poor customer service skills. She seems bothered and in a rush to respond vaguely to any questions. Secondly, she has no common sense. I was by myself and taking 5 items in cups plus a bag of ice pops. She hands me item by item until I asked if they had carriers. She continues to give me the rest of the individual cups and then the cup holder. Big DUH! Aside from this, the minute small, cheap, ice cream cups dont hold in the cup holder. Talk about cheaping out on the supplies! I hate to say it, but this Mexican ice cream parlor is what youd call Naco. Come on! If youre going to represent, do it with quality products and by hiring the type of welcoming and courteous people we SHOULD expect.

Definitely not what expected chicle ice cream tasted like rubber lady was in a bad mood you can see it in her eyes even with a mask on she was bother because we didn’t know what we wanted. Definitely not going back there.

Esquites....yucky corn!!!! No flavor, corn not crunchy as in fresh....Something I really miss from back in California....awesome corn from my corn lady!!!

I arrived asked for fresas con crema Congeladas, and they didn’t have any. I then asked for a shake, and they didn’t have milk. I then asked for a banana split and they didn’t have bananas! At this point I didn’t want to go wait in line elsewhere so I literally took whatever they had... which was tosti nachos only to find out when I got home that they no longer serve the original tostitos chip, but a cheap nasty tasting brand. Might I suggest you close when you can’t offer your clients what they want? Terrible. Will not be back.

Ice cream. Aguas are delicious but they never follow their hours. They close randomly which is annoying whoever is on charger has to be responsible and follow their hours. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

They have a drive-thru which is pretty cool. The only down side was that there was only one employee working the front. Therefore, the wait was a bit long since they had to take care of both in store and drive-thru orders.

The staff is horrible! Who ever the owner is needs to hire people with work ethic! You have a good place don’t ruin it by closing the place 1hr 20min early!

Icecrem is very soft and I had two very different flavors but both taste the same, just the difference on nuts or chocolate. I would not waste my money there again.

Oh my!! Just got the mango and vanilla icecream, small elote (would prefer a real elote on stick...but oh well) and lg Melon drink ....yes!! So good!!

I had been craving a creamy strawberry paleta. Well, here, they cover it in chocolate and pecans!!They also have papas locas, nachos and a whole lot more. We will definitely be coming back!

It needs to be more hygienic. The last time I went there, there was this young man who touched his hair and continued to handle the products and to top that off he put some smoothie that was falling off the side of the cup back into the cup with his finger. Other than that the service was good as well as the ice cream and well just everything in general.

Don’t know why you have hours if your not even gonna follow them. Just went thru drive thru it was 9:45 as I was driving up two workers were walking out there was also a young girl who I believe was a customer I saw the closed sign was on asked one of the workers if they were closed he was a tan complexion with glasses. He said yes we are closing early today since we haven’t had any customers for about an hour and a half. I said ok thank I will contact management they laughed and said ok. From the reviews I am not the only one having this problem and management doesn’t even have the courtesy to respond.

Their delicious mango ice cream actually more like a sherbet; its water based. They make all their ice creams in house. U recommend an esquimal and the baby paletas if you just want a light dessert. If you are in the mood for something really filling, try the Dori-nachos.

I don’t know the point of having hours of business if they’re not gonna follow them, I looked them up before wasting my time and driving all the way over here at 7 pm and they were closed, the hours they have posted said they close at 10pm. No Mamén...

Today I went to buy 2 fresh waters I arrived at 8:45 pm for the drive through to ring the bell I thought it was open because the Open sign was on, there were 5 young people inside instead of having an attention and saying that it was already closed they just looked at us and better turned off the light, I rang again and a young man came out saying that they were already closed, I asked him what time they closed and he told me that at 9 I told him that it was not yet 9 and the young man commented that the sales were not good and that is why they prefer to close early I told theyoung man that the OPEN sign was still on, and that before going to the place, he searched the store hours in goggle and said that on Saturdays they closed at 10pm the young man only commented that he will tell the owner.
