We went in to look for a mattress and were greeted by Joshua. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products they sell. He asked us a little history and directed us to the mattresses that he believed would be best for us. We decided on one finally and he helped us out with purchasing. Everything went very well with no rush or pressure. It was truly a great experience.

My new pillows are amazing. Investing in your sleep is the best thing you can do because you invest in yourself. My sleep improved, my attitude improved as a result of a better sleep. I strongly recommend it. Yes it’s pricey but worth it. Highy recommend!

I wanted to see for myself the hype around the PURPLE mattress and to my knowledge this is the only storefront in El Paso to allow you to try it, or that has it in stock. There was no one else (customers) in the store when we entered, and I had to solicit help as none of the employees came to help us out acknowledge our presence. Glad we tried it though as my wife didnt want one. Saved me a lot of money.

I walked in and was greeted right away by Donysio, who was very friendly and not pushy or overbearing at all. We explained what we had in mind and he pointed us in the right direction and answered all of our questions right away. He showed us the floor samples and explained the differences between them and allowed us to make up our mind and he laid out all of our payment options and helped us finish our purchase. It took a total of maybe 30 minutes from the time we entered till we were set, very quick and efficient and the friendliest salesman Ive met in a long time.

I was very happy with the purchase of the mattress and was especially pleased with Lacey as she was very pleasant n professional . Thank you Denver Mattress for making my visit a great experience. Everything was great on my experience on buying my Doctors Choice mattress the thing it is that I did not like was that the salesperson said I would receive it within a day then changed it to two weeks to three weeks I dont think thats right cuz Im already going to start paying since the day I signed a contract I can understand that there was nothing in the warehouse but the thing is when people go shopping for a mattresses cuz their back is killing them on the pressure points I think Ive got insomnia I think he just said within a day just to make a sale I dont think thats right or Fair thats my experience
