Phil and Richard are great at customer service. Even after not having what I was looking for, they went above and beyond to assist me, in finding something I would like, for the price I was looking for. I have not seen customer service like this in years. Thank you very much Phil and Richard! If you need a mattress come ask for these two fellows. You will like their services.

Horrible experience! Purchased a mattress and box frames from this location. Received our mattress with a hole in the corner, the thread coming undone, the stitch pattern becoming unraveled and a scraped up box frame. When contacting the store they told me nothing could be done until they contact the warehouse manager. They said they would contact me the following day. So now I have a king size bed in my living room and no idea if I’m going to get a refund or have it replaced.

Every time that I have needed to purchase a new mattress, they have always provided excellent customer service👍

This is the worst place ive had the displeasure of dealing with in a very long time. The sales person i had was Gustavo and hes not only arrogant but hes incredibly rude. i went to this place because of the high ratings that its received but from my experience i would definitely never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

Not all it says it is on the commercials. The sales person seems not to be interested in helping me. Maybe I looked poor😂

The guy did try to lower down price but just matress firm is expensive real expensive and nothing offered for paying cash nothing offered when buying a matress everything sold separately it was just 600 for matress only i can go to another seller on east side with that price i get the box spring and protector and delivery free keep up Matress firm !

The sales personnel (frank & Phil) were great to work with, friendly and informative. We needed a new mattress, but not the box springs. We tried several that we liked from high end to moderately priced. Once we made our selection, Frank helped us to schedule delivery. Financing is also available. Im a trucker ther decided to load a truck to make some ectra money on the side instead of unloading my truck wich i had an appointment at 800am so after the they decide to get there brake which its at 900 am they need to change there shipping and recieving staff or do something about it i had pics an vids but sun was too bright to so it could show the truck but it was a green ram single cab with chihuahua lic. plates
