We purchased our vehicle on April 28th 2021 and we just now was able to get our vehicle back! When we bought the vehicle there was metal shavings in the transmission . It has been in the shop since the week we bought it. The warrant company this dealership works with will not offer certified parts. They are pulled from a salvage yard. Or the customer has to pay out of pocket . When I called the dealership about the car and the transmission. The response I got from the finance manager was ..well there are no Lemon laws in Oklahoma. I was showed no concern that I just purchased a vehicle from them haven’t even had it a week and it was in the shop for the transmission. We finally got a transmission ordered and after 4 salvage yard transmissions and the ford house in Enid battling the warranty company and making sure we were properly taken care of. TheFord House paid for my rental car for over 2 months not the dealership or the warranty company and the ford house in Enid finally ended up getting the warranty company to get us a certificate transmission… I was treated very poorly from the dealership at frontier auto even though they are the ones who sold a vehicle with metal shavings in the transmission.. I’m very disappointed and felt this was not handled very properly or professionally. I will never do business with themAgain

Took my Jeep in after the check engine light came on and my husbands analyzer showed a transmission range sensor code. They couldnt replicate the code at the dealer, so they werent able to repair anything under the warranty. I was charged a deductible for the diagnostic under the factory warranty, which is apparently standard for Chrystler/Jeep/Dodge now and not the dealers choice. I also have an extended service plan purchased when the vehicle was purchased. Two days later, the service manager called me back to let me know they were refunding my deductible because there was not a deductible under the extended service plan. They had simply overlooked that, and when she was going back through her I voices for the week, she caught it! I took my Jeep to this dealer after 2 recommendations and a great family member experience. A+++ and 5 stars for the service manager Shauna! Go see her if you need service, she is awesome!

Great personnel. Did work as required. Did leave my truck dirtier than when I brought it in (hoping they do better next time) and didn’t put the felt cover back over the new battery, but I do recommend Frontier and I will return for future service.

My car went in for a routine maintenance. A 3 hour timeline was given for completion. They inspected a seal, saying it needed replacement and it would be ready the following day. 4 days later it was completed. Thank God I had a spare car to drive. Things happen, but goodness my usually reliable shop let me down this time.

The service at this dealership is hands down the best around for miles! While other dealerships rob you for service these guys have a $49 oil change for Diesel trucks. 😎 Id advise anyone with a vehicle to hit these guys up for servicing your vehicles, or buying a new vehicle

My brother took a rock to the transmission pan on my Hellcat as soon as you guys took my call you helped with a tow truck service (excellent service as well) and then made sure to get my brother up and back on the road as quickly as possible, and at a fair price.Thank you

The sales guys were great and they made the ordering process very easy. The Grand Cherokee arrived in just a few weeks. But, the very next week after the purchase, Jeep came out with an 84 mo/0% offer and the dealership was unwillingly to help us try to get that offer seeing as we had just purchased our vehicle. Don’t know if that’s the dealer’s fault or Jeep, but we are very displeased with the fact that no one gave us a heads up about the offer or were willing to try to help us take advantage of the offer just one week later. I was working out of town ( I live 3hrs away) I set up an appointment and take my Jeep Wrangler in because it was backfiring through the intake and the check engine light was on.First thing, my Jeep sat there for a week before they even looked at it. ( I set up an appointment a week before)They told me it was a manifold gasket, that took a week, it didn’t work.Then they told me it might be fuel related and spent another week trying to figure it out.Cut to a week later, after tearing into the motor they determine I need a new long block (new engine).That’s fine it’s under warranty so it will be replaced. After weeks of hearing nothing and literally having to call every couple of days for an update, I finally had enough and called them on a Monday and told them to either get the ball rolling and replace the engine or I’ll come pick it up and take it to my local dealership. They never called. So I called Tuesday afternoon before they closed and asked for an update, they told me they are still waiting on confirmation from the warranty company. I decided to pick it up and bring it to my local dealership (where I originally purchased the Jeep) and have them continue on replacing the engine.I show up with a trailer, was told they were still putting the engine back together - so I wait. I looked outside and the technicians are pushing the Jeep out of the bay and leave it. I bring my truck around with the trailer to load it up, and the Jeep won’t start- battery is dead. Whatever, I just want to get my Jeep and get out of there. I walk to the front of the Jeep to use the brand new winch I had gotten for Christmas- and to my surprise....the winch is GONE. I asked the technician where the winch was...to which he said “We thought you came and took it off” Why the hell would I drive 3 hrs to take the winch off my own Jeep and go back home? He didn’t have an answer, so I asked for the manager.Manager comes out and tells me basically that they are not liable for anything that happens on the lot. He even had the nerve to tell me a I should have locked the Jeep up! Are you serious? The Jeep sat on their lot for 5 weeks, outside and somehow I’m responsible for my winch getting stolen? It’s literally BOLTED onto to the front of the Jeep.So after all this, we finally get the other technicians to help push my Jeep on the trailer and I drive to my local Jeep dealership. We push it off the trailer, pop the hood and find out they didn’t even put everything back together..... Battery wasn’t connected, hoses weren’t attached, intake manifold was halfway bolted down, and all the spark plug wires were unplugged and just left hanging. These people are straight up shady....I would highly recommend anyone going in for service to find another dealership. Besides the fact they took forever, would not give me updates on my vehicle, my vehicle was robbed on their lot, and they couldn’t care less.

I noticed a issue with my 2014 Chrysler 300 by the time I got home from getting an oil change. They had already closed for the day, so I sent them a email that night on their website. The very next morning at 8 am they were using their resources to help me solve my issues I had in a very professional and respectful manner. I couldnt have asked for better service. Was told originally that I would have to leave my vehicle to have the recall work done but when I got there this morning the gentleman Quint was able to get my car in and get the recall work done in about 30 minutes while I waited and I didnt have to leave my vehicle. Had a great experience at Frontier Dodge bought a 2014 Dodge Ram from DON URBAN who is a great salesman. Very low pressure sales had a great experience buying my truck. I bought my truck a little over a year ago i have never had any problems with their service department. They get my vehicle in and out and their prices on oil changes are great.

Great stock and options in vehicles. Our salesman John M was great! Our only issue was waiting on financing. We agreed on Monday to buy the van but would need to sign on Friday when I would be back in town. John called us Friday morning for a time we would be in and we settled on 2pm. We arrived by 2pm and John had our vehicle ready but finance was not ready. 4 days and 4 hours of heads up was not enough for finance, we got in at 3:30.

The parts guy made me feel as though I was putting him out and interrupted him and he let me know he was extremely busy as though my need wasnt important at all. Took an hour for an oil change. While we were waiting, the three employees at the cash register were talking about how much they hated the customer who just left loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to easily hear. I recommend if you do not value your time and dont enjoy people who youre paying money to act professionally.

Have been getting my Jeep serviced here for the last 6 years....the service department personnel are always courteous and friendly and Ive only had to wait longer than an hour on one occasion, when they had to wait for a new oil pan plug to arrive from OKC. Their prices are competitive and they send me a reminder email when its time to get my oil changed.....I love that!

Just purchased a Ram 3500 from these guys that I found surfing the Web. No games they honored the internet price that was at least $3,000.00 less than anyone in the DFW area. Curt, Scott and Todd took very good care of us. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have made. The complete transaction took around 2 hours. Worth the trip to see them.

Horrible place I took my Dodge 3500 to try to get a check engine and all made them aware that had an EFI live tune installed on the vehicle be sure and not mess that up of course they flash the vehicle which erased the tune which cost me $100 to get put back on. And I had to drive clear to Van Buren Arkansas where I got the tune installed in the first place to get the guy to put the tune back on. Which is a 6 hour round trip. And they would reimburse me any money at all. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING

Perhaps the worst vehicle service I have ever experienced. I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel that I purchased from this dealership. I had some basic warranty work and a few other service items I wanted completed.1. The oil change was done incorrectly and out of specifications from Jeep and Chrysler. Verified against the work order. The GJC diesels require a very specific oil and this dealership doesnt quite understand the importance.2. I had a front end alignment done. After getting on the highway and driving back to OKC, I realized the steering wheel alignment was off by 15 degrees!3. After getting on the highway, the Jeep starts throwing check engine failures for the frontal collision warning system and other errors.4. The interior had blotches of grease and oil on the leather center console and fundamentally was dirty.5. DEF fluids were not replaced, despite being in the specs from Jeep/Chrysler.So where does this leave me? Well I took it to another dealer to be corrected and here is what I found:1. The oil change was indeed wrong and outside of specifications. This could lead to major failure in the exhaust systems and other related items in the Diesel engines.2. The alignment was wayyyyy off specifications. I paid this dealership to do an alignment and the second dealership was embarrassed by the work done by Frontier. I have the graphical proof to show the low quality of work.3. The alignment issues were actually the cause of the electronic failures due to the collision control systems and other electronics.4. I had to throw away a dress shirt due to grease on the center console.In closing, I would not trust this dealership with quantity service work. The dealership should be well aware of the special requirements of the GJC diesel engine, yet they appear oblivious to the documentation from Jeep and Chrysler. Also the service writer should verify the accuracy of the work being performed before releasing the vehicle to the customer. This is a $50K vehicle and expectations are in line with this type of purchase.

Travis is worthless. I took my car in Monday for an oil change and for them to figure out why the front end is rattling. They thought it was the axl shafts but they would have to order them and they did not have a loaner so I would have to come back. Ok. I did that. The next day I was told that the loaner truck had 1/8th a tank of gas in it and they dont fill them up anymore because no one brings them back with the gas they left with. Ok, I get it. Until I get in the truck and it is on E with the fuel light on. Since I have no idea when my car will be ready and I live quite a ways from the dealership, I put $50 in gas in it. Low and behold when I get to work today I have a voicemail from Travis from 5:15 last night telling me the car is done and it is not making the noise during the test drive. Ok, I come pick it up with 3/8ths of a tank of gas in the truck I got on E. Get my car, go fill it up, $40 later. Just as I am exiting on Meridian I turn down my radio and stop my co-worker from talking because I felt the rattle in my steering wheel. Low and behold, it is rattling, exactly the same as it was when I dropped it off. So I have now missed 5 hours of work, $90 in gas and still my car is not fixed. Ok, so lets call Travis and chat about it. A little after 1, hes not here, hell probably be back in about an hour. Ok, 2pm, Travis isnt here hell probably be back in about 45 minutes, Ill have him call you. Who is Travis boss? The General Manager but hes on vacation. GREAT. What now? I want my car fixed, I want a loaner CAR with a full tank of gas and I want to not waste all of this time on this car that is a piece of crap and has been in that shop far more times than it should have been. Catalytic converter(at which time car was scratched by service), ABS module, randomly not starting(no fix), my car computer forgets my key, my brakes squeal when I go in reverse but since they are out of warranty I can replace perfectly good brake pads(they verified this) for $260 of my own money and now this. It may not be a top of the line vehicle with all the bells and whistles but it should not have this many issues and it should not be this difficult to get these issues fixed.
