The service department is awesome. We have a wheel and tire warranty and one of the wheels became cracked. Tim is awesome he ordered a new rim and the next day received our new rim on the vehicle. Great job!!

Check Engine light appeared on dash. Vehicle had died when we were pulling into our driveway! Dorsey- Jones techs located the problem and repaired it the same day! As always your service department does a great job servicing our vehicles!

After dealing with storm damage that totaled our vehicles, we found ourselves having to purchase two vehicles in short order. The first we purchased at a dealership in the metro, and lost two days of just waiting...waiting for the finance department, detailing (twice and it was was worse each time), waiting for tint that was supposed to take 1/2 hours (took 4 hours). We dreaded going through the process again, getting the runaround on pricing, prices being raised thousands of dollars off of advertised because the market calls for it, etc. Dorsey-Jones Buick GMC was at the opposite end of the spectrum. They took us from never wanting to step foot on another car dealership, to being so overjoyed with the purchase process. They were helpful, honest, upfront, and didnt drag their heels. We were in and out quickly with a new car for my husband that he loves. We are done buying in the metro and have no problem taking a short drive to El Reno to do business with these people again. I dont care alot for the car shopping experience but with that being said I called the dealership and spoke with Crystal and explained what I was specifically looking for, she went to work searching and had just what we were looking for in a few days. So, We bought a 2019 GMC Terrain Denali off the showroom floor at Bob Howard (You can see my review I left for them!!) Anyways, I called Rick Jones and dealt with Tim. I explained to Tim the situation and for two weeks the service department had our Terrain and in return we got a loaner vehicle. With the GM strike going on I figured it would be a few more weeks before I get my vehicle back which was fine by us. Picked up the vehicle and the Service Manager gave us a free alignment since GM will not cover it. I knew the steering system was off and the service manager said it was off and now fixed and told him Thank You So Much for doing that. Our vehicle is completely fixed and quieter!! Impeccable service and they have my business from here on out!! No more buying from cooperate owned dealerships!! Highly Recommend Rick Jones!!

I went into Rick Jones shortly after a deer ran in front of my last vehicle. I needed a vehicle quickly. I decided to try this dealership out since they had great prices on their website and a good selection.I want to say that my experience with the sales team Alex Delgado, Jason Hawkins and Gavin have been fantastic. I bought my truck shortly after Christmas at a great price and loved it. When I came back and needed something newer, they were willing and happy to help me. Alex was willing to show me their wide selection of vehicles (in the rain no less) and was very accommodating. Jason was very patient and very knowledgeable. He understood my needs and was able to answer all of my questions. Gavin (floor manager) was able to put me and my wife into a financial situation that worked great for us both! The Service Department is also fantastic and able to get you in for appointments quickly.In summary, this is an impressive dealership that communicates with each other, communities with you, and really does their absolute best to not only earn your business today, but also earn your business the next time you want to buy a vehicle.

Saw this post on Marketplace and went to the dealership, and was brought an offer $3,000 higher and the mileage was 10,000 more then what was posted in the add. Was told they were having issues with the pricing to other sites and they could not match this. In the mean time in looking at reviews I’m not the only person that this has happened to. Be careful and double check your price before wasting your time going to this dealership.

Be wary!! They had three 2019 vehicles listed on autorader for a really good price. When asked about the vehicles I was told it was a computer error and two of the three were loaners and not currently available for sell. They would not even try to make the situation even somewhat right. We were ready to write a check for any of the three vehicles. NO DEAL!!Buyer beware and do your due diligence!!

I have bought 3 cars from them in the past few years and have been happy with the service I got everytime. But recently I took my car in to be serviced told them the problems they told me it was the power steering pump and the A/C compressor after spending almost 2k about 3 weeks go by and the car starts doing the exact same thing that i took it in for. Almost as if they fixed/found a problem that was more expensive and ignored the reason i was in for. I took it back 400 dollars later and its been about two weeks and I find myself having to take the car back in yet again. Thats 3 times with in 2 months!!!! I wouldnt trust them to work on your cars at all!!!

Truly a trustworthy dealership... which seems to be very rare these days. They genuinely want you to be satisfied with your purchase from them. Brad in sales was awesome to work with, and Gavin the sales manager took great care of us. Both are very approachable and down to earth. When I wasn’t completely satisfied with the preowned Chevy I had bought there, I went back the next day and they were able to work with me and get me in a similar GMC. Most dealerships would make you just accept what you bought. These guys aren’t most dealerships.

I am appalled that this dealership would sell cars that have an issue with reduced engine power. I have had nothing but trouble with this car from day one and every time I take it in, they say they cant duplicate problem. They say they replaced the part but when the same issue happens again after picking it up means they never replaced part. Of course my car is sitting there again.

We have always been treated with respect and honesty by the people at Rick Jones Buick GMC. The Service Dept. is honest and that is hard to find. We never feel like they are padding the repairs or are dishonest with their findings. They are trustworthy. We love Gabe our sales person. We have bought four or five cars from him.

We usually have a good experience with the service department when we take my moms Buick in, but yesterday we went in for an oil change and service and I mentioned an odd noise weve been hearing when stopping or accelerating, so I asked to have that checked. No one came to tell us the result of checking for the noise and when I asked no one seemed to know or care about our concerns. The tires had been rotated, so I hoped that took care of it, but when driving around on errands before going home, the odd sound was still there. I hate to go back since they treated me like a nuisance when I asked about it, so now Im stuck driving a car Im not confident in. My moms purchased several new cars here over the years, so to say Im disappointed is an understatement.UPDATE: I received a call from Paul Snook about the above complaint and we agreed he would come over to pick the car up to find out what was causing the strange sound. When he arrived this morning, he had me take him for a drive so he could hear the sound. After hearing the sound, when we stopped he looked under the drivers side seat and found a can of mosquito repellent rolling around. We took another drive, and no more noise when braking!Paul was so nice about it, reassured me that Im not an idiot, and went above and beyond to offer whatever assistance we might need in the future.Needless to say, my faith in the service department at Rick Jones has been restored! Thanks a million, Paul!

I have bought my vehicles from Rick since 1981. The service and quality of experience has been top notch. Rick gives me the fairest price and the service his staff has provided has been unmatched. I have bought more than twenty cars from Rick over the last thirty -five years. They are the most honest group of people you could deal with for your automotive needs.

So when buying a car used you always take a gamble. Things happen and dont always go as planned. I can not even think of a single negative thing that happen when purchasing my new used F 250 from Rick Jones Buick GMC. I came in with my 1/2 ton looking to trade for a 3/4 ton. Bob Harmony my sales man put in right in the truck I wanted and got the payment in which I wanted as well. With in the first week of owning my truck I was able to form a relationship with a business who has excellent ethics and stands by the vehicles they sell new or used. I had been looking to trade my F 150 in for the past month but every dealer (7 dealers) I went to gave me low ball offers left and right. I knew what my tuck was worth and Rick Jones was the only dealer in the area to give me any type of considerable offer. In and out with a new truck in about an hour. Every one is just excellent from the dealers, finance, service, and management. When buying from Rick Jones I would say your taking less of a gamble then any other dealership in the OKC area its worth the drive out of the city to do business with this great dealership.

I was shocked by my latest visit to get my oil changed by how rude the service shop employee was. I have been here multiple times and had great experiences but I was not treated anywhere close to the same as before. I am not sure if it was my age, skin color, or older car but the individual was very rude and uncooperative. I dropped my car off close to 8 for a oil change and a check engine light he informed me they would call when it was done. I checked back in person almost 2 hours later and nothing had been done to my car. I inquired how long it would take to finish and he told me in a very rude tone I could just get my oil changed and be out in 45 minutes, and I kept trying to explain I wanted the full time for the check engine light. He said he had technicians on dispatch and could never give me even an estimate except the 45 minutes on the oil change and be out. I understand people can be busy as this place usually offers great service but a simple hey can you come by tomorrow would have been nicer than I dont know or just trying to get me to leave which is what it felt like. My family went around 4 and the car apparently still had not had the oil changed or looked at. Normally this location offers the best service and support around but I will be selective of who I go to for help.
