All the ice cream seller from the love of motor cake to the vanilla scones with fresh plus people behind the counter were very pleasant and courteous and prompt with all green ice cream great product of the other places that I see it definitely will be coming back very good got to give it a try.

This spot is pretty good. Only choices I liked from the, I think 5 they have, was salted caramel or cookie dough & pretzel ice cream. The salted caramel tasted more like coffee ice cream so I didn’t like it. The cookie dough was good and super soft. (Small $5 on a bowl)Staff are very nice and it’s in the middle of the shopping center so you gotta walk around a little before you see it.

The smoothest ice-cream I was able to enjoy after a day at ComplexCon. My twin sister surprised me with a visit to this unique spot before our flights. I selected vanilla on a waffle cone and it was all sorts of amazing.

Pricey but interesting enough to try at least once. They had a thyme and honey flavor they was delicious.

Best Ice Cream place in town. Very dense cream and it’s always fun to watch how they make the ice cream. Originated from San Francisco, this branch did not have the hipster environment but a LA style. Will the Lavender Honey flavor be back soon? Best of the best flavor.

We got the regular size ($6) but the flavor we got--fresh strawberry--was the flavor of the day so they add $1. Came with 3 scoops of very delicious and nice textured ice cream which I shared with my parents and son and seemed like it was just the right sharing amount--although I think my son wanted more! Great ice cream. I wouldnt mind going back to try some of the other flavors.

Way overpriced. Paid $20 for 2 bowls 1 scoop each with toppings. Never in my life... The ice cream was all right. It’s not Thomas Sweet, Morgenstern’s or JP Licks. The audacity to charge that much and then ask for a tip. Ha!Folks’ taste buds must be shot, I can’t justify paying that much for 2 scoops of ‘okay’ ice cream.

Limited vegan options - fudge pop and salted caramel pop only. No ice cream. They don’t offer non-dairy milks like the nitrogen place in Huntington Beach. Lactose and dairy free folks get shafted yet again by places touting themselves as friendly. Like the soup guy in Seinfeld, “No ice cream for you!”

The big draw to this place is that the ice cream is made to order. The ice cream is creamy and made with quality ingredients and there is the option to get a waffle cone or waffle cup. Ice cream can be pricey when you get a recommended sundae thats on the menu or put extra toppings. You could be looking at a sundae upwards of $10.

Kiawna was absolutely delightful. The flavors were unique and I loved their method of making the ice cream (with nitrogen I believe). So creamy. I had a fun time and cant wait to go back with friends!

Well made fresh ice cream. I got the brown sugar one and it wasn’t too sweet. Service was pretty quick.

Should be at least two $$. Compared to a place like Baskin Robbins its significantly more pricey. Also I find it a little annoying that I get solicited for tips at the point of sale, its not like they bring the food to your table. Bit of a cash grab, and I found it cynical.That said, the ice cream was pretty solid. Had the chocolate ganache, really yummy. You can tell theyre using quality ingredients. I might return if I was feeling posh and wanted a fancy scoop or two. But its not gonna be my go-to, I really dont think its anything amazingly revolutionary.Just decent ice cream.

It is worth the calories. The waffle bowl is delicious. Dont like the tiny spoons, but you can ask for a normal sized spoon.

As a chain, Smitten is consistently wonderful. The texture of the ice cream is delightfully smooth and they’re constantly offering new, experimental flavors.

I’m sorry but $5 for one teensy scoop of mediocre ice cream! I don’t think so! Save your money, go to Europe, or drive down to Newport Beach to Fashion Island and have the REAL ice cream there! There’s something about the whole atmosphere of the Point. It’s SO fake, so wannabe and just too trendy! Go somewhere else! Not worth it!! Fashion Island, Newport Beach, you expect the fakeness, but for some reason it’s not a turn off! El Segundo the Point and Smitten, stop trying so hard!

Ive been hearing great things about Smitten, particularly the earl grey, but only to come and find out that its not available. There are about 5-6 flavors to choose from when I came, but there are no samples, so I blindly went with the small salted caramel. I didnt include any add-ons or waffle cone/bowl. This set me back $5 and I was disappointed. I felt my salted caramel was too sweet and melted too quickly on a cold January night. I had samples of my friends ice cream (cookie dough and tcho, both were even sweeter than the salted caramel.)No thrills, no chills, no thanks. I dont think Ill be trying Smitten again.
